This is Rohini Manik’s first children’s book. She is born in Nairobi, Kenya where she did her early schooling. When she was 9 years old, she went with her family on a safari in Masai Mara, Kenya which is in the neighborhood of Serengeti, Tanzania. This experience inspired her to write this book. She is well-traveled, having visited different countries in Asia, Africa, and Europe. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree and MBA from Union College, New York, and attended Brooklyn Law School for her JD and Fordham University School of Law for her LLM.
