Thank you to my two children Shaina and Simeon who have always supported my vision no matter what. You are my rock and make me continue to persevere in all that I do. Always having words of wisdom, or just providing a listening ear without any words needing to be spoken. I appreciate all that you are and choose to be.
Chapter 1
It was not going to get any better for Karen she could see that as she lay on the grass eyes wide open. She didn’t want to get up. She wanted to lay there for an eternity until this mess was over. She really wanted God to come and ease her burden, just to come and take over everything. She also just wanted to snap her fingers and turn back the clock to where she never met the devil in the first place, but something told her that was not going to happen.
Gordon came running outside just as the ground opened up and sucked Karen into it. He made a decision at that moment he was either going to help her or let her surrender to her fate. He decided to let her surrender to her fate. She didn’t get a chance to scream, she didn’t get a chance to say anything. She was just sucked in. Like a vacuum pulling in bits of paper off the floor; you feel the suction is not strong enough for all of the paper to go but the suction is stronger than you thought. You get sucked in, that is what happened to Karen. She lay on that grass for too long not realising that the same pull that came for the demon Samatos, is the same energy pull that summoned her to the underworld. As Samatos went she soon followed him into the pits of hell. But she couldn’t understand how she got there. Not realising her body stayed on Gordon’s grass it was her spiritual body that got taken into hell; her spirit had left her body and was pulled into the underworld. Her soul stayed in her physical body on earth.
Karen kept on falling for what seemed to be a long time, when she finally landed, she landed in a pile of bones, she couldn’t understand where they had come from. But as she got up from the fall, and walked further on into hell she realised they were human bones, bodies that were carried to hell so demons could feast properly on the skin and flesh of the people they had sucked the souls out of. To Karen’s left she saw a tunnel and she couldn’t go back where she came so she decided if she went into the tunnel then she could find a way out of this God forsaken place.
She started to crawl through the tunnel, and as she crawled through, she heard voices coming from the other end. She couldn’t believe her eyes it was the demon Samatos. But he had died she knew for a fact he was dead. What Karen didn’t realise is, that is why the devil left Samatos on the physical plane because bringing him back to hell meant, the energy of hell would wake him up; bring him back from the dead. As Karen had decided to bury Samatos the devil could not let that happen as that would be a good deed and would send a ripple effect and energy into the world, which created positivity. He had to therefore claim Samatos body back to the underworld and that meant Samatos was revived.
Karen didn’t want the two demons to see her, not realising that she was in hell, the devil’s playground. She tried to hide amongst the skin and flesh piled up high in the tunnel, but to no avail. Samatos called out to her, Karen, we see you.
Karen came out shaking her body off feeling disgusted with herself at what she was seeing, clearly so many had died already by the huge pile before her. Samatos grabbed her, along with Casilaus and they dragged her kicking and screaming, to what they called the
