Excessive use of electronic devices can lead to health problems such as childhood obesity, vision and posture problems, insomnia, and behavior problems.
In addition, excessive use of electronic devices can negatively affect children's cognitive, emotional, and social development. Children who spend a lot of time in front of screens may have problems concentrating, lack of social and emotional skills, and language and communication problems.
