Why Stories Matter
Stories are powerful – and innately human. They help us understand one another, provide windows into different cultures and time periods, and increase our capacity for empathy. Because they hold great power, the stories we read, hear, experience and watch make a difference on how we perceive the world. Sharing stories – from books, podcasts, our even our own histories – can influence culture and gender roles, teach new perspectives, provide insight, and allow us to better understand themselves and others. The stories are from amazing people to inspire us all to live a better life. A life where we are focused on what truly matters

About Strong REBUKE to the Churches Worldwide
In the Revelation of Apostle John on the isle of Patmos, Jesus sent a strong rebuke letter to the Churches in Asia Minor, i.e. in Modern day Turkey as written in the book of Revelation 2 and 3, warning them to strengthen what was left or He will come quickly and take away their lampstand from their midst.
This is what Jesus said to one of the seven churches in the then Asia Minor and I quote below:
"Revelation 2:4-5
Amplified Bible, Classic Edition
⁴ But I have this [one charge to make] against you: that you have left (abandoned) the love that you had at first [you have deserted Me, your first love].
⁵ Remember then from what heights you have fallen. Repent (change the inner man to meet God’s will) and do the works you did previously [when first you knew the Lord], or else I will visit you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you change your mind and repent."
Today, modern day Turkey is predominantly a Muslim nation. This is a nation that was known for her Christian Heritage. Their lampstand was taken from their midst because they compromised.
The same story is repeating itself today in our day by Fast forwarding to our modern-day United Kingdom, a nation known for her Christian heritage. The Church in the United Kingdom have lost over one thousand churches in less than fifty years to night clubs, Islam, converting them to Muslim Mosques and the likes. The churches in United Kingdom have emptied out very quickly in less than a generation. What went wrong? Possibly compromising on faith. There could be more reasons but the fruits we see today portend gloom and doom for the Christian church in the United Kingdom and much of Europe.
In the story, outlined below during Impact 2023, held in Accra Ghana, at the closing event, Archbishop Nicolas Duncan Williams issues very Strong REBUKE to the Churches Worldwide: What is wrong with our Churches? What Can we do for Lasting IMPACT and DOMINION in our WORLD today?
If we do not self-correct, the same faith that visited Turkey and the United Kingdom will visit churches in America, Africa, and other parts of the world.
Archbishop rounded up with intercessory prayers and spiritual warfare for the churches and for individuals. But more importantly, he outlines what is needed and making the main thing the main thing in our Christian work and walk with the Lord. So, fasten your seat belt, pay attention and take corrective action today before it is too late for recovery in Jesus mighty name, Amen
There is a loud cry for repentance and revival in our churches today. If you doubt this, read this book.
