Cody Goes To Camp - Tara Grace

Cody Goes To Camp

Her dad named her Karen Kathleen but everyone called her K.K. She was an only child and her mom had passed when she was young. Wallace had a good job and did his best to raise K.K. while being a single dad, but it wasn’t always so easy. He wanted to move to a better neighborhood but he was so busy and didn’t have time to look for another house. Plus he was trying to get a raise so he could afford a nicer place. K.K. didn’t have very many friends and Wallace sometimes worried about her. She would often stare out at the neighbor’s kids playing with their dog and he thought she might be lonely. One day when they were shopping K.K. saw a puppy in the window at the mall that had the cutest little yodel. She begged and pleaded with her dad to buy the puppy and even though Wallace didn’t want a dog, his heart melted when she started shedding tears. He couldn’t resist and he knew that she needed a companion so when he saw her take the little puppy in her arms he decided to let her buy the little guy.
