David H. Fastiggi has been in the field of healing both spiritually and scientifically for 44 years. He is a graduate of the New York Institute of Dietetics, majoring in clinical nutrition. He has studies at the renowned Bircher-Benner Clinic in Switzerland and served for many years as the Vice President of the World Medical Health Foundation and served as the Second Vice President of the Naturopathic Society of New York. David taught nationwide in the United States on the topics of nutrition, fasting and spiritual life. He received an honorary doctor of science degree for his life experience and comprehensive research in to biological medicine, and the systematics of degenerative disease. David is an experienced faster having completed many 3, 5 and 10 and a 21 day fast in his life. Firstly, my father, John Vincent Fastiggi: In the early years of my journey, he gave me the freedom to search and find my path to God. He was a man of heart and a great support. My father seemed to intuit that I was on a meaningful path. He was very gracious, with great tolerance and understanding. For many years he watched me in the development of this journey. John Vincent was a man as a father to many hundreds of children. He was very public as a coach of sports and expressed his caring of children through helping them excel.

My mother Carol Horton Fastiggi unconditionally supported my diet and fasting, particularly in my teenage years of purification as well as being patient and so helpful in my studies at school. I will always remember walking home from school during lunch break and there were baked apples waiting for me.

The rest of my family, Carolann a true guardian of animals, Mary Lee, always showed up when we needed her, Brian, who always has been a true brother and man who assists anyone in need, a brother of heart and absolute sincerity and Wendy. Reading this Codex

This is a large volume text. I will offer a few suggestions for reading; realizing the potential of feeling lost in the ocean of words.

1.   The Eartheaven Codex has a central theme. Each chapter or Teachings is progressive to the next, weaving a process of self-awakening.

2.   Each Chapter/Teachings is self-contained. This means that you can read a chapter separate from the whole as it contains its own autonomous theme.

3.   You can start with Volume One, Heaven Unfolding-Profound Transformation of Your Soul or Volume Two, Earth Unfolding [Separate Volume] Your Body’s True Identity. They are linked together, however, as one whole undivided self.

4.   You can read each section at a time and think about it, reflecting for a while.

5.   It’s important to read each footnote. They explain details for clarification of the sentence or word connected to the note.

6.   You may need to re-read certain sections because of the language we think we understand, terms and their meaning as well as misinterpretations occurs. This is especially true in Foundations for Part One; Clarification of Terms and a Process.

7.   Take your time—this Codex was written as a lifetime study.

PREFACE

Dawning of Eartheaven

From beginning to beginning

I    wake up in the early morning and hear the bird at my windowsill chirping to me, "Time to greet the day." I sit up, breathe in and out, and thank God for another day. My mind is clear as a crystal, eyes bright as I sense the universe embracing my being. My body seems weightless as I am so agile. I go downstairs, drink some water and feel the rivers of pure water entering my body. After taking a shower and combing my hair, I notice a glow of light from my face, a golden translucent tone; just a normal day.

I take a walk to the edge of a hill overlooking a lake near my old high school and say, Father another day with You, as You live in me.¹ On days off I often walk or ride by bicycle to this lake where the ducks swim. As I observe the ripples in the water from their paddling, I celebrate creation for what it is—beauty.

Shortly, I am off to work, which means going up and down a 20-40 foot (8-15 meter) ladder, painting houses. As I climb to the top of the ladder I pray, Father, here we are, alone in the sky. I feel the breeze on my face as I ascend with my paint can and tools. Arriving at the top, I put the four-inch brush into the paint and paint the side of the house the light yellow that the customer asked for. I hear the breeze in the tree tops and think, Father, what is it you want to say to me?

My family is struggling financially at this time, so food is limited, as is heat during the winter. Still, I feel grateful that I am with God and I exist to live and experience eternal life in the moment. Small things are an eternal connection to the infinity of God. Keeping the grounds of the house, cutting the grass, trimming the hedges and watering the flowers is a direct door to the voice of our Earthly Mother, who I also feel each time I eat greens or the fruits of the trees.

Eight hours pass. Tired from work, I drive in the work van to go home. Arriving back to my apartment, I shower and feel as if I am under a waterfall of God’s love. Then it is time for a dinner of greens and brown rice or just a nice raw mixed green salad. I chew and taste the Earth healing me, speaking to me and embracing my physical being. ‘Thank you Earthly Mother’, I silently say to myself.

I walk outside, where the sunset is so nice. Into the dusk I go; the sky is red and pink. What an artist Heavenly Parent is. I step onto the grass with bare feet and the Earth resonates up my spine to say, Hello. It’s time to wind down, to rest and let the starlight bring peace to your eyes. I acknowledge the voice of Earthly Mother as she speaks to my feet through the green grass below. Later, at around 10:30 pm, I feel calm and restful, drifting into a sleep as I lay down in my bed. Next I hear the same bird chirping to me at my window early in the morning. Another day arrives, greeted by the sunlight.

THIS EXPERIENCE EARTHEAVENS’ DIVINE MATRIX IS AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE. THE DESIGN OF GOD FROM THE BEGINNING: A LIFE OF BEING CONNECTED HEAVEN AND EARTH AT THE SAME TIME.

After a few years of systematic fasting, transitional diets cleansing and regenerating the cells of my body, meditation, prayer, relearning life and universal principle this profound transformation occurred. It became the foundation of my life course of 43 years to date.

Not every day of my life is the same as that described above. I know that challenges come—and they do, like the day I found my grandmother, my best friend, on the floor, leaving this earthly life, another time desperately trying to revive my Dad as his eyes were still open after collapsing, the extreme shock of my baby sister leaving this earthly life or the financial stress of striving to provide food and comfort for my family. But God is God and the earth is good. They didn’t cause our hardships. We must find a way home.

Everyday Potential for Humanity’s Original Identity

The potential for living in Eartheaven is there every day. The body is the temple of the spirit until we go on to the eternal spirit world to continue life. I have a knowing, a certainty—not just a faith—that the unfolding of Heaven is happening on Earth, in me, and in you too. We all have potential to grow and evolve, experiencing more in life. I hope we can use each day towards having a fuller life. Potential is there, but we do need to access it. We can birth this potential.

Introductory Comments

From Beginning to Beginning:

Our evolution and new evolutionally start point

W e are from the beginning of Gods creative force. Then humanity forgot its beginning and myth formed. We are destined to return to; in the beginning God created ² . . . . When is the beginning of human life or being Homo sapiens, sapiens? When is the date of our birth? No one knows. I allude to the beginning as the point where God breathed the life spirit into humans the Homo sapiens species and the revealing of the corresponding principles, both spiritually and biologically to grow into the image of our creator in some aspect eventually to establish Eartheaven. This would be a crossing for humanity, the breshettha ³ beginning, and genesis, origins of whom we are and who we need to become. Our ultimate destiny finally is for Eartheaven to bring earth peace, reflecting Gods intention. My immediate conclusion is that process of humanity’s integrated divine evolutional development was left incomplete.

Theoretical Origins at a Glance

Our physical universe is believed to have started approximately fifteen billion years ago. Our earth forms about five billion years ago. Early hominid may be as early as 2 million ago, late on the scale of physical time and it is potentially possible that this was the beginning of human existence; however, the principles of integrated life were not understood and put into practice for some reason. Or, perhaps later in history, 400,000 to 150,000 BC through the evolutionary gene adaptability, at this crossing of development, an opportune time God instructed humans whether a couple (as in the story of Adam and Eve) of a community to upgrade through the Genesis One 6th day principle.⁴ There is possibility that there was a change in the way of life 40,000 BC with what may be called a pre-historic industrialization: a change in farming tools and various hunting instruments. This may signal that a revelatory communication came through. Revelation can arrive in different ways: through intuition, learning from nature or a spiritual awakening given by God. This time periods would be in the latter part of the ice age. It is extremely unclear when we became as we are today as of 2014. Some estimates are 30,000 BC as modern humans we established ourselves in the more stable journey of evolutionary development. At what point in history if we travel back could we recognize our own likeness as humans? Survival during the last ice age would be difficult to say the least. Either way the result is the same. Humanity hasn’t done it to the extent that we have earth peace. Some say ok this may be all true but God changed it all in 5,700 years ago with the giving of the spirit to Adam and Eve. This is the traditional biblical view. Our civilization may have matured since about 12,000 BC with the help of Mother Nature with the ending the ice age, more correctly stated the interglacial period. With warming temperatures on earth civilizations could survive and we have been in this inter glacial period for 12,000 years now. If our earliest ancestors of modern human originated in central Africa, where the condition were livable, still the integration of the foundation for paradise and Eartheaven must not have occurred. We see no evidence of it being established. I will consent to it almost happening though it doesn’t seem to have rooted itself.

Perspective on Genesis 1

No doubt many will just say, well we know that Genesis One was about 6,000 years ago. Then someone will ask why? The answer will be because the Bible says so. Firstly the Bible doesn’t say so exactly. What we read is the lineages from Adam to Jesus and add 2,000 years we have about 5,700 years. Providing this is accurate then it would be about 5,700 years since creation and or God spoke to Adam and Eve. I understand many Christians accept this and object to an earlier date, 8,000 BC or 40,000 years ago but I think the real point is that God created! The dating of the Torah of which Genesis is one book is not 6,000 BC or even 500 BC. The book, the earliest copy is about 1,000AD. The exception is parts of the Dead Sea Scrolls of an earlier date, 100 BC. This means that we have no originals except the scroll of Isaiah. None! Additionally, the capturing of a very ancient text is very difficult. Imagine you are somewhere in the Middle East in a tribal community and reflecting on when God created the universe. Additionally you are writing a text that in your imagination reached back to antiquity. You don’t know about steam powered engine, coal for energy, oil drilling, solar power, electricity, or why dark clouds rain and white ones don’t. You see the effect but can’t explain why. Now you are going to explain quantum physics, nuclear energy, photon particles and the speed of light. With what language can you explain terms and science you never imagined? Of course you will in the language of that time period, culture and context. So, the early writers of the Torah saw life through their cultural context and experienced their inspiration in their mediums of then, which was about 500BC after the exile period of Israel from Babylon.

What we do is to try to force Genesis into our time period, imposing our scientific Era on the language of long ago. This is not wrong in my opinion but first we need to understand that we are reading inspiration for that time period and we need to understand how they saw the universe. Then apply our science. Understanding Genesis 1-3 requires that we do this or risk literalism and misleading ourselves and others.

The Big Bang Theory

This theory briefly states that all that is and all that every will be originated in the beginning some fifteen billion years ago—the big bang. All matter of the universe as we now know was compressed into a space the size of the period or less at the end of a sentence. (That’s a lot of compression). This immeasurable mass then in a billionth of a second exploded and expanded with the initial temperatures in the billions of degrees. Over tens of thousands of years the cooling occurred (while still millions of degrees) and elements formed. To this day our universe is still expanding. Eventually our earth was formed ten billion years later and in the last 150,000-400,000 years or so we came into existence. Whatever the actual process the invisible infinite creator brought this mass into existence from the force of the existence of the creator. The principles that would govern the universe were already existent with the creator and thus became embedded into mass at the beginning.

Life to Life

We were given life in the physical world and we will have eternal life in the spiritual world. We as a collective humanity shall strive to realize the hope of genesis: birthing ourselves in to the divine life as should have been; when this occurs we as species will have earth peace.

I believe the potential for earth peace through Eartheaven despite the days where the tears flow forth from my eyes and heart for a different reason…

Our Collective Suffering

On those occasions, tears fall as all I feel is the sorrow of God—His heartbreak. Why? As I walk through life, I do see the great wonders of creation and the beauty of His children—the possibility of living in Eartheaven. Yet I also see the suffering of humanity—and knowing this is what He/She⁵ sees also. From the child abused at three years of age, to the couples fighting and ending their dreams of true love. From the dozens of wars going on, right now, to the families who will learn that the one they love is gone. From the broken-hearted to those whose hearts will be broken. From the hundreds of thousands of children starving in the world and as of this writing children who are poorly nourished suffer up to 160 days of illness each year. Poor nutrition plays a role in at least half of the 10.9 million child deaths each year⁶—hundreds of thousands of deaths from genocide, the unspeakable tragedy of sex trafficking to the 30,000 yearly suicides in America; all must compel anyone to respond. We are a traumatized people and nation and a world at war with itself.

The divisions to be seen in the world around us are a reflection of the division within our own selves. In my mind’s eye I can see the way of God’s Will and the way we could be living if we so chose. Yet I look out and see humanity choosing to treat itself inhumanely. And it was after such a period of feeling intensely this sorrow that I had what could only be called a life-changing event in 1989. There can be many new beginning points in your life when a turn of events stops you in your tracks and sets you off on a new path, or takes your current path up onto a higher, clearer level; such was my experience.

I had a stunning and profound experience with Jesus of Nazareth. Some could call it an awakening, a revelation or a visitation. This is what occurred…

My encounter with Jesus of Nazareth—a pivotal moment

Late at night, after finishing a review of a few medical cases in my work as a clinical nutritionist, I went to my room and sat on the floor. Suddenly the room burst into silver and gold. A brilliant light opened up in the middle of the room and I felt a force pressing me back.

Who is it? I asked,

Jesus of Nazareth, Listen to me. was the reply, loud and clear. The force came closer and became more brilliant.

Who is it? I asked again.

Jesus of Nazareth, Listen to me! the voice repeated. I will teach you, and you will teach what I reveal to you. Help them! Help the faithful, those in tears and yearning; those who can listen. Help those who seek to know me.

I saw the possible future of America and the Christian churches—and I felt Jesus’ yearning heart to prevent what the consequences might be should transformation not come soon. The next thing I noticed was the sunlight streaming in; it was morning. Oh, my God! I have a new direction in life I thought. All of my fasting, my missionary work, and my nutrition education suddenly made sense; they had all been a preparation, culminating until this point.

I was stunned by the experience and resultant realization, and yet I knew it had been very real. I understood that I was to now embark on a new journey—a journey which would lead me to receive fifty messages through encounters with Jesus of Nazareth as he gave me what I call impressions of understanding. These impression teachings are central to the guidance in this text.

Why me? At the time I didn’t know. I am no different to others on Earth that have searched for truth and answers, seeking to know why we are here and trying to make sense of the contrast between the beauty and suffering within humanity. I spent many years in fasting, prayer, and walking by faith, spending time in the mountains in New Mexico, the Sandia, Jemez, and Manzanos where I would fast⁷ from three to twenty-one days, and on tropical islands such as in Red Ground Jamaica in silent retreat. I experienced living on the nourishment of prayer and what I could find from nature alone. Studying and walking the paths of various faiths and modalities from both the East and the West, I searched for the internal truth of the mind and soul, and I pursued knowledge of the truth of the body through the study of health, nutrition, science, theology, and psychology.

My experience occurred after an accumulated 21,000 hours of fasting—which were not done all at once, of course, but rather in a series of three, five, seven, ten, and twenty-one day periods over twenty-one years. I believe that the accumulation of my personal efforts with fasting, prayer, and faith enabled me to experience that life-changing event.

The Impressions from Jesus were as if I heard

a symphony of profound truth

Verification

After Jesus’ first appearance, I realized that the experience had occurred in the twenty-first year of my life of faith and spiritual work, which I knew to be a significant number. I proceeded to conduct seven periods of 7-day fasts and prayers (7 x 7) in order to verify this experience. I have been trained to always check and verify in a scientific manner, and I apply this in my spiritual life as well.

I have encountered a few religious people who do not see the validity of fasting nor acknowledge the authentic communication with God or high realms of spirit world that can occur via fasting. It is true that no method of spiritual practice is absolute. However, it is my experience that fasting (coupled with prayer) is clearly one of the most effective means to open your senses up to Heaven and protect yourself from the lower realms, entities or temptations. Biblical history is filled with examples of figures undertaking fasting, and thus to hold suspect this method is, in my opinion, foolish.

During those seven periods of 7-day fasts and prayers, God verified over and over again that His Son Jesus had indeed appeared to me. I was convinced. A further year was devoted to continuous fasting and prayer in order to create and maintain a higher spiritual resonance to receive impressions from Jesus; I wanted to be a pure vessel and conduit. In 1992, Jesus reappeared. It was the same date as his first appearance, January 3. The feeling was that it was time to start.

In June 1993, I began a pattern whereby I would fast for five consecutive days (120 hours in total) while working in manual labor as a painter, and on the fifth day Jesus would come.

Receiving the Impression Teachings 40 Generations Later

During that summer, on the fifth day of the first 5-day fast, I gathered trusted friends who were also seeking to hear greater understanding from Jesus. I closed my eyes and drew in three deep breaths. Impressions of further understanding poured into my mind, like a flowing river. As I attempted to express them to my friends, they took notes and audio/video recorded me. I also retained a memory of the discourse. During the experience, I received a complete impression of Jesus’ communication, including his culture, various semi-conscious images and symbols that conveyed the real meaning of the words, and even the Aramaic syntax—Jesus’ native language. In effect, I felt that my mind was touched by the mind of Jesus—a type of merging. I believe my preparations of fasting and prayer had raised my spiritual vibration to enable this.

Afterward, I allowed myself to eat solid food for two days before beginning another 120-hour fast and semi-fast, during which I received further teachings via impressions from Jesus. This process continued for a total of 300 days while I lived outside New York City and concluded with The Revealing in Russia, where the final impression came. In total, I undertook fifty separate five-day periods of fasting and prayers in a 300-day period, eating only meals for two days a week and drinking only water, and at times juice, for the other five.

In that time, I began to study the fundamentals of Aramaic, which continues to this day, as I feel it is important to interpret the Aramaic teachings of Jesus and to provide insight based on this. Having been touched by the mind of Jesus, where I received a full impression of his communication, I knew that understanding his native language and his first century culture would render a more complete comprehension of his teachings. After a total of seventy teachings were revealed, and some fifty encounters, I felt a new phase begin—the phase of understanding and learning to live by the guidance of what I had begun to call The Inheritance⁸. For the next seven years, I went through the process of internalizing the first ten teachings that are revealed in this book. My growth continues; I can only share what I have learned thus far. More is to come.

It was a humbling experience that Jesus appeared to me giving these impressions; he had his reasons, and I felt compelled to comply. I believe that many sincere people have longed for answers to the same questions my heart asked. But it happened to me, and so here I am sharing with you, not only my initial experience, but a good measure of the knowledge that was imparted to me via The Impressions. This book contains only a small part of the total revealed Impressions.

My life experiences and understanding of behavioral psychology and nutrition are also drawn upon as a valuable adjunct to the Teachings, to aid us in our complete healing and growth. To use the analogy of the human body, we can say that while the Impressions or Teachings provide the very foundations or skeletal structure for this book, my knowledge of behavioral psychology, scripture, nutrition, and biology provides the organs and muscles, helping to create a full body of comprehensive understanding.

This book’s purpose: My goal and hope

We clearly are in need of answers, in need of healing of our minds and souls and bodies. A unity of Heaven and Earth is required; a return to our originally intended state where we know and live in our true original identity, this will bring earth peace. In this state, we would be living in an Eartheaven designed according to the original paradigm, and while not detailed, nevertheless found in Genesis One. My overall aim with this book is to bring your focus back to that origin, a unified paradigm for humanity’s development. It is here that you will find the solutions. And where is that blueprint to be found? Within your very being; it is in your spiritual, biological DNA and the spark of God in spirit. It is here that you will finally find the relief you are searching for. But to get there, you will have to be honest with yourself and where you are at, take off your mask and reconnect with this original blueprint.

Integrated learning allows us to be objective and to mature

There are many who have walked the path to attain the original blueprint of true men and women. One such person who fulfilled this was the man called Jesus of Nazareth—Jesus Christ⁹. His life was spent living out a calling to awaken in humanity this blueprint.

My aim with this book is to bridge universal spiritual principles, Jesus’ words, scripture, Impressions of Jesus’ heart-mind, my life experience and practical psychological precepts so that after being saved or, if you are of another faith, after a renewal or enlightened moment, the growth process to your true identity, both in spirit and body, will begin—the gateway to the new growth process will be opened, experiencing the unified paradigm of human development to paradise and more. Jesus would call this the moment of ethphatah¹⁰: the space cleared for the entrance of sacred healing.

The temple of the spirit must be healed and joined with a renewed soul as in a marriage. All too often our spirit knows what is right; it senses the way. Yet the soul is scarred, so it distorts the spirit’s directive. The divorce between the spirit/soul and body must end. I also wish to assist humanity to have the integrated ideal, healthy biological body with a healed soul. When the biological body, the temple of the spirit, is unhealthy, the distortion between mind/spirit is compounded. This can and does at times effect gene reading and neural hormonal balance.

To this end, the objective of this book, Volume 1 and 2 is to bridge the gap between faith/vision/revelation and reality, in a systematic manner, within the earth body temple in recreation step by step. We all must heal that is for sure. We need to see that earth paradise of In the Beginning was real potentially and now we can become again earth paradise and heaven, a new beginning that is a very real possibility and that we need a breakthrough for this to happen personally and on a collective level.

The purpose of this book has seven aspects: (1) To share the Impression Teachings; (2) To reveal and assist in the resolve human trauma; (3) To recreate the biological self—God’s temple; (4) To offer unifying insight beyond religious boundaries, advocating reform where need toward with the result of increased human potential to create what I refer to a Eartheaven and (5) to share my life experience with 1, 2, 3, and 4. 5. Share my life course which believe has lessons of wisdom as we all do: (6), To present an integrated paradigm of life whereby generations can learn life in the beginning before dogma and thus relate more deeply based on our common humanity of divine inheritance, in effect a leap in humanity’s divine integrated evolutionary development. Finally, (7) Your awakening to the truth within you.

1.   To share the Impression Teachings of Jesus of Nazareth 40 Generations Later and his longing heart

Sharing The Teaching Impressions 40 Generations Later¹¹—in particular the first ten, which offer guidance relevant for the twenty-first and twenty second century. The first ten relate to individual growth¹², while the remainder relate to community, national healing, and world unity. Some of these teachings will seem new, while some will bring a deepening and widening of current understandings of Jesus’ words and the original blueprint. I hope to share with those who are seeking the historical Jesus and the truths he conveyed. Many have already testified to the depth of The Teachings and their profound effect upon their lives.

After forty three years of studying scripture and experiencing people suffering and struggling to break through their difficulties, it became clear that studying scripture and self-help books and reading post-its of encouragement on the refrigerator are not enough; Jesus’ appearance to me was not business as usual. I could sense in Jesus’ appearances’ and two thousand years of sacrifice and effort was at stake, as was/is the future of all humanity.

My experiences of Jesus, beginning with his first appearance in 1989, clearly showed that he is not a passive bystander. He wasn’t joking; he wasn’t comforting me or saying Have faith and don’t worry. Jesus was very much alive, invested and concerned, and he was filled with compassion, focused intent and a casting of our reality as he sees it. His heart was, and is, yearning to assist us.

When Jesus appeared to me, his heart was not, Oh well, I did my job two thousand years ago as he sat back on a rocking chair (or throne) having a cup of tea. It was as if he was opening his mouth in the first week of his ministry two thousand years ago. His soul was crying out to us, with an immediate call to action NOW! I was left speechless.

The extraordinary mind and heart of Jesus became self-evident through the Impression Teachings. The meaning of scripture was clarified and my ensuing study of Aramaic demonstrated one simple point: Jesus of Nazareth can guide us to the state of the In the Beginning—Eartheaven.

The Teachings contemporize Jesus’ guidance. This does not outdate his words of 30-33 AD, not at all. However, our problems with our current global cultures need to be addressed in this 21st century in the language of our circumstances today, providing a portal to break through to the next stage of human growth. Both Jesus’ words, then and now, I believe will endure and continue to be relevant until humanity is fully restored to its ideal. The Impression Teachings speak not just to our immediate conscious but to the unconscious self, whereby deep, coded messages from within can surface—the goal of which is to heal and make whole the self. The unity of humanity, while preserving the uniqueness of various cultures and faiths, is possible based on universal principles of the 6th Day of Creation¹³, the unified paradigm of growth to the 7th Day of settlement in peace which I believe to a great degree the Eartheaven Codex offers.

2.   To reveal what is hidden and heal: Working our way forward from deep hurt.

As individuals we have a division between our mind/soul (our inner life spiritually) and our biological body, between our intent and what we actually do. We have a division between Heaven’s impulse and the graceful support of the biological body. We need healing. Humanity’s dysfunction is a reflection of the disunity between heaven (God) and earth (mankind) and is a manifestation of the dysfunction within our very being. We are still suffering, imprisoned in the injured soul, and tormented from trauma and the continuing incivility and disease of the body.

This disunity of soul and biological body has been an issue since the beginning of our time. Heaven and earth were never meant to be divorced; hence, each person’s deep longing to be whole and undivided. To do this, one has to reveal their hidden traumas and resolve them, healing the inner soul and mind. This is very much part of the second purpose of this book. A transformation of life is possible, yet for many a sense of Paradise in both soul and body seems a bit out of reach. I will show you that it is not out of reach, and indeed how to reach it, by drawing on the knowledge of Jesus’ guidance for us today through The Teachings, what I have gleaned through my life experiences, and from my various studies including the study of Aramaic and behavioral science, in particular, the recreation of the biological body through purification, diet, nutrition and the ecological principles towards our body becoming the temple of the spirit.

There are active followers of the Christian faith and other faiths who do experience a renewal of the mind and some healing of the soul. But often times that renewal is short-lived or is unstable. We often see in religious/spiritual life that while the mind is being renewed, the soul still continues to suffer with hidden scars that adversely affect behavior. These are the scars from the trauma of life. It is evident that spiritual principles need to be relevant and effectively applied to resolving human trauma in real life.

The inner chaos that so many of us experience is often masked and the mask can be formed through several methods, some of which are innocent. No matter what the source for feeding the mask is, the outcome is always the same: a prolongation of healing, continued loss of self, and denial of the kept hurts in life that perpetuate division within and between people that is bringing humanity to the edge of sanity/insanity. Trauma continues its legacy.

Faith has to be rooted—and a deep change of self

Psychological insights, combined with spiritual principles such as those revealed and discussed in this book, can expose and address what is hidden within. In order to truly breakthrough to a step closer to our true identity and the hope for Heaven on Earth, the serious issues that face our humanity must be addressed, uncompromised. On this foundation we can proceed in a more mature manner on the inheritance journey, becoming true to God. This means we become people of substance where our inner life image is of Heaven and our practice in life matches it. With the insights I share in this book, I hope to assist you to recognize and remove your own masks and to remove the scars of your personal trauma—as one member of humanity.

3.   To recreate the biological self—the temple of the spirit—and become the new you

Volume Two of the Eartheaven Codex, which shares Your Body’s True Identity, the temple of the spirit¹⁴—sharing what I have learned through my nutritional studies, basic science, cultural evidence of increased longevity and quality of life and, of course, what I have tried and tested in my own life. The unity of Heaven and Earth is only possible when the soul is born of Heaven and the body is born of the Earth. The communication and resonance through this unity births a new life, an entirely new potentiality for all of us. Living this potential is called the ascension¹⁵, a birth,¹⁶ which then immediately creates the 3rd thing the reality of Eartheaven, a new entity, which is an entirely new profound transformed experience of life. Let’s say in Aramaic, birthed & sealed or the Ina~na, the Aramaic for passage to a completion, the perfection of a stage of integrated growth becoming the 6th day of creation, thus the door to the 7thday. The Aramaic of this Amen in ancient language is traced to a sealing of Heaven & Earth as if the King/Queen of the Universe stamped the seal of certainty on it. We may have a birthing spiritually and a renewing of health, but at a specific level of recreation an entirely profound birth occurs from within the unity of heaven and earth. In this birth in the unity of heaven and earth a new level of human life will emerge. Through purification and regeneration a healthier cell and gene state can emerge. This is called epigenetics. (More on this in Volume Two.) We cannot afford for even a minute to delay the right understanding of recreating the biological self. The body is the temple of the spirit and we need to recreate the temple closer to the original hope, the Genesis One Hope—your body’s true identity.

Reducing the risk of disease through lifestyle changes is possible. A vital body, greater immunity and radiant health that are closer to the Genesis One Eartheaven paradigm, is possible. My hope through this book is for you to not only heal the divide between your mind and soul, but also to guide you towards the re-creation of your biological self so you are living in a state of Heaven on Earth.

4.   To present objective, unifying insight: Reform where needed

I wish to highlight that there is a thread of common truth within humanity regardless of the different faiths—the internal pulse of which is to arrive back to our true identity in the sixth day of creation, in the beginning and from this point open an Era after religion to the unity of humanity in original life—the 7thday: For this reality to emerge no doubt a transitional history will appear. I strive to always present my insight objectively. This is not a book about theology or to defend, negate or to promote any sect or religion. It is not a book to persuade you to believe anything. And my purpose is definitely not to critique any theological belief system. Rather this is a book about In the beginning God created, where there was to be an Eartheaven, the Kingdom of God on earth. My efforts are to clarify further steps needed to bring us all back to the origins of life by bringing a unique insight into what Jesus wants to say to us today as was revealed to me through the Impression Teachings. Additionally, the psychological dimension of Jesus words must be understood as an effective means to profound change. By doing so, it may seem sometimes that I am being critical of aspects of Christian belief and or others faith ideas. That is not my purpose. Nor am I discounting the efforts of faiths so far towards improving humanities growth. The weaving of God’s presence through the faiths of the world, and in my view that means Christianity in particular, has brought many blessings and altered the lives of millions for the better. Generally, we have a lifestyle far better than in centuries past.

Yet despite 85 percent or so of American people saying they believe in God and 30 percent saying that they have had a transforming Christian experience, the largest growing faith in America is one where people believe in nothing or are agnostic. ¹⁷ Conflicting to this the studies show a differing reality. Up to 88% of people polled say they are looking for nothing religious¹⁸. Further studies show that the Protestant affiliation has decreased 5%-8% in the last five years and the unaffiliated to Church has grown 4%. The approximate average of un affiliated to a religious has grown now to almost 20% in the United States. Additionally, the dysfunctional symptoms I mentioned previously reflect a serious gap between faith and practice. There is definitely a need and it is as global as suffering. These gaps have a common thread applicable to all people. World cultures are not okay. No culture, north, south, east or west are free from trauma, none. The learned behavior of suppressing wounds, moving on without resolve or straight out denial, is a common thread within cultures. It allows scars to linger from generation to generation.

There is a growing discouragement with the established churches and their interpretation and application of Jesus words. Sadly, this dissatisfaction with the belief and structure of churches leads people to throw away the baby with the bath water and give up on any concept of getting in touch with the real, living Jesus themselves outside of the church structure. However, a growing number also continue to seek and find Jesus outside of the church, realizing that the House of God in fact can be anywhere, as long as there is the indwelling of God’s Spirit in us. That was my experience. Jesus came to me and shared his deepest soul, directing me to thereafter share with you.

As I see it, the Church needs a reformation and an awakening. Never mind the so-called un-churched; the Church has enough problems to deal with. This statement may step on toes. However, the only important question is this: Are these words the reality? I hope this book will help guide and heal many, and I am no exception, and will foster a greater unity of people.

5.   My life Course

I am completing this book after forty-three years journey¹⁹ in spiritual and health interests. The ranges of my studies have included from clinical nutrition, dietetics, biological medicine, ecology, psychology Aramaic and mysticism. I know that each one of us has many lessons to offer to each other. As we listen to the testimony of others, we often say to ourselves, yeah, and thus we learn through the experience of others. The lessons life teaches us can be very rough, yet when learned and internalized become golden wisdom.

6.   Eartheavens Paradigm: a Unified Paradigm for Humanities Evolutionary Life Potential

The summation of this codex is the revealing of the In the Beginning Eartheaven paradigm. All in all the words you read from cover to cover are the framing of the In the Beginning Ideal of humanity. Earth/paradise to Eartheaven is our rightful inheritance. No doubt we all are growing. We are trying to breakthrough to a more integrated life. In this sixth purpose I see that this codex offers a door to humanity’s divine integrated evolutionally development—closer to a hopeful earth peace. Whether or not any couple or society ever reached an ideal peace is not clear. However the evidence so far would throw doubt on a paradise once upon a time. Thus we clearly are still growing and the integration of heaven and earth within ourselves and throughout the planet is still a goal to which we strive. The paradigm I present I believe will help us towards this goal.

My journey has taught me many lessons and I share them through this book for whatever you may glean from them. From the dungeons of hell to the pristine beauty of Paradise in soul and biological body, I have tried to find words that capture the living experience and create guideposts to assist you in your journey to your True Identity, the foundation for a real substantial Eartheaven culture.

7.   Your awakening to the truth within you.

Yes I believe this: that within all of us there are truths that need to be brought forth. We all are from God, and therefore embedded in us are principle of life. Over the course of many years we experience things in life that can mute the communication of these natural laws or divine matrix. They are always there indestructible yet all too often they are obscured. As you study the Eartheaven Codex I hope that the divine matrix becomes in plain sight to you and your life will profoundly be transformed.

H eaven and earth were originally meant to be one . The original life is a not a life of division or duality ²⁰ where different aspects are in separation or contradiction to one another. For instance: the interest of the soul should not be at odds with the body. Our desire for certain foods should not harm the body. Our pursuit of self-interests and science should not contradict moral and ethical values that render scientific discovery potentially harmful to existence. Heaven and earth are part of the "In the Beginning. Life should not usurp the In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth." What does this say to us? Simply that God is not self-contradictory, thus creation is not also. This Eartheaven codex will present the harmony of life, creation and purpose.

Within this book (Codex) you may come across concepts and principles that you are not familiar with. That’s okay. This book’s purpose is to create learning so you can move ahead in casting a foundation for Eartheaven within yourself, and we have started this process already with the preface. The basic structure of this book Eartheaven is simple and contains two parts: Volume One is Heaven and Volume Two is Earth in a separate publication. The journey you will go through will be a recreation of your entire self.

At the end of each Teaching of Heaven you will see that there are practice exercises. These are practical steps based in the Teachings that create real change in the soul and biological body. The practical steps applied to the body are located within the content of the 5th Teachings of the earth.

In my experience there are three stages of learning. In order to learn and change ourselves we have to reevaluate
