The Siblings Revenge - Jocelyn Smith
Chapter 1
Jim Rogers leaves his large three-bedroom home and starts the thirty-minute drive to his office in Little Rock, Arkansas where he is the CEO of a long-term care facility. He is driving his red 2021 Dodge Ram pickup truck down the long drive toward the main road. He sees a stalled vehicle blocking the exit of his drive and has to stop.
What’s going on here?
he asks when he gets out of the driver's side of the truck and starts walking toward the 2015 Toyota Camry. The hood was up and he could see a tall, muscular man working under the hood. Sorry Sir looks like the serpentine belt is broken,
David replies. Can you move it out of my way so I can get out of my driveway please?
Jim asks. Sure give me a minute,
replies David.
David walks over to the Toyota and sits in the driver's seat. Jim thinks he’s going to put it in neutral and roll it backward out of his way. You need help?
Jim asks. Nah, I’ve got it,
David states, stepping out of the vehicle. Jim was so focused on David and the car that he didn’t see Sarah walking up behind him. Click, click
is the sound Jim heard after he felt something hard on his back. Sarah had a shotgun to his back. Don’t move or I’ll blow you away!
Sarah states calmly. She searches Jim, finds his cell phone and turns it off, grabs his keys and wallet out of his pocket.
David walks up to Jim and punches him in the face. When Jim falls to the ground, David kicks him in the stomach. David pulls out a pair of handcuffs from his back pocket and puts them on Jim. He helps Jim up off the ground and moves him to the back of the trunk, which was already opened. He pushes Jim into the trunk, tapes his mouth, and shuts the trunk. David closes the hood and gets in the Toyota, starts it up, and begins to drive. Sarah gets in Jim’s truck and follows David.
David and Sarah find an old abandoned warehouse near the outskirts of North Little Rock. They look around and see no one nearby. Looks like the perfect location!
Sarah tells her brother David. I agree,
he replies. They break into the warehouse and look around. There is nothing else nearby and the brush and shrubbery are overgrown. There are holes in the roof and water on the cement floor. They make their way to the back of the warehouse and see rooms divided up. Used to probably be a break room,
David states. I think it’s perfect!
Sarah says.
David and Sarah spend a month setting up the back room of the warehouse how they wanted. They had a plan and they were gonna follow through. Sarah was the mastermind, and David was the muscle. Sarah ordered numerous medical supplies online and had them delivered to a post office box in Little Rock that was under an assumed name. She would open the boxes and packages and arrange the items on shelves David made in the back room. David had found hospital beds online on Facebook that people were giving away or selling cheap and would load them on his 2012 Chevy Silverado and drive them to the warehouse and set them up. They had six beds and lots of medical supplies including scalpels, IV fluids, restraints, gauze, and medicine. Anything and everything they believe they would need.
David and Sarah drive to the secluded warehouse with Jim in the trunk. When they arrive at the warehouse, they drive both vehicles inside. David opens the trunk and grabs Jim and walks him to the back room they have set up. Sarah is still holding the shotgun on Jim and David tells Jim to get in the bed. Jim sits on the bed and lays back. Don’t do anything stupid, I’d hate to blow holes in you!
Sarah tells him. Jim is scared. David removes the tape on Jim’s mouth and uncuffs his hands. Sarah still has the shotgun on him. David takes Jim’s left wrist and restrains it to the left side of the hospital bed with the leather restraint Sarah had gotten. Next, he restrains Jim’s right wrist. Sarah lowers the gun.
She and David walk over to the corner and decide what’s going to happen. Sarah thinks they should do to him what he did to their mother. That’ll take too long!
David says. Not if we give him some wounds and don’t heal them,
she replies. Okay, you do it!
David tells her. Sarah grabs a scalpel out of one of the cabinets. She then walks to another cabinet and grabs sutures, scissors, and gauze. She walks over to Jim and uses the scissors, cutting his shirt vertically so his chest and stomach are exposed. She grabs the scalpel and cuts a six-inch straight line down the middle of his chest where his sternum is. She lets it bleed for a little bit before suturing it up. Jim cries out in pain while she does all of this. He eventually passes out from the pain.
Bring me the adrenaline,
Sarah tells David. She puts a tourniquet around Jim’s arm and shoots him up with adrenaline. Jim wakes up. No sleeping, you have to suffer!
she tells him. She brings over the monitor she had and attaches it to Jim. She wants to keep an eye on his heart rate and blood pressure. Are you on any medications?
she asks him. Yes-s-s-s!
he stammered to her. What are they?
she asked. Nifedipine and Metformin,
he tells her. I see, you have high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes,
she replied. That’s just wonderful!
she continued with a huge smile on her face.
Why are you-u-u doing this to me?
Jim asks. "You killed our mother,
