TEN IMPORTANT POINTS FOR BLACK WOMEN IN AMERICA FOR YOUR JOURNEY THROUGH LIFE

Ladies, it is time to get busy and continue to make changes in our lives, communities, and in America. Now is not the time to feel sorry for ourselves, or to sit idly by while those in power misuse their authority to diminish our lives. We need to pray to God for strength, wisdom, and vision, to stand up and fight for our rights, and make things better in our communities and at the state and national levels of governance.

Discussed in this book are issues near and dear to you, including loving God while serving Him and others, unabashedly living your Christian beliefs, and treating people with dignity and respect. Know that you are God’s masterpiece and have gifts from God which need to be used to help yourself and others. I have asked you to create, build, and support relationships with your family and others. I have asked you to remember racism is real and must be dismantled. Know you are alive to do good works for God, despite the chaos and division in the world.

Education is one of our keys to success. We must adopt a learning attitude, and read, analyze, and embrace ideas that resonate with our beliefs and ideals. All of us need to know what contributions Africans, African Americans, and many people from diverse ethnic and religious groups have made to make America and Europe economically great.

Be sure to share your insights, knowledge, and wisdom with those who are receptive to learning the truth. Enjoy this book!
