What are chakras, subtle bodies, and invisible energy? If you have been thinking of these questions, the book Women’s Chakras, will help find answers. You will learn how our chakras work every day, and what you need to develop them and unlock your energy potential. The book will help understand the root cause of many events in your life and create the desired reality, fulfilling all your dreams.

The publication is meant for women of all ages.

    Introduction

    Hello, My Dear Friend!

The book is intended for women as it is clear from its title, and I want to welcome you with all of my heart in our warm women’s circle. I am happy to invite you into my magic and charm space.

When the soul is embodied in this world in a woman’s body, she faces a huge task, I would even say, a task of the Universe: to extend her and her husband’s family, to care of her generation and to enable her ancestors to be embodied in the next generation. To keep her family hearth, be happy and enjoy what her husband/beloved man gives, to inspire him with her beauty and love for new feats, for self-development (after all, without a woman’s care and love, a man kind of degrades) and, most importantly, to remain loyal to her dreams! All this should be done 100 percent in order to remain in harmony with herself. And a good part is that women can do it! We have the potential to realise all our tasks.

This book is magical. Imagine a magic box, open it and see sparkling gems, clues, and music. It twinkles in different colours, your imagination comes alive, you discover new skills and feel the energy and strength in yourself; you are filled up with light, you want to live and create, and you use the box as a tool to realise your desires.

The book consists of eight chapters, seven of which are devoted to the main chakras, and the last, the eighth, to fears. Fear is an energetically strong emotion that can block all chakras; therefore, I devoted the whole chapter to it. During reading, you will open each chakra in turn. Each chapter helps you realise what daily activities affect your soul’s development.

Different cultures: Vedic, Hindu, Taoist, and Old Slavic – give knowledge about the chakra system and subtle energy bodies invisible to the eye. In each culture, there are small differences in the number of chakras, their names, sounds, images, colours, etc. In Old Slavic culture, for example, our energy bodies appear to be folded into each other like a nesting doll. Actually, this doll was created to show a clear example of the structure of our subtle bodies. The essence in each culture is the same: a chakra is the centre of our energy body. People with good extrasensory abilities can see the colour of the chakras or blocks inside them, but these details are individual. All people have the same physical body (two arms, two legs, a head), but at the same time, all are different in shapes, colours, etc. Thin, invisible bodies are even more diverse. In this book, I give the most common information about the chakras, based on the Vedic and Old Slavic cultures, which are close to me. I also describe each chakra through my vision.

I’ve written verses for each chakra to involve your left brain and expand your imagination. Colouring Mandalas, you will fill your chakras. These mandalas were created by a woman, wife and mother, artist Olga Rakovets. At the end of each chapter, I give practices and exercises to develop the subtle body through the physical one. My author’s meditations help to unleash the potential of each chakra. When your physical eyes are closed and your body is completely relaxed, your inner vision opens, image thinking is engaged, and work begins with the soul, the subconscious. In meditation, changing inner pictures, filling them with love, colours, positive, including your own movie, you can change your real life for the better, and affect your health and relationships. You can read meditation, and then with closed eyes imagine something, and add whatever you like. While reading poems, painting mandalas, meditating and working with your physical body, you open your personal chakras-charms.

In this book, I tried to approach the harmonisation of all chakras as fully as I could, to help you achieve the best result. Written in simple language, the book heals, fills and makes you fall in love with life!

    Women’s Chakras or Women’s Charms?

Charms, or Krynnica in Slavic culture, chakras in Sanskrit, literally translated to wheel, are believed to be energy centres located in our subtle body. The word, charm, can refer to charming, charmed, enchantment, charisma, enchanted, etc. In French, there are also derivatives of this word: charme is translated as enchantment, magic spell. In French, charme sounds similar to the Russian word, sphere, and the chakras are depicted as a sphere or a circle. And now it becomes clear that we can charm with our charms, be charmed and be charmers.

Chakras affect our physical body, health, emotional state, and daily life. The ancient Vedic texts describe chakras in more detail. There are seven main chakras, and there are nine in the Slavic culture.

We do not see the chakras, but we can feel them. Remember such emotions as fear, excitement, butterflies in your stomach sense when you fall in love, touched heart when you look at your child, blind fear as stomach cramps or when the heart sinks into your shoes. All this is the manifestation of subtle bodies in the physical body. Pain and diseases are negative emotions manifested in the physical body.

In Old Slavic culture, nine chakras are located in the yantra of a cross in our body. Two chakras are on the right and left shoulders. This is the Cross, which everyone carries in life.

In this book, I tried to minimise negative thoughts and emotions. Now I will explain why. There is a proverb.

Two men carry heavy stones. One is angry, he is swearing. Another does the same job, but with a smile on his face.

The first man is asked, What are you doing?

He replies, cursing, I’m carrying these heavy stones, hurting my back, working for peanuts, building here…

    The second man is
