()
About this ebook
Ukraine: The Forgotten War: Israeli Impact on Western Support delves into the little-discussed geopolitical tensions surrounding Ukraine's conflict, shedding light on the often-overlooked role of Israel in shaping Western support for the war-torn nation. With a serious and thought-provoking tone, this book examines how Ukraine has become a battleground for regional powers and global players seeking to influence its future. Through meticulous research and analysis, the author explores the complexities of this forgotten war, uncovering the impact of Israel's involvement on Western policies and alliances. This timely and compelling work challenges readers to reassess their understanding of international conflicts and power dynamics, making it essential reading for anyone seeking a deeper insight into the complex geopolitical landscape of Eastern Europe.
The ongoing conflict in Ukraine has captured the attention of the international community, sparking widespread debate and concern. But as the world's focus shifted to the Middle East after the "Al-Aqsa Deluge," Ukraine was left to grapple with its own challenges.
The West's support for Ukraine dwindled as it prioritised the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, leaving Ukraine vulnerable to Russian influence. This abrupt change in priorities had far-reaching consequences for Ukraine's struggle for sovereignty and stability.
The narrative manipulation by Western governments and media further fuelled global perceptions of Israel's justification for its response to the Palestinian assault. This strategic manipulation of narratives distorted public opinion and overshadowed the complex realities of the conflict.
The book discusses how global attention shifted from the conflict in Ukraine to the Israeli-Palestinian crisis, leading to a lack of support for Ukraine and a rise in Russian influence while emphasising the importance of holistic engagement and diplomatic rigour to address intertwined global crises.

Chapter 1
Geopolitical Machinations and Global Impact: Unraveling the Nexus of Ukraine, Russia, and the Middle East Crisis
The geopolitical landscape has recently been fraught with intricate power plays, prompting widespread concern and debate. The intertwining narratives of Ukraine, Russia, and the Middle East, particularly the ongoing conflict in Gaza, have captured global attention, spawning a plethora of viewpoints and analyses. At the crux of these dynamics lies a complex tapestry of international relations and strategic alliances. We aim to delve into the intricate web of influence, exploring these geopolitical manoeuvres' implications and ripple effects.
Ukraine's Provocation: Unveiling the Realpolitik
The USA and its Western allies have nudged Ukraine and its president, Volodymyr Zelensky, into an unnerving position, arguably overextending his political leverage in international affairs. Amidst mounting tensions, a discordant push appears to have been orchestrated, prodding Ukraine into a perilous standoff with Russia. This manoeuvre, accentuated by pronouncements lacking a nuanced understanding of international politics, has contributed to a harrowing escalation of the Ukraine-Russia conflict. These Western powers' coercive pressures exerted on Ukraine raise profound questions about the underlying motivations driving such manipulative geopolitical strategies.
But why this title: The Forgotten War
? The answer is fully developed in this book. Here is our take.
The Ongoing Israeli-Palestinian Conflict: Global Apathy or Strategic Oversight?
When Israel was hit on 7 October 2023 by the Al-Aqsa Deluge,
the West was entirely engrossed in the war in Ukraine, prioritising and providing support on all levels, politically, militarily, financially, and through the media. However, the entire narrative took an abrupt turn when Israel was painfully struck by an unprecedented assault carried out by the Palestinians. Suddenly, the Western governments, followed by their media outlets, shifted public attention from Ukraine to the Middle East, leaving the topic of Ukraine behind. Israel's response to the attack became the focal point of discussions, with Western governments and media effectively becoming part of the Israeli war and propaganda machine. Consequently, Ukraine was left to be dealt with solely by Russia, which showed a grave strategic inconsistency that may have serious consequences for two regions: Europe and the Middle East. From the surprise and the shock, the EU emerged as a second voice of the USA, unable to think or decide by itself on such grave matters. The USA was the ventriloquist agitating the United Kingdom and the European governments like puppets, to the satisfaction of the fascist Israeli coalition. Saving Netanyahu from downfall at the price of losing moral and political credibility became the mission of Europe, which watched the genocide of Gaza with no voice other than that of the people demonstrating against the apathy of their governments.
The Impact of the Al-Aqsa Deluge
on the West
The global attention shifted dramatically as the Al-Aqsa Deluge
stormed Israel, demanding immediate attention from the Western world. No longer were the discussions dominated by the conflict in Ukraine, but rather, every aspect of the attack on Israel became the subject of intense scrutiny and analysis. Media outlets, governments, and individuals were captivated by the potential ramifications, geopolitics, and repercussions of this unprecedented assault. The international community questioned how Israel would respond. But they knew it already, given the score of Israel in bloodbaths since 1948.
Western Governments and Media Fuel the Israeli War Machine
As the Al-Aqsa Deluge
unfolded, a significant paradigm shift occurred within the Western governments and media that prioritised and amplified the Israeli militarist propaganda. The war in Ukraine was effectively pushed aside. The Israeli response to the Palestinian attack took precedence in global discussions. Western governments not only threw their political and diplomatic support behind Israel but also exerted significant financial and military resources to aid the Israeli jingoistic efforts. The media, fully aligned with the government's agenda, became the mouthpiece of the Israeli war machine, shaping public opinion and projecting a staunch pro-Israeli narrative.
Ukraine Abandoned: The Ramifications of Shifting Priorities
While the world's attention shifted to Israel, Ukraine found itself left in the shadows, grappling with its own set of complex challenges. The abrupt change in Western focus had far-reaching consequences for Ukraine, as much-needed aid and support dwindled. The power dynamics rebooted, leaving Russia to fill the void and assert its influence over the situation in Ukraine. This unexpected abandonment by the West had dire implications for Ukraine's struggle for sovereignty and stability, as it now faced an even more daunting challenge with limited international backing.
The Fallout: Propaganda, Disinformation, and Political Posturing
The influence of Western governments and media in the context of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict created an environment of perpetual propaganda and disinformation. By exclusively highlighting the Israeli perspective, Western narratives further fueled the global perception that Israel was entirely justified in its response to the Palestinian assault. This strategic narrative manipulation not only distorted public opinion but also overshadowed the complex realities of the conflict.
