    Main Body

His eyes were mesmerized, as was his unflowered bum sitting on the fine satin seat. Julian has only seen chariots up close but never rode in one before. And, never did he think he ever would. It came as a surprise that Sir Belmont did not make him sit outside upfront with the coachman. Most noblemen would, and servants are expected to especially male servants. But he supposed this privilege was a part of Belmont’s small mercy on him. Julian didn’t mind the pity he's been dying to get off those wretched dirty streets once and for all. One month longer and he would’ve probably gone mad from starvation and smelling like garbage.

For peace’s sake boy, it’s a chariot, not a palace.
