OC1KI90Foreword by Dr. Joe Vitale
Warren Buffett, the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, once said, In looking for people to hire, look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. And if they don’t have the first, the other two will kill you.
Oprah Winfrey, the media mogul, and philanthropist, once said, Leadership is about empathy. It is about having the ability to relate to and connect with people for the purpose of inspiring and empowering their lives.
That should be enough right there to convince you that integrity and empathy are more than trendy buzzwords; they are essential to the life of your business – and you.
Moreover, that is why this book is so important.
It reveals the 28 principles of integrity and empathy.
In addition, a man who lives what he teaches writes it.
I first met Moe Rock when his company, The Los Angeles Tribune, presented me with their lifetime achievement award. I did not know him at all, but he surprised me by knowing of my life work, including my very early material, such as The Seven Lost Secrets of Success and there is a Customer Born Every Minute.
We went on to participate in online events. Moe always made a fuss over me, being sure people recognized my contributions to the self-help industry as well as to the world of marketing. I later interviewed him for my e-TV show, Zero Limits Living. I came to know him even better and count him as a new friend.
However, I did not know he was working on an important new book.
He sent me a copy of it. As I reviewed it, I became excited. This is what we need. Far too many in business today are self-obsessed. They need integrity. They need empathy. They need to wake up and discover what really matters in business. This is what can save us all.
You do not have to be a leader in a company to need this information. You are a leader in your family, in your community, in the world at large. Everyone needs to learn the principles of integrity, and here they are.
The 28 principles are unique. You may know one or two of them, but it is unlikely you know all 28. And knowing them is one thing; living them is another. This book will help you do both.
A lifetime of experience went into discovering these laws, and Moe spent months organizing and writing them into a format we can easily digest and use.
This is a practical, inspiring, and life changing book. Read it. Live it. Share it.
Expect Miracles.

OC1KI90Chapter 1
Moral Compass Principle One: Embracing Integrity: The Cornerstone of Personal Growth
Integrity is the essence of everything successful.
– Buckminster Fuller
In the vast landscape of personal development, one quality stands out as the foundation for success and fulfillment - integrity. Imagine a world where everyone acted with honesty, respect, and ethical behavior. It may sound like a lofty goal, but it is possible. By embracing integrity as the cornerstone of personal growth, we can make a significant difference not only in our own lives but also in the lives of those around us.
Integrity is not just a buzzword or a vague concept. It is the unwavering commitment to act in accordance with our core values, even when faced with challenging situations or potential personal loss. When we make integrity a central aspect of our lives, we become reliable and trustworthy individuals, both in our personal lives and as leaders. This reliability forms the basis for strong relationships, effective communication, and successful collaboration.
More than just a virtue, embracing integrity is essential for achieving success and fulfillment. It fosters self-respect and self-worth, leading to increased self-awareness and personal growth. By acting in accordance with our core values, we become more conscious of our actions, thoughts, and feelings. Life changing
As leaders, it is crucial to understand that integrity is not just a personal quality. It is also the foundation of effective leadership. When leaders act with integrity, they create a culture of trust and transparency, which leads to increased productivity, employee satisfaction, and organizational success. In contrast, leaders who lack integrity often create a toxic work environment that stifles creativity and undermines morale.
To fully embrace integrity as the cornerstone of personal growth and leadership, it is essential to take actionable steps toward living and leading with integrity. Start by identifying your core values and evaluating your current level of integrity. Then, set integrity-based goals, seek feedback, and practice mindfulness. Learn from role models, hold yourself accountable, develop empathy, and create a culture of integrity.
Throughout history, there have been countless examples of leaders who have embraced integrity as the cornerstone of their personal growth and leadership. One such example is Mahatma Gandhi, who led India to independence through a nonviolent civil disobedience campaign. Gandhi’s commitment to integrity was unwavering, and he refused to compromise his principles, even in the face of imprisonment and violence. He stood for something greater than himself, and as a result, he inspired millions of people around the world to embrace nonviolent resistance as a means of achieving social and political change.
Another example is Nelson Mandela, who spent 27 years in prison for his opposition to apartheid in South Africa. Despite the injustices he faced, Mandela never lost sight of his commitment to integrity and forgiveness. He worked tirelessly to dismantle the apartheid system and establish a democratic and inclusive society. Through his leadership, Mandela demonstrated the power of integrity in achieving lasting change and inspiring others to do the same.
How to Apply the Moral Compass:
Identify your core values: Take some time to reflect on your beliefs and values, making a list of those that are most important to you. This will help you better understand your moral compass
