About this ebook

Immensely poetic and forceful, a fast-moving "Paradise Lost" for our generation.  And with a treacherous twist--a new philosophy of origins of angels and man.

Lucifer defies the hate of the selfish god, and with his legions, battles the war machines of heaven in an attempt to regain man's birthright: paradise and divine knowledge.  After banishment to the void behind the stars, Lucifer must solve the riddle of the birth of the divine child.

The Gospel of Lucifer - T Codex

    CHAPTER I:  Adam

    ––––––––

    Romans, greetings again.

The story of the Nazarean begins with the first ancestor, and this writing tells it, revealed by the angel.

    ––––––––

    It came to pass;

    ––––––––

The bright and glorious angel Lucifer, in the highest of God's orders, was visited by a messenger.

    ––––––––

The messenger was brought to the throne, and kneeling, said:  My Lord Lucifer, God commands all His armies to come admire His creation, the man Adam.

    ––––––––

And Lucifer asked:  What is this creature?

    ––––––––

The messenger said:  It is a beast made in God's image, to worship God.

    ––––––––

And Lucifer grew displeased, and said to the messenger:  Is it not enough for our God to be worshiped by the race of angels?

    ––––––––

The messenger cowered, saying:  I do not know, Sire.

    ––––––––

    And the messenger departed.

    ––––––––

At the appointed time, Lucifer went out from his principality and led his legions of angels to the place. All the angels from all the estates and hinterlands of Heaven came to the place among the stars, in the skies above the firmament, and awaited the visitation of God.

    ––––––––

And presently, the stars of the sky shook and rippled, and the perfume of incense filled the heavens. And with radiant thunder, the heavens parted, and a blinding light of white and gold shown forth.

    ––––––––

And God appeared. He was vast and resplendent in the black sky, and His image spanned the constellations. His head was crowned with luminous stars and mighty suns, and His skin was molten pearl.

    ––––––––

The stars and vapours of the vast skies were pulled to Him, for He was the bloom of the splendid divine.

    ––––––––

And seeing God, the angels cowered in fear.

    ––––––––

And God moved above the earth and spread His hands and illuminated the earth. He pointed down to the firmament, and said to the angels:  Behold, there is man.

    ––––––––

And on the earth below, the angels saw the man, sleeping in the garden.

    ––––––––

God said to the angels:  Kneel down and adore him, for I have made him in Mine image.

    ––––––––

And all the angels, hearing God, felt terror, and knelt in the sky above the man, for fear of God's wrath.

    ––––––––

And as Lucifer knelt, he grew angry. He said to his attendant:  Who is this God, who so lusts for worship? Does he create this beast Adam solely to serve his own conceit?

    ––––––––

Lucifer looked down upon the man, and said to his attendant:  This God treats the greatest of our generals like cattle, to be herded and used to his pleasure. He will treat this creature no better.
