Meritania’s Tale Melinda the character Longbow’s point of view is in this story with aftermath of Melinda’s story. Longbow was dreaming he was in the lobby of a building he recognized belonged to his titleholder job.

His secretary said President, would you mind showing her to the presses outside?

He found himself agreeing looked at a female who nodded her head which he got up and held up a hand and she got up taking it. He led her to the elevator and once inside spoke the command for the lobby and felt it go down which he gently squeezed his female’s hand sensing her nervous. Longbow led her out of the elevator into the lobby to the front entrance and brought her out seeing the crowd of people and press gasp seeing her. He smiled a smile and kissed her hand she agreeing to the touch by him. He continued to smile as he looked away from her she felt clinging to him out of nervousness he continued looking at the crowd.

Longbow recalled the box of a ring into his pocket kneeled asking the female Will you marry me?

He heard gasps from the crowd witnessing them as he continued to stare at her that did a double take look.

Longbow frowned as he heard a voice sounded into his mind spoke Choose wisely you both in your life.

Longbow while kneeling on one knee then held up a hand with his ring box aiming it towards the female he hoped will be his wife while forming a pleading look on his face.

Take me. he begged silently Marry me.

Longbow spoke loudly I love you I’ll cherish you as my wife as long as we both say I love you towards each other. I love you marry me.

The female with shock gasped He loves me. before she formed expression appeared to be happiness on her face Yes I’ll marry you! she said loudly to the cheers of the crowd saying Yay!

Longbow got up and placed the white diamond stoned ring onto her ring finger of her left hand while he proceeded to kiss her on the lips wrapping her into a hug.

He was able to dip her into a kiss she flustered Oh!

He raised them both up as the lights from the presses became glaring signaling recorders’ devices as they said President takes a bride!

Longbow again kissed the female onto the lips who kissed him back hands onto the back of his neck. He came to hearing the familiar alarm sound of his alarm clock within his ear.

Oh! He jerked open his eyes to recall the engagement dream as he rolled over onto the bed groaning Ooh!

Longbow recalled seeing his female he asked for marriage was in a form he couldn’t describe. The dream turned nightmarish when the female had succeeded in injecting him onto the back of the neck with a syringe’s drug. Longbow collapsed onto the ground groaning not helped by her or anyone he obviously poisoned.

She after injecting him she displayed laughter she saying I’m not sorry your title and wealth is mine!

Longbow woke up gasping from the dream shocking him Oh jump into a lake!

The saying jump into a lake was said planet’s insult saying as accepted.

Longbow got his mind said Focused onto your self than anything else.

He groaned rolling over intending to sleep some more till the Eli turned the lights on said Sleep mode over for master.

The Eli the Engineered Life Intelligence the mind of a humanoid acting like a computer since he took residence in the apartment habitually controlled him with commands like when to sleep and when to wake up.

Longbow assumed the Eli’s talk was speaks for Get up and start your sun! You’re not spending time in bed all sun!

Groaning Longbow entered the attached private room to eye himself into the mirror despite clad in his familiar loose pants he wore as sleepwear. He saw his hair was waist length black style in ropy like braids that grew out of his head naturally without his efforts to fix his hair up.

Your hair is ridiculous! he recalled such talk.

Longbow rubbed his face feeling relieved he didn’t have to focus onto the grooming for facial and body hair an annoying First Ones’ male habit for the Humans’ species. The planet had multiple humanoid species hybrids and purebreds. Longbow was a Legendian as marked by the pale white skin and black hair with the twinning colored First One’s styled black eyes that glowed golden whenever he did the telekinetic mind moving abilities of the Berserker another marked status of his humanoid species. Groaning he eyed the shower stall figured he’ll keep busy to use the facilities while he was in there. Longbow came out once clad in the familiar black tight uncomfortable like business pants by cloth and a long sleeve tight shirt of buttons that highlighted his muscular chest and arms to detail. He had on a jacket in black and metallic black tie dubbed bolo he decided to wear as his uniform for the title he got assigned.

He recalled females ogling him with Woo! whenever they saw his naked upper body like I want to sex him he’s easy on the eyes. Like attitude to his annoyance.

Longbow left the bedroom entering the main room to hear from the residence Eli said Appointments scheduled shall I cancel or confirm?

Longbow spoke Confirm.

The Eli said Confirmation done.

Longbow once in the main room containing the kitchen that both sides had bedrooms of main one on one side with triplet bedrooms separated by a hallway entrance on the other side he used for his office works. Longbow made himself a meal of alcoholic drink and applesauce his body whining in pain from him eating and drinking the nourishment.

The Eli signaled Vehicle is waiting for you to come as ordered at the appointed time.

He sighed to eye his food sensing he was absent mildly spooning the bowl empty of food without realizing it by Eli’s signaled comment like the computer mind was asking him in its feminine voice Are you alright?

Longbow left the apartment he once on arrival found Rusty a female clad in red pantsuit with cleavage in a sexy way always with her computer tablet in her hand standing there like anticipating him.

She spoke You’re wanted outside to give an appearance to the public. The presses are not put off by your guards’ and spokesperson’s excuses of you busy.

Longbow groaned sensing from Rusty’s edge of voice hinted I’m ordered for you to do this by your predecessor.

He had known that Rusty’s voiced tone of sarcasm to recognize when the offices’ workers had communication to her You to order the boss to do something for us.

Longbow walked away going to the elevator finding the doors left open with twin guards inside that didn’t traditionally salute when they saw him.

The twins just glared and looked like We’re your bodyguards.

Longbow found that true by them both following him outside to stand facing the public of presses and people held back by barricades.

What will you do today?! said one as another yelled Any orders for us to sleep?!

He heard such themed talk that annoyed him for titleholder named Ron Ronald focused onto businesses of bedroom residences such as for rent or to own. His eyes as if drawn focused onto a pair of blue eyes peering through a pair of sunglasses. The eyes that saw him eyeing them widen then resumed the sunglasses. He saw the figure belonged to a female form by the black pantsuit with tanned dark skin with long brown hair straight styled.

His eyes again gave the crowd a look over again then focused onto the female as if drawn Hmm that female with sunglasses seems familiar. Wonder who she is?

His thoughts as compelled said Think of your destiny.

He stiffened as his eyes again stared at the female in the sunglasses he didn’t know her name to look around at the crowd he felt eyes couldn’t stay off of him ogling him.

Woo I want to sleep with you! he heard sounded multiple times to make him mentally spoke What’s with their reaction of seeing me sexy?

Rusty tapped his shoulder to signal Inside now!

Longbow looked at where the female with the sunglasses was to find her gone but a light flashed in her spot he exhaled air.

Once inside and away from the entrance he spoke to Rusty Spill it why’s their ogling me sexy way enough to sleep with me?

Rusty he saw form a frown before she spoke after chuckle an embarrass laugh You’re easy on the eyes sir. I would sleep with you anyway if I wasn’t taken.

Longbow sounded of disgust went to the office followed by Rusty he inside used the laptop to focused onto the recording of the presses. He saw to his shock the female with the eyes that reminded him of someone he didn’t place wasn’t on the recording. Her spot was empty of people as he recalled looking her way.

The blessing a deity lord. He realized with shock seeing that omission.

Longbow’s inner voice said Keep watching by recorder.

Longbow recalled later while watching the recorder on his laptop of various scenes of his dream with the deity lord Mindbender himself. He didn’t focused onto the deity’s appearance instead was staring at the male’s alien wording necklace that had his cloak onto his back. He was avoiding eyeing Mindbender’s face that had a black mask covering the mouth and nose leaving the eyes bare without any details except his First Ones’ golden eyes peering out with disapproval seen. Mindbender was wearing a hooded mask to cover his head hiding his hair gently with gloved hands placed one onto his shoulder in a kneading way. Mindbender he recalled placed a gloved hand onto his chin that forced himself to look up at the male who was taller tower over his short height. Mindbender was habitually tall towering over whoever visited him in dreaming scenario. Mindbender gently squeezed his shoulders he sighed seeing the deity’s eyes staring at him with an expression.

He recognized the expression I’m sorry for your in pain.

Longbow felt compelled to speak groaned and spoke Ron Ronald is who I’ll be from now on than Longbow Bandy.

Mindbender spoke masculine deep voice Talk on your feelings my offspring.

Mindbender habitually said offspring’s reference towards visitors visiting his white sandy beached atoll area in the sunlight with pale blue waters surrounding the area not known in planet side’s nature.

Longbow spoke I’m frustrated that I have to evolve myself to become someone I unexpectedly didn’t expect myself to become.

Longbow eyed Mindbender who without a word forced his eyes shut without a comment.

Longbow recognized the eyes’ forced shut method meant I’m not going to explain further of the situation so think for yourself.

He passed out to dream of the engagement dream that ended nightmarish. Groaning Longbow while watching his laptop for scenes recalled his talk with Mindbender meant living as Ron Ronald in the titleholder’s residential building and acting as that person than going around as Longbow Bandy without a care for his own life. He recalled further Ron Ronald in personality wise did care for second chances for workers and whoever the person holding the title said to give hope to someone down on their airs. Longbow recalled he walked inside the office as Ron Ronald to sit into the titleholder’s desk and chair. The office workers had widen eyed looks seeing him as Rusty his Jackie all tradeswoman before introducing herself he didn’t know her titled name assumed her as a secretary for she didn’t look surprised.

Longbow spoke his order Inform the public that my persona identity is Ron Ronald which I’m to take his residence and title. There’s should be a residence in the business set aside for anyone in the public eye in the city to rest being alone with others serving them anonymously like equal person. I insisted you and the others still keep your jobs and duties to this office as I run things as a titleholder. I’m not firing anyone I’m keeping them in office firm.

Secretary aka Rusty gave him a head bob and said This will be done as you requested sir.

Longbow spoke Excuse me while I leave and publicity announces this position of title.

He entered the elevator sighing and found it led to the lobby floor than the garage he figured I have to publicity show I’m taking the title firm.

Longbow found that obeyed by the presses pestering him with questions as he was guided by guards wearing red uniforms of Ronald’s guardianship group.

What do you have to say involving the title as a sleeper?! one yelled as another yelled Comment on sleeping with people you obviously slept your way to the job!

Longbow ignored that comment to say to the presses I’m officially taking the Ron Ronald title. Thank you that’s all.

He left entering the lobby with red furniture as said Red is Ronald’s business office’s official color.

Red colored uniforms were said for Ronald’s titleholder guards serving him firm. Secretary once he sat in his office found her standing in the office with her computer in her hand without a keyboard option she was fingering by finger beep, beep. She glanced up seeing him to sigh like exhale of air with bangs flipping up like exasperated.

Longbow sat as he recalled he spoke What’s on my agenda?

He had thought I think that question is acceptable.

Secretary cleared her throat and spoke Your public spokesperson as titleholder is requiring you to go to publicity parties events to publicity announced and show that you’re doing this title’s takeover. Your predecessor said to gives his blessing if you want to know. His only price tag is you figure out how to maneuver around the job yourself I’m to advise.

Longbow exhaled a breath sighing softly and inhaled to speak I accept the terms as long as my former persona isn’t flaunted in my face. I did request a residential building be set aside to be used as a sanctuary place for someone seeking a rest from public personas to feel like themselves in private.

Secretary appeared to agree by saying He called me Rusty by titled name as his handy tradeswoman in helping him doing everything. My job involved informing him of his schedule of appointments for meetings with people for example. I’m to relaying orders no matter how silly it is I’m to order it to the minions serving you.

Longbow recalled he spoke I accept this from you Rusty for I’m going to be dependant onto you for maneuvering around the title as this persona.

Rusty spoke sounded firm I can only advise you on what you think you need to do. Your predecessor when he informed me of the title’s takeover said firmly you were to do the job your own way and your own persona. I think that’s to difference you from previous titleholders. He was firm on this status for each titleholder to have the title starting with you in question.

Longbow shook his head of the memory and continued to view scenes onto his laptop his inner voice said Keep watching you’ll find what you’re looking for.

I’m unsure of what to do. Longbow was fiddling by laptop computer checking scenes I need to view something I’m urged. till a scene of a female appeared onto screen.

Watch her she’s yours. Voice sounded into his mind.

The female he eyed widen his eyes as his private flared sexual urges after a deadness status of feeling emotionless he felt himself become alive again from viewing the recording. The female had a Devon Ville appearance of the brown hair but her skinned appearance was more lighter beige looking with brown eyes he saw that murderously looked up at the recorder above her while making rude signs he ignored.

Longbow felt compelled by compulsion to learn more of her Who’s she?! He raged into the intercom Get me that female’s identity to me now! I want to know her!

The object of Longbow’s was sitting in a jail cell looking angrily like making obscene rude gestures while signing Father!

Longbow ignored those signs to ogle her like if drawn as something emotions hitting him from repeatedly feeling deadness burst apart within him followed by himself feeling alive again enough to know more of her.

Eli location of the female? he demanded.

The Eli droned Americana in location Atlanta in Atlantis state in Devon Ville.

Americana was an island continent like nation in the planetary world was named Summeranne was permanently separated by two halves with one side facing the sun permanently dubbed Angeles while the other side permanently facing away in darkness was dubbed Devon Ville. Americana was in the northern half of the planet with capital city of Atlanta was in Devon Ville. The continent nation was split apart by the darkness and sunlight halves with split dubbed Shadowlands. That area that split the planet is dubbed that name Shadowlands. The nation Longbow was residing was also in northern part of Summeranne entirely in Devon Ville. Sakura was mainly multiple islands’ territories almost large sized but not declared continents. Their forming Sakura Saffron States as dubbed joined together to known as that nation. Longbow got handed a folder from Rusty watching him watching the female by laptop computer.

She said Her identity is Melinda Hawk-Knight.

Longbow grimaced reading the Mounties the Americana nation’s peacekeeper force as said she was causing a scene of targeting males for kissing ritual while underneath the influence of the drink.

The authorities were called This is her, the one under the influence take her out of here.

They wound up identifying her at the garrison’s precinct Melinda Hawk-Knight the daughter of the current King of Americana Rodney Knight himself as she slept off the drunk’s status in jail cell.

Longbow spoke Keep an eye onto her I sensed she’s important to me.

Melinda he watched woke up hung over from being drunk he adjusted the volume to hear her voice Ooh what’s that dump truck hit my head?

Longbow felt himself happy hearing her voice that sounded musical to him. He out of compulsion kept on to view the recording of Melinda waking up like she heard banging noises. He grimaced hearing the banging noises from the laptop. Melinda acted like the noises were making her head pound some more. Longbow saw as Melinda found was an authority slamming a tin cup onto the cell bars gesturing her to look with his head. She appeared to form pity expression finding her father the King himself clad in white clothe suit as his look uniform disapproval like a glare misbehavior standing behind the cell bars in the hallway glaring at his daughter. Longbow saw Melinda grimaced like she misbehaved wrongly in front of her parent he recognized the look. He would give the grimace look in front of his father glaring at him for losing fights in sporting event known as kickboxing.

Her father said Yes this is her, my daughter Melinda herself.

Daddy! she yelled begging Get me out of here!

No uh huh! sounded her father who said Your latest behavior have put events in motion. Boarding school is where you’re going once you’re freed from this jail cell.

Daddy pleased! Longbow heard the begging tone of Don’t do this punishment!

He recognized the tone for he gave the sounded voice towards his father as she got up stumbling weave walking towards the cell bars like still drunk. She landed onto her knees clinging hands onto the bars despite he was hearing a faint beep sound as the electricity cut off.

Her father said sternly No you’re staying to think of your actions. You caused your mother and me a horrible embarrassing situation that I had to do damage control.

Melinda begged sounded her whining noises while forming a pleading tearful expression.

Melinda said I recalled whenever I gave that noise and expression he my father always said to do whatever I wanted to get me to stop the begging look and noises.

Her father shook his head and without a word walked away out of sight she begged shouting Daddy don’t do this to me!

Her father was seen by recordings in the hallway rubbing a hand onto his forehead like Ouch that stung!

He walked away without a word towards Melinda howling for him. He recognized her trick of getting her father sympathized with her had reached its end. Her father refused to come back or seemed inclined to listen to her begging and pleading promises and oaths like talk to come get her out of jail. Melinda had begged seemingly lengthy according to the recording he watched while shouting her words till her throat indicated it began to get raw from the screaming. Melinda he obsessive watched gave up and sat onto the cot to sit. She he noticed kept on angrily thumping fists onto her thighs while seated onto the cot in the jail cell She sat onto the cot clad in her tee shirt and skirt that were plastered from the drink poured down her front.

She told him later at an encounter I recalled somehow during my kissing attempts of myself drunk I lost my blazer like jacket with the private school’s labeling Christy’s School for Girls’ badge onto it.

Longbow admitted to her I had that jacket taken which is preserved into the closet I’ve kept as a reminder of you.

Melinda saw the jacket and said Just don’t flaunt that jacket in my face in a rude way. I won’t complain to you keeping it if you quietly admire it.

Longbow obeyed to quietly admire the jacket and smell the scent of lemons still onto it.

He was watching Melinda by recording on his laptop in his office a black monolith building in Sakura’s Token City as he saw Rusty knocking onto to the door.

She had a bagged object in her hand she at his signal Come in.

She placed the bag onto the desk gesturing Melinda’s jacket.
