The CI program consists of several topics that can be experienced in four sessions:

Memory Enhancement
Applications
Well-Being
Each session requires about 60 minutes that includes participant practice.
- INTRODUCTION -
As we age, cope with stress, and experience various physical and behavioral health challenges, we commonly experience difficulties with cognition, that is attention and memory, which also affect our general health and well-being. Over time our memories become unreliable; we misplace things and forget details. We find ourselves grasping for the right words. Attention and memory expert Jim Karol’s Cogmental Intelligence or CI
program is designed to reverse the effects of cognitive degeneration and enhance related mental abilities, especially attention, concentration, memory, and overall well-being.
Jim has found that it is possible to improve memory, sharpen the mind, and change your life at any age! He has demonstrated that the side effects of aging are not inevitable and it is possible to turn back the effects of aging and even brain trauma. His memory-boosting system, called Cogmental Intelligence,
