THERE IS POWER IN PRAYER. I’ve seen God answer countless prayers over the years. This book is to help you create a daily habit of praying with The Word. Scripture is the Sword of the Spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned prayer warrior or a beginner, my hope for this book is that it will guide you to use God’s gracious power of prayer using His Word for drawing closer to Him and fellowship with Him more personally as you journey through these pages.

Prayer is a gift. There is no greater privilege than being able to talk directly to God Almighty. There is nothing too difficult or impossible for God. The most spiritually successful people in the Bible were people of prayer. Jesus was a man of prayer. To pray in His name is to pray as He prayed. Jesus is our example; He is our Head, our Savior, and our ultimate Authority.

The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. (2 Corinthians 10:4) Prayer is essential in the pursuit of God’s will. Prayer propels God’s people on to victory.
