For this phrase, place your two hands face to face and now look for the volume between them. Make small light and flexible movements of bringing together, then spread them more or less, always keeping simple, but flexible movements.

Example: I transmit the light of God to my wife. You can also send it to several people by same time, example: "I transmit the light to all my friends, to all the people I know, to all human beings". I allow myself to add that there is no limit concerning the number of human, animal,

vegetable or mineral, to which you will transmit it simultaneously. And above all, it must be understood that light has no limit and passes well through any material and any place whatsoever. Its use is absolutely not limited. You can practice as many times as you want daily and for as many people you want.

Note that to complete the mantra, you must

say

"God willing

and if his karma allows him, she is cured".

This last sentence must, in consideration of its addressee, be the subject of a modification in gender and number: masculine for a man, plural for a group of people. This may seem ridiculous, however, I am sure that some people would not have made the necessary conjugation chords, for fear of changing the mantra.
