About The Author

Robert Lodge Groves works as a Doctor of Naturopathy (N.D.) operating a private practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma USA. He also holds a Doctor of Theology and an honorary Doctor of Divinity. He has been in private practice since 1975 empowering others to consciously regain and naturally maintain their own health, conducting meditation classes, and providing presentations for various universities and organizations on healing transformation with books, poetry, graphic and manual medicine arts. He is here to teach, help awaken, and quicken those ready and willing to lovingly embrace the unknown as a way of life.

Essential Information for Understanding This Book Series

Welcome to manifestation. The purpose of this book series is to provide an owner’s manual for basic understanding of the origin and operation of consciousness through the varied humanoid forms in the world of earthly duality. These writings were done at the request of my students and were given as handouts in classes. However, they are for study by all Truth seekers who find this book. Much of the information leading to this book series was personally experienced new year’s eve 1973 through the conscious process of dying to this manifest universe, transcending it, and returning. Since that beyond-death experience, I have been gathering vocabulary in an attempt to express these experienced truths in a comprehendible way to the greatest number of people. This is a spiritual text, not a religious doctrine or scientific paper, therefore I have attempted to explain things in terms as simple, varied and clear as I presently can to help quicken¹ you in your awakening. References to various religions and sciences will be only to the depth necessary to help convey a concept.

I communicate these principles with vocabulary from many different fields and eras to help reveal their universal applications. I do not expect all of them to make sense to any one reader due to this wide diversity, only to stimulate your pattern recognition. Additionally, things will be repeated throughout this text to re-sound that pattern recognition. I recommend that you search various databases for explanation of some of the highly technical terminology especially in Newtonian and quantum physics for those not familiar with them, and as a reminder for those who are.

I do not ask you to believe all that I communicate in this book. A lot of things in this book are at times hard to believe as they expand the current collective paradigm. I only ask that you put the teachings of these principles into effect in your life and see if they work for you, taking the best that fits into your life and leaving the rest on a shelf until, if and when, it fits. Only what we directly experience can be personally known as truth; all else is but speculation and belief no matter how true it may be.

Truth is not determined by our personality nor does Truth require anyone’s belief to be true. Truth merely awaits our discovery.

My so-called death and rebirth experience was free of acute disease, injury, or drugs. I say "so-called" death and rebirth because different people have different meanings for each of these words and they change by relative application, thus I coined the term beyond-death as being beyond the classification of a near-death experience. It occurred at a time when I was an atheist with agnostic tendencies. As such, the experience was uncolored by religious dogma. I only wanted to know why with all of my being. At the time of this experience, I had neither knowledge of, nor a concept held regarding the possibility of mortals dying and returning to their bodies.

No books with scientifically verified facts had been written on the subject at the time. However, this death process was the most real experience I ever had before its moment, as were my returning states of revelation thereafter. In fact, the totality of my life was illusory compared to the intense awareness of dying. That which followed provided increasing levels of expanding and intensifying awareness. I had absolutely no conscious control of the death process whatsoever; neither did my personality have any control of the revelations in my resultant transcendence and re-manifestation.

Initially this process was pure terror in experiencing the uncontrollable unknown, but was soon accompanied by increasing peace as fear dissolved into awe. In this death process, it was as if I had split into three parts; one terrified, one serene, and one that just observed. The serene part felt that the one experiencing the terror was a person holding on to my body’s right arm like a large darkness. It was as if this person had been with me through every experience in my life. Yet this made no sense as there was no one who fit that description. I lived alone, and I was alone in my bedroom at the time. This terror, I discovered upon my return, was my personality judgments of good and evil. However, they were my personality creations to which I gave life. This terror was as if millions of my children cried out: "No, no daddy, don’t kill me, don’t kill me!"

What immediately followed though was at the time a very strange response. The serene part said: No, no, let me go, let me go. Whatever blessings I receive may they be bestowed upon you twice. The thing that made this so odd was that I did not think or talk in words such as "blessings or bestowed."

Instantly, the grip of this darkness released, all of my essence condensed into a beam of light at the base of my spine, and I shot straight up out of the top of my body. As I had no relatives to which I had a close bond that had previously died, I saw no one coming for me, as I later learned that many do in their near-death journey. Being the undereducated agnostic, I saw no images of any religious figures, I only saw the Light. I went through the tunnel and beyond the Light into the Nothingness faster than the twinkling of an eye. Beyond this universal manifestation is boundlessness; no form of any kind, just pure awareness. No things to experience, no time to measure, no feelings to feel, no thoughts to think, and yet all of creation is simultaneously experienced, known, understood, and transcended.

From beyond even this state of which no words can begin to contain, I began my return observing the re-creation of the universe. I could perceive the totality of creation in all of its dimensions. I also perceived each particle of dimensional manifestation as individual lights of equal intensity, but with no darkness to contrast the light. These concepts the rational, dualistic mind cannot truly contain, nor can I fully explain, as they precede the mind and its language barrier. The Bible describes this light within light as a sea of glass mingled with fire, and the vibrational state I was in was the sound or "harp" that emitted it as described in Revelations 15:2:

"And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire and them that had gotten victory over the beast and over his image and over his mark and over his name, stand upon the sea of glass, having the harps of God."

I intimately knew every particle at once. I could perceive all sides, inside and out from all dimensions as myself, yet I was infinitely more than the totality of creation. It was an all-knowing, omnipresent state in which I experienced the "peace that passes understanding" knowing that everything in creation was occurring in precise order according to inherent creative principles. I simultaneously perceived this experience from beyond as united with the un-fathomable and limitless essence of God. A partial description of some of these various levels encountered in this experience although given through a different vocabulary is the biblical book of I Corinthians 13:10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away with.

As I continued my return, I enfolded through the all-knowing omnipresent consciousness, through the creative matrix of forces, and was filtered into and through the Light experiencing the manifestation of the universe. As I was re-entering my physical body much like through a funnel, I came back into my personality’s knowledge of pain and suffering from the world of judgment, and the incredibly oppressive weight of physical gravity. In that filtration and condensation process I lost the full-conscious presence and understanding of all the expanded states entering this limited dimensional consciousness except one: the peace that passes understanding. This peace mixed with the previous consciousness of my personality. In so doing I experienced the most acute dichotomy of bliss from within, and the horror of being back in the grave of the physical body (gravity/sleep/sheoul). I went from being greater than the totality of creation, funneled down into a stream of light about the size of my thumb, and inserted again into this physical body. In that process, I realized that we die to come here, not the other way around. As my body/mind had not developed a vocabulary necessary to explain any of this at that time, and thought that no one would believe me anyway, I kept it to myself for many years.

I came back knowing God and knowing Christ and have since been able to understand various messages within religions and non-religions in a less dogmatic or non-dogmatic fashion. It is that state of clarity, from which these teachings flow. It is from the Grace of God that these techniques and illustrations flow as they were previously unknown to me. I have neither relied upon mere belief before the revelation, nor have I since. There is science to creation and it is ever being revealed if we but look with an open mind and an open heart free of condemnation. These teachings, as all others, are limited by the dimensional mediums through which they flow (especially my personality), and can only show a portion of the picture. However, they also can provide a way to know the all, the beyond, and beyond the beyond as your heart awakens to its inner Truth.

After my return, I met an aspect of God that would help guide my personality toward self-mastery and empowering this creative expression. This being was a humble man in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma USA named Audle Allison, who asked for nothing, yet knew what I had experienced, and has gently helped guide me through this integration process in manifestation. Some terms used in this book are from his teachings and from the teachings of many others as well, in addition to my own teachings which comprise the bulk of this work.

I am not well versed in all the various traditions and their ascribed interpretations, but Truth does not hide from those who awaken; instead, it awakens them from within when and as they need.

One who is awake does not care how you awaken, only that you awaken. An awakened teacher gives you disciplines for awakening. The disciplines you apply reveal the teachings behind them. The teachings reveal you to yourself, and you discover yourself and the teacher as One. Eventually, all revelation of Truth comes from within your self. I say eventually, as revelations of understanding come from events that evoke conscious awareness, not the markings on a clock or a calendar.

At the end of time, you will know All and be All, and may choose to transcend the All, or serve the All, or serve as a portion of the All. This is the spiritual freedom of having full access to the entire estate of dimensionality and beyond. My teachings are the path of loving freedom, and throughout this book, you will find many repetitions of universal principles to help re-ignite their memory in your recognition of who you truly are. Upon returning to my body, I had to start over exactly where I left off and clear up the history of my former life habits and memories to achieve mastery of the personality/ego. I received no magic wand where everything somehow cleared and I was an automatic saint or ready-made guru. Instead, I have had to walk through my life making adjustments, some of which are at times painful, just like everyone else and still do while in this physical body. This is because the only real and lasting change in the world is the one we make first within our personal self.

Knowing the secrets of the universe did not automatically put them into conscious use for me. I still had to learn the disciplines of personally using my energy to create consciously on a physical level, in harmony with the divine principles through unconditional Love. These enacted disciplines have helped me find some vocabulary to aid communicating this text and re-unite varying stages and aspects of consciousness for myself. This book series is designed to share some of those disciplines for whoever chooses to partake of them for their own journey and understanding. Each step of our life path is unique unto each alone even if the scenery appears the same. I discovered this world is a reflective device to know our self much like a mirror or looking glass. Also each of us, as perceived individual consciousness, functions this same reflective way. Those parts which we are unaware of, is that without the light of recognition and thus dark. Paul in 1 Corinthians: 13, 12 of the Bible said it this way: "For now we see through a looking glass darkly". We reflect back our current limited projection of awareness to our selves, instead of seeing the whole. This projected image is broadcast through the compressed crystalline form of our body creating a prism, or in-prism-mint in the color band of the electromagnetic spectrum. We have minted a prism in which we have as our abode. This prism is a world of colored or spectral dreams spun off by a reality of consciousness. Each dream is also a reality unto itself.

There is the old question by Taoist philosopher Chang Tsu: Am I a butterfly dreaming I am a man, or am I a man dreaming I am a butterfly? The answer is yes, as a reality is only where and what you perceive. Each individual has a seemingly separate reality, and yet also a shared reality with their projections that they perceive as their external world. This outer world of projection is the conditioning we birth into with a physical form to participate. This is the state of consciousness called the son of man, in which we continue to build the ego-centered consciousness of physicality. The collective personality expressions in this physicality are often termed the race of man. We move as the Son of God into the son of man, forget our true Self, and join the race of man in sleep to dream.

We set up this world of dreams, or projective illusions, as a creative matrix. This matrix, similar to a membrane, also parallels what physicists call a brane. You play the dreamer and all the parts of the dream interacting in a reflective matrix of forces and energies. Ultimately, the Truth of your being is the Creator. This will be fully realized when the many become the One and the One becomes the None. All projections and reflections share the dream to which you the personality are welcomed.

Physicists are beginning to figure out some of the mechanisms of the dream phenomena, i.e. duality. Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity is one of these mechanisms. Einstein’s basic relativity paradigm is that all points of reference are relative to all others, and that they have specific constants in movement. This theory is a basic construct of what I call the quantum dream. This relativity reality within us on planet Earth and beyond is a large theme in this book series. It contains a few answers that may ring true for you and will perhaps evoke questions within to expand your consciousness. Ultimately, you will discover that things do not emanate of themselves, they emanate from you and resound to you. This understanding will change the field of physics and help
