Out of Balance - James Boyd Fuller

Printed in the United States of America

    INTRODUCTION

I, James B Fuller will bring forward to the reader very interesting and valid points as to just how sick our planet is becoming if we choose to do very little to curb negative trends and make necessary change.

For a year now, I have started a solution base to what is now becoming evident before our very eyes that our planetary natural systems are completely out of balance. The extent of which we have no answer neither in science or biological facts except the common denominator rainforest loss evidence is showing up.

Simply, the studies have not yet been done to solidify knowledge enough to satisfy truth in the matter and convince the remaining skeptics we must change course to head off the worst effects deforestation is causing. Climate change. This book is dedicated to solving the forest decline problems.

I have understanding that the implications of the imbalance becoming greater with each day will only serve to provide such evidence in the form of future degradation of earthly natural systems. Evidence such as plastics’ long-range effects to our oceans, forest loss, sea level rise, global warming, and mining to the point of failure to provide basic needs to our species.

This now becomes a question and matter for time.

When I was formulating this timeline, I was looking for likeminded individuals who were thinking along the same lines of study. To my astonishment I found one such individual in Europe, Dr. Jozsef Steier, a Hungarian very passionate for our planet. I wrote to him and we immediately understood what the other knew to be true, our planet is in trouble.

Dr. Steier has a view no one else has in the world besides me and Fontoh Desmond Abinwi of Cameroon who too understands the underlying implications of trying to reduce CO2 emissions upsetting economic flow. What do we mean not reducing CO2 emissions?

Simply this, using that excess CO2 in our atmosphere as a fertilizer for trees and plants back into the planetary systems mix. That is Dr. Steier’s philosophy. I agree 100 percent.

To reverse our direction too fast would be wrong, economies could not withstand such thinking or ready for such thinking.

We came together over the question: how could we reverse the damage being done to ecological systems worldwide at the same time reduce the burden of economic stresses?

Dr. Steier was already pioneering growing trees in the desert regions of Morocco and COP22. CO2 as a fertilizer agricultural program is a huge success. Problem was he knew there was not enough water to satisfy all the trees’ needs from aquifer systems they are drying up and drilling deeper is expensive. Further, CO2 as a fertilizer needed more data over time studies.

Even drilling to the aquifer systems was out of the question. The aquifers are running out of water. I, James B Fuller, relayed the idea of Geo Engineering Methodology (GEM) to secure a water source for irrigating the Sahara Desert Northwestern to Central Regions using the aquifer systems. These aquifer systems are interconnected geologically, and one pipeline is sufficient to the idea of irrigating this region.

If we could fill those aquifers bringing the water to the surface, it would solve a millennia’s old problem re-greening of the Sahara Desert, at least a good portion of it. This in turn would provide food, trees to balance nature, which we have unbalanced.

But where do we get enough water to irrigate the region of Sahara Desert needed for growing these trees, grass, or whatever more you would like?

In this book you will learn of the ingenious simple yet truly revolutionary methodology I invented for getting enough water to the region year after year for many generations solving huge climatic, ecologic, and biologic problems as well as socioeconomics in the process.

This is precisely why this book is being written to bring to light an opportunity for our planet to heal naturally if we adjust to make changes along the way and provide abundantly for its inhabitant’s benefits.

In simple terms we will write the book for a wide audience to become familiar with real factored problems existing today with how we have and do deal with economy mistakes. We will present the facts and evidences we now have as a knowledge base in science and the underlying trends that will have the reader wondering how in the world we have treated our planet like it’s an endless resource; it is not. The dire implications of not observing stewardship principles soon.

We will point out the logical course of action to the growing ecological imbalance traceable to one source, hint: it’s not petroleum burning or usage, it’s not coal either. True, these have contributed, but are not the main failure cause of being out of balance.

I am very pleased to say we hold no one source or economy mistakes of past or present entities doing business to be at fault for our current planetary condition. We only want to bring together the factual far-reaching solution to the public and private eyes. To be examined thoroughly and understood completely how important this project is to our future, our children’s future, and many generations to come. We cannot stress enough in words to describe the implications mounting daily that will change life on earth forever.

This project once online doing its designed purpose will be a boost for the world by means of stewardship principles, cooperation’s, alliances, and productive mitigation of no less than fifteen major growing problems including sea level rise and most Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the table through UN definitions through 2030.

I thank the readers for the chance to show our side of the story of planet earth, which direction we believe we are going that must be steered a bit for planetary health to be maintained back to a balanced system. We believe by the time you finish reading this capsule of information about our planetary condition, you will have a new understanding and a new way of channeling your energies toward helping.

Historic First-of-Its-Kind Projects of Nature to Enhance Nature

This project indeed will be the first of its kind and historic, but more than this, it’s a direction to focus and be a part of to remedy economic mistakes. The next generation is not far off, and we believe we owe this kind of groundbreaking innovation to them. Further we are determined by this innovation to end hunger, bring online avenues of change that benefit our planet and its inhabitants immensely educational, new laws friendly and logical to population growth, codes of conduct, etc.

We will try to keep this book on the positive side and interesting enough that the reader is continually learning even when we get to the scientific parts that can be repetitious and dull. Science can be extremely fun when finding the nuggets of precious information, we promise you there are some to find depending upon how deeply you care about this planet our home.

    The Past One Hundred Years

For the past one hundred years now, humanity has created and destroyed many times and many things.

To help put into perspective what is meant by destroyed, we will first map the past one hundred years of humanities struggle to become better.

Many of us on planet earth are simply not aware that each of us have impact on ecology, natural resources, and ocean systems. It’s not the general public’s fault. This has not been an educational school priority; this needs to change. Therefore, we are writing this book.

What our system of governance does not know about in terms of nature will likely be our undoing as a destroyer of our world if we let it

    happen.

When we say destroyer, we mean literally using the environment and resources down to the point of exhaustion. We should be living with nature, not against nature. To do this properly we need lifelong education of the principle’s stewardship. We are all therefore responsible for the welfare of our planet’s health. If we do not respect our planet, our planet will still do its natural job without us.

This is a bold statement; however, this statement is quite accurate and to the point. We (general leaders of planet earth) think we are at the top of our educational chain, but we are not when it comes to nature conservancy. Why? We have considerable scientific under-

standing yet have very much to learn when talking about nature and being more in tune with natural future system interfacing.

Here is the dilemma. We must now educate the educator of our future world or do nothing or very little and let nature take its course. First the natural sustainable systems fail, most everything dies, and the cycle restarts—that’s the next one hundred to two hundred years.

To quantify the education, what we are talking about does not require a huge shift in thinking. In fact, this requires a simple cognitive shift to our actions collectively. One nation may think they need to acquire more wealth than another nation of similar size.

This kind of thinking is wrong, not because we say so, but because our planetary natural systems say so.

If we compete on a resource basis we defeat the purpose of planetary health. If we compete on a solution-based system of principles, we will win and understand fully nature’s laws must be respected.

Who wants to be responsible for destroying the home we call Earth? How ever we would like our nations to be in the future if we are to survive as a civilization, we must conform to the natural laws first or suffer the consequences of those laws, which could be severe to catastrophic level events left unattended or less attended as has been the case for one hundred years.

We are not writing to scare the pants out of everyone. We are writing the factual progress of nature to seek equilibrium as a system. How does nature seek equilibrium? Not to be too scientific because the readers here are not all scientist, we will explain by simple comparison.

Humanity forgets, nature on the other hand is programmed to circulate its information continuously with little variation.

If you introduce another altering program to the system, then the outcomes of that system will change. The proof of concept is right before all our eyes. Can any of us precisely map nature’s entire curriculum?

No, so why do we think we have not altered these systems? Or manmade climate change. We will not argue this point
