To the relatives and friends of all those victims of violence who are still missing and who have died or are deprived of their liberties; to the victims of the omission of the authorities at all levels; to those who have fought for democracy, justice and equality in the Mexico of the 21st century.

Introduction for Spanish edition:

Dear and esteemed reader; I have dispensed with a prologue for this edition, because I have always had the idea, probably false, that when a book is prefaced there is a responsibility to accept the ideas that are presented in it. And, on this occasion, I want it to be clear that the only one who has been responsible for editing these ideas and the truths contained herein, has been me as author and editor, if perhaps there has been one more conspirator, I want it to be treated, just like a helping hand; maybe as a critical eye that has casually accompanied me along this dark path that we have to travel together. This, first of all, is a description of the Mexican narco-state built by Andrés Manuel López Obrador and his distinguished cabal of assassins, professionals in theft, robbery, graduates and, with honors, as far as corruption is concerned and in a dozen crimes that, together, we will discover and document.

However, the Mexican State (or what is left of it) should know that consciousness; that is to say, the active subject of the reflection and, therefore, the one responsible for what I expose in this text, has been me. And, in any case, it does identify any other person who has participated in the writing, correction and distribution of this book; His hands have to be cut off and one eye gouged out, because it has been the only thing they have contributed to the accusations I make of the Mexican State and the President of Mexico Andrés Manuel López Obrador. Thus, by the time the conviction is executed, it will have to give us the reason that has motivated us to publish this document that exposes the terrible risk that hangs over us, the Mexican Nation, with the extinction of the most basic liberties and the disappearance of democracy, which, obviously, is one of the objectives pursued by this failed government model that López Obrador has chosen as the destination for the country.

Ramón Sampedro Cameán, the famous Spanish sailor who requested the right to euthanasia in the 1990s in his native Galicia, would refer; in several of his exquisite Letters from Hell; to joint and coordinated citizen action to correct public morality in the opposite direction, that is, from the Nation to the State/government; In one of his reflections, he demonstrated that the obligation of the Spanish sovereign to keep alive the citizens that God had given him; in the case of the Spanish Monarchy, even with its Constitutional model; it was based on divine right, transmitted directly from God to the King and ratified by the Pope, with the sole purpose of obtaining taxes for the government and tithes for the church.

With this vision in between, he throws overboard the moral argument of the conservation of life as a pious task, entrusted by the good judgment of society to its rulers, an argument with which the Spanish State defeated the sailor in court Galician and, then as now, we can realize that my request to awaken the collective conscience and point out the errors, omissions and perversity of the Constitutional President of the United Mexican States; It is a humble request that, like Samperio's at the time, implies an enormous responsibility and that is that, through these pages, I point out that López Obrador's is an attitude of which the president is fully aware and that , has developed it with malice and malignity, for a long time; even, from decades prior to his participation in the Mexican left, when he was a distinguished member of the official party.

In any case, his actions would have two interpretive lines; The first one, the real possibility that he feels incalculable joy for the loss of human lives on his hands for his omission in scenarios such as the crisis of public health services in which the country has plunged, after the disappearance of Seguro Popular[1] or the terrible management of the pandemic scenario, as I will demonstrate in the first part of this document, flagrantly, is about their institutional and personal responsibility or when they pretend to deny the wave of out-of-control violence in which they have plunged the country. Second one; It is about the equally tragic possibility that López Obrador suffers from a series of mental disorders that affect him neurologically, or is prey to conditions that could lead to a series of personality inconsistencies that would limit his faculties; permanently disabling him to hold the position for which he has been democratically elected.

A democratic post that, by the way, lives off taxpayer money and at the cost of the lives of citizens and inhabitants of all corners of Mexico. Unfortunately, not even, because of the powerful argument that we Mexicans are the ones who provide the money for the existence of the State machinery; this has caused some kind of commiseration, mercy and remorse, to the president, in his perverse, harmful and deranged mind; much less in the decrepit being of him, as to carry out, actions in favor of public safety and health for the attention of the population of this country. This is a book that must be interpreted as a request, a plea, whose fulfillment only takes place when the evolution of consciences is sufficient and achieves the intellectual maturity of the majority in society, that is; This one is not made for López Obrador or Gutiérrez Müller to read it, it is not important or transcendental whether they do so or not, because de facto we know that they do not even know how to read; The book, on the other hand, is made for the citizens who should be concerned about the degradation of the Republic and that, today, as a requirement, we must deal in an unavoidable way to stop the destruction that means violence and the death of our fellow citizens.

Because, as long as violence continues to rise, we are all at such an imminent and constant risk, and only when we organize ourselves properly can we wake up from the nightmare that this bad government has become, the López administration workshop; which is none other than an attempt by a totalitarian regime that, due to its unique mixture of inability to govern and malignancy in the person of the president of Mexico; as the group that, together with him, make up the political leadership of this country; This has been consolidated in the form of a caricature of power, in a mocking clique of inept who only laugh at their own stupidity, which has brought as a consequence death, horror and destruction in all corners of the country and beyond of our borders and that, at this precise moment, is affecting, especially, the most vulnerable. It is urgent and necessary to refine the ideas regarding a functional citizen organization, in the face of the atrocities that the Lopez Obrador administration commits on a daily basis against those who with their efforts maintain the president's salary and his thugs and ruffians who hold government positions.

Also, it is necessary to understand the reasons for its malfunction and mature in the political decisions that Mexico has the need and obligation to assume. The creation of a collective memory is one of the first steps to follow, within the complex process of rebuilding the Republic; in doing so, it is imperative to be critical, stick to the truth and try, with all the strength of conscience, to do it impartially and objectively; As is logical, this hard work will not be exempt from errors, omissions and the most varied interpretations that may even be opposed and seem tendentious.

However, as I have said, it is necessary and not optional; because leaving this great country adrift is unforgivable and omitting our responsibility as citizens to exercise freedom is nauseating; because by renouncing to the freedom it, it is equivalent to deafening and ignoring the heartbreaking voices of our brothers and sisters who energetically demand a stop and a brake on the violence that kills us and disappears, like rag dolls and that deprives us of our liberties as well of our confidence and certainty.

Now shouting almost in unison, we are demanding Justice and the restitution of the damages of those who are covered up by the powerful, the restitution from offenses that hurt us all without exception and, also, raise their voices to implore the reparation of the many wounds and confrontations that this despotic regime has caused in its wake.

Because by closing our eyes and plugging our ears, in the face of the palpable evidence of this misfortune, we become accomplices in the ignominy and tyranny of those who hold power in the Lopez Obrador administration; also, by doing so we choose the side of those who consider us enemies and adversaries, even conspirators and label us agents of destabilization; without even becoming anything other than: the citizens of the Mexican Nation; their taxpayers and their constituents.

We cannot ignore that despotic treatment that categorizes the citizens and inhabitants of Mexico as enemies and that quality has been given to us by the corporation that manages public policies of our own country or supposed to be. It's this despotic regime that López Obrador tries to consolidate can be called as a government?, I maintain that it is not possible to be.

Opposing the government, in my vision of the current scenario, is synonymous with reaching a transversal citizen agreement that strongly disagrees with the excessive abuses of the Lopez Obrador public administration and expresses its legal strangeness with the breach of the democratic pact, before the symbol unequivocal of the institutional breakdown that the López-Obrador’s government suffers; sponsored by its highest representatives; and that has dragged society to the darkest of destinations in modern Mexico.

I want to make special emphasis that when we choose to belong to the oppressors and identify ourselves as anti-sympathizers of the movement misnamed Cuarta Transformación, that is, when we justify the clumsiness of Andrés Manuel López Obrador, we do not strengthen him, but rather enough we give strength to those are the offenders of the Mexican society, who shield in the perks of those who are the object of the use of the power part of the AMLO's administration; Simultaneously, those who are part of the State/government structure offend and rebuke us by issuing statements with derogatory names and considering that we are their adversaries; they are deeply mistaken and demonstrate complete conceptual ignorance of the exercise of good governance, in any case; we as citizens are their our equals.

It is in this way that the first and most painful of the public insults is perpetrated that, on a daily basis, has made us; the one who calls himself the most popular president that Mexico has ever had. Abruptly and stupidly falsely accuses us and points out with his dirty hands that we citizens try to destabilize the social structure and the development of community relations, he does it based on what his perverse and distorted imagination tells him, an action heightened by the effect of the chronic stupidity suffered by Obrador's weak brain.

And yet, his remarks, worthy only of a mouthful and a liar; at no time and in no way are they accurate, nor are they supported by any evidence, they are published sarcastically and with the intention of inflaming the spirits of the few followers who believe to some extent the clown who prefers to be the host of a tv show, before dedicate the little strength he has left to lead Mexico against its true enemies: the crime and drug trafficking groups of which Andres Manuel López Obrador is a member and partner.

The foregoing is the central object of the citizen contract that he signed when he won the 2018 presidential elections; It must be remembered that it was López Obrador himself who voluntarily presented and ran as candidate to be elected as president, not only in this electoral process, even in three more of them. I insist, in this case he was not chosen to be the Ugly King of a street carnival, nor for him to be a television clown, but rather to deal with the great issues of national significance.

The fact that he is the Chief of the Federal Executive should be a reason for him to treat us with the highest diplomatic and political forms of decency, respect and good judgment. On the other hand, this mental dwarf, known as AMLO, is a being who is delirious and takes refuge in the power of his position and enjoys his claim to offend us with the most diverse nicknames that only divide us, label us and try to classify us between the good people and the bad people, the poor mexicans and the wealthy mexicans but above all between the allies and the enemies. However, involuntarily and without realizing it, López Obrador has done a great good for the citizens of Mexico because we have been able to understand that the only enemy that the Mexican nation has is him.

I am certain that a mentally unbalanced man like Andrés Manuel López Obrador does not like the idea of knowing that he has many "dissidents" out there, I am completely sure that every night, wherever he rest, he feels the presence of those as dissidents and they don't let him sleep. I am completely convinced that step by step we Mexican citizens have grouped together semantically and that every day more and more people feel like their adversaries and, with the security that gives us the fact that this category has been granted to us by the President of Mexico and with the absolute certainty that we surpass it in number, organization and field vision within the political scenario and public administration. We urge López Obrador to focus on solving national problems and stop once and for all from stealing with full hands; while we as citizens must urge the organization to take the necessary actions to safeguard our democracy, including those of civil resistance.

Mexican citizens; must know, that to be called enemies, by a dictator, a genocide, an ignoramus and an unbalanced person who has been murdering to the mexican childhood, the teens, women and elderly people by refusing to buy medicines so that they recover their health, letting them to die as fleas, prettending as nothing happend, simply can not offends us! Quite the contrary, we have to feel proud of ourselves for saying the truth and to be brave people. I don't care if any of López Obrador's tribe members call me on the street enemy or any kind of title trying to pretend to be better than anyone else, including me. I know very well my position defending the Republic and Democracy and let me tell you something, at this moment I clearly prefer the offense of the Republic against Obrador's regime and than to be still waiting for anyone else to do something.

Let it be very clear that the nickname enemies that López Obrador gives us does not offend us in the least bit, because we are civilized people and we do not need strategies to paralyze the country such as mass mobilization and the closure of streets and avenues with sit-ins filling the public spaces of tents, the less it is necessary to burn oil rigs or attack Mexico's state oil company. And, by the way, López Obrador does not remember it, those strategies of burning platforms and oil wells were the way in which him sought to gain power and threw childish tantrums for not accepting the rules of the democratic game in February 1996 when he blocked 51 oil wells in Tabasco.

Since those years, López Obrador has demonstrated his enormous contempt for the law and its compliance; today, he is the main State terrorist that our country has had; he has built a state/government that is an ally of the drug trafficking groups and that intends to seize the power of violence in the main cities of the United States and Mexico.

Who would have seen, the now president of Mexico so changed, when his miserable past as a PRI[2] bully did not even augur for him that he could become anything more than a fifth-class troublemaker and that fate had brought him to the mid-nineties, to what we could consider something little more than a huachicolero chambón[3]... And now let's contemplate it as: all an attempt at a great dictator, made in the image and likeness of a jungle Putin.

What the president and a large part of his clique of ruffians do not understand is that those of us who publicly do not agree with him and his nonsense that he intends to pass off as an attempt at government. We are not misfits, we are not focused on economically hitting the productive sectors that are the main source of wealth for the members of the social group; Citizens, for our part, are very focused on working, on being human beings of better quality and with a better understanding of our scenario, which is very complex and we know that when López Obrador and his henchmen leave, it will be a worse one.

Especially, we all, in every single brain of each citizen we know that to recognize the citizen's struggle as legitimate one we need to reflect and for this purpose we can use some tools, first we use our own knowledge about the civilized and globalized scenario. What authoritarian and autocratic regime in which the military has de facto seized power in Latin America or in the rest of the world has been prosperous for the citizens; I have the answer, simply, none. So, we recognize as a necessary fight against we do not need to offend millions of women and men; the citizenship who conduct themselves exhibiting their most upright respect for the Law and the norms we recognize each other like equals, this is the only way in which we could honor our own civility, acting with decency and consistency, something that López Obrador clearly does not know how to do.

We Mexicans understand, the central reason for all the mess we are living in is: Andrés Manuel López Obrador's attempt to establish a dictatorial regime in our land in which, with the complicity of the armed forces at their highest levels, as well as drug trafficking groups as main allies, establish a reign of terror , not only in Mexico, but also, directly or indirectly operating drug trafficking in the United States of America. Fighting this attempt, in a coordinated and civic manner, is vital to be able to liberate Mexico, as well as to save hundreds of thousands of lives in both countries that are lost due to violence and the consumption of drugs such as fentanyl, which is not the only illegal substance. However, it is probably the deadliest.

For us, as citizens; women and men regardless of age, ethnic origin, sexual preference, religion, political belief or any other characteristic that can be argued, we are only interested in, the consolidation of democracy that's good enough to satisfy the way of the development of Mexico and that is our only demand. We must be aware of how difficult it will be to achieve it, because this claim is very complex and has multilateral factors to be satisfied from the citizen angle that must complish the requirement to reach an agreement quickly and directly that he assumes the responsibility of promoting Mexico and turning it into a truly prosperous country, not with the speech of hope, but with that of hard and disciplined work. But recognizing the main part of our great battle, is this complaint, is the demand to stop once and for all the unbearable wave of violence that runs through the entire Mexico with impunity provided by Obrador and his ruffians of him.

With his insolent words and his outbursts, typical of a kindergarten child, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, intends to set fire to the spirits of those who believe in him. His polarizing attempts seek to confront the most diverse groups and he boasts of his false triumphs from the platform that has been built by hosting the television program from which he intends to indoctrinate his few remaining followers; while in passing, he plunges Mexico into a diplomatic crisis with its most important trading partners and with the allies in the combat of drugs trafficking, insulting Congressmen, Presidents and anyone who really concerns the life of citizens in Mexico and the U.S.The important task of being the Constitutional President of the United Mexican States has been treated as jackpot game and like if it were a gamble, converting this in a title that is unworthy of the person of this half-baked charlatan.

The citizens; all together, also have a certain responsibility in this regard, but maybe we are paying the price to be a young democracy. Anyway, by now we cannot expect a government experience dignifying us as citizens and taxpayers, we are not able to trust on this government as an authentic one, not even we can await for a fully respectful government.  The President's attention is focused on his partnership with criminals and on understanding how to steal the most money from Mexicans. President López Obrador is not capable to be president because hasn't the functional brain status to be treated as the leader of Mexican nation a lot less as head of Mexican State. President López Obrador and those who are invested as our authorities and public servants in Mexico are to the absolute service of Narco and criminal groups who pay his electoral runs, headed by López Obrador and most part of the Morena's Movement.

We have to face on the real scenario of Mexico, and cannot wait many more time before making a new organization of political scenarios and for it  we have to agree with some facts. Mexico is under control of Narco, civil war has been the reason for hundreds of thousands of civilian people forced to move from his lands to migration zones, some part inside of Mexico in other states and territories, but Mexican movement to the outside is real and the major part destination is the U.S.

To be agree with all these acts of terrorism of State committed by Obrador's government offering respect and compliance with the roll of the nice citizens who love the tyrannic State and the figures built by them, because they, the members of the López Obrador government, do not know how the Republic works. They believe we exist to make all kind of reverenced to the Tropical Dictator of Mexico, they think we are like bubbles or fleas and is  for this reason, I maintain that, by betraying our fellow citizens, with our silent complacency of the serious mistakes that the Lopez Obrador's administration commits everyday, we fail to the Nation of which we are an active part, we become executioners of our equals and we cooperate indiscriminately with the misfortune of our sisters and brothers who are captive in the hands of criminals in collusion with the Mexican State.

Continuing in this silence regarding of the tragic situation in which Mexico finds itself right now, makes us oppressors of the most dignified and just causes, we aren't helping to the social causes and if my memory still working the main reason that many Mexicans voted for Obrador's project, was properly that... the social causes; our omission goes against the most basic principles of social coexistence and puts us in the position of supporting the criminals who murder children and teens, women and the elderly with cancer; It transforms us into partners in the mistakes made by those who hide the truth about the figures of the genocide that the COVID-19 pandemic led to and by those who agree with the drug-trafficking warlords. Especially, it makes us complicit in the barbarity with which people are murdered on both sides of the border at the hands of the drug traffickers and the Mexican military who are out of control and without any discipline, firing their weapons in the streets.

Our omission magnifies the ignominy of López Obrador and the deaf and indolent power of the regime that he has formed, around his own figure, with the sole purpose of plunging us into the darkest chaos in history and, in which we barely survived, between bullets and disappearances; The latter seems to me to be an even greater crime than the one committed by López Obrador and his associates, and which they have been committing with impunity from the first minute of his term, that of a six-year term that will remain as the blackest and most repulsive in the pages of the national history. With the pitfalls guaranteed, as the only certain fact, starting is always the first step and the most difficult; however, it will be for the aggrandizement of our own national spirit.

When we remember and reconstruct the memory of the events of the past, especially those that take place in the field of the community; we free ourselves, at least partially, because, in most cases, it allows us to understand the underlying reasons of the actors who take part in the decisions of the community and, only when this takes place, then, will we be able to to perceive and, consequently, reflect on how it is that the structures of the community.

Find turning points between citizens, through civility, change the destinies of the community, using, solely, and in a justified way, the force of reason, which must be held by an individual and that, as a whole With their awareness, they can generate proposals and actions to guide the thinking of their fellow citizens in the direction of a better destiny. And ironically, what we see today is a country mired in violence and aimless, one that, in the opinion of the hundreds of thousands or even millions of people who inhabit it every day, cannot get any worse.

Today, in present-day Mexico, it is necessary to see this resource of the force of reason as one of unstoppable vigor that, together with the use of deontic logic, can help shape the course of our Nation; a course that must be resolved and that, when it does, must necessarily put the highest ethical values first and will have to be headed by a figure with a solvent public morality; with sufficient integrity to be able to look each and every citizen in the eye and, most importantly, it will have to do so for Mexico to be the place we have dreamed of and that we deserve and more than enough; because, authentically, Mexican men and women, we urgently want to build a social scenario in which work is exalted, effort, knowledge, personal improvement are dignified, through discipline, effort and perseverance , where the value of those who work tirelessly to achieve their most legitimate aspirations is recognized and where those who work for the good of the majority can live in peace.

The Mexico to which the most significant volume of Mexican citizens aspire; does not differ much from each other; It is essentially one that, when we imagine it, we want it to be built in the same direction, in which the most diverse sectors, groups and segments can access a life in which the symbols of national unity are measured with respect to progress, welfare and social peace; In this Mexico that lives within us and in which, furthermore, we trust that it can exist with our will, effort and united work, it must necessarily be one of freedoms and rights, in which there must be opportunities for all citizens. and in which our collective effort must focus on ensuring a standardized quality of life for each individual that makes up society and lives in a community.

To do this, it requires a well-conceived, technically and legally viable, equitable project that is as planned as possible to include all those who are most in need of answers and of living in a country of certainties, civility, and free to aspire to be better every day; and, if we stop to think for a single moment, just a minimum.

We will realize that those in need of certainty, justice, security, economic stability, employment, universal access to health, standardized and quality education, as well as a Mexico in which we reach full supply for the provision of water drinking quality and sufficiency. Without distinctions, without blackmail on the part of the State and without stigmas or adjectives that seek to insult, diminish or stigmatize the inhabitants of Mexico and that, even without achieving it, reach citizens because they are expressed with malicious intent on the part of the authorities of the Government of López Obrador.

If we reflect on it carefully, we will be able to get a clearer image of the desires and thought structure of Mexicans, the vast majority of us are people of peace, dedicated to work and diligence that must be taken into account when we propose to undertake a task like describing ourselves as a society and, then, we will simply realize that all of us who inhabit Mexico fervently desire this reality of opportunities, equality and dignity for all of us.

Most likely, this is because our desires basically constitute the rights that we have earned and, if we have done so, it has been with the work, effort, discipline and will that, as a Nation, we have offered for millennia and that has been given to us, but not before fighting hard and this implies that the blood of many Mexican women and men has had to flow to achieve those rights that we now own.

Bearing the above in mind, it must be made very clear that the intention to affirm that the Mexico that most of us dream of is possible and achievable and that its construction in the objective reality of the majority will depend on the citizen organization that we can develop. in the short and medium term. This is urgent, because not consolidating a full citizen organization that helps the State/government corporation make the right decisions affects us all, it does so directly.

It must be very clear that our political scenario is complex, not only ideology must be taken into account, it is appropriate to analyze economic factors, interaction trends between global and local-regional actors, the impact of legal reforms and their cross-cutting impact. in the standard of living of citizens and that is why it is an unavoidable task and that, in addition, to develop a true thesis of public utility, we need to encourage dialogue for the construction of a national reality based on reason and critical reflection.

We must therefore consider this as a fundamental task in the exercise of national public life and that is, in order to turn the dark page of Lopez Obradorism and fully overcome it; We have to assume, as a matter of principle, the terrible damages caused by the atrocious and crude decisions of the president and his henchmen, the same ones that have imprisoned the Mexican Nation, leaving it defenseless before the cruelty of the fait accomplis by Lopezobradorismo, this, with the sole purpose of confiscating the greatest amount of goods that have been ruthlessly stolen from the Mexican Nation; for the one who said, filling his mouth, to be an enemy of the practices that impoverished the people for centuries, one of whom the president falsely expressed himself as good and wise and who prided himself on being his ally.

At the same time, because we know that, in order to get out of the defenseless state into which Andrés Manuel López Obrador and his extremely poor government program have plunged us, we cannot wait for someone else to do something for us, it is time to make Things happen and as long as we do not lose sight of this fundamental idea, we will be able to accept that the errors, omissions, perverse actions, disastrous occurrences and other daily upheavals that the president indulges in to please his excessive self-satisfaction, not as irreparable facts; However, we must hold accountable each and every one of those who today enjoy impunity and hide behind the legitimate power that democracy invested them and who, nevertheless, with their lacerating actions have deserved an exemplary punishment and; far from exposing radical stupidities, with incendiary phrases such as: hang them from the flagpole of the capital's zócalo or cut them into parts, like Hidalgo, to expose each of its members in the country's main public buildings; As citizens of a civilized country, one in which we aspire to the Rule of Law to safeguard our most fundamental rights, consequently, a punishment of the precise dimension indicated by the Law should suffice.

The punishment to which López Obrador, his close friends and accomplices in general, must comply, must necessarily be one that forces them to stop their existence from being parasitic and at the expense of Mexico's taxpayers, that is, they must work and strive to survive; It must be one that does not allow them to live at the expense of the citizens, pretending an austerity, so sick, false and non-existent; It must also be one that forces the unsympathetic inhabitant of the National Palace to renounce, inherently and immediately, all the goods, comforts, and wealth that have been illegally accumulated by him and those closest to him, during his administration to the front of the Government of the Republic (which by him, is misnamed the government of Mexico) and, even, those that the Law determines as a product of theft, corruption and collusion of the latter, with members of organized crime, both in his management at the head of the National Presidency of the Political Parties: National Regeneration Movement and the Democratic Revolution, as well as in his performance as Head of Government of the Federal District and in the interim of the eighteen-year campaign to access the Presidency of the Republic.

It must be clear, I make an energetic call to all the citizens of Mexico, so that there is neither forgiveness nor forgetfulness, made López Obrador and anyone who is involved in atrocities, in embezzlement, in cynical robbery and excessive that he, his relatives and members of his administration have perpetrated against each and every one of us who make up Mexican society.

This has been the symbol of the behavior of those who have taken part in this disastrous, cruel and heartless government that has directly attacked the lives of millions of girls, boys, adolescents, the elderly, women and men of productive age, without the slightest sympathy involved. And no, it is not that we are the same, I am not here invoking the law of retaliation, I put before this call, respect for a proportional Justice and with a very clear purpose that is the full reinsertion of the offender, in order for him to be productive; However difficult that may be in the case of Andrés Manuel López Obrador, for this, we have to fight with all the force of reason for a sentence that vindicates the institutional and legal greatness of our Mexico.

We citizens are not equal to the ilk of an insufficient and dwarf dictator attempt like López Obrador, far from it, we throw parties and shout cheers to ignominy, ignorance and perversity, as do those closest to him; We, authentically, do not steal, we do not lie and we do not trade with the violence in Mexico or even in the U.S. like the President do and all the members of this pestilential entourage that surrounds to López Obrador, precisely because his lifestyle only makes sense, when the company of buffoons paid by the public treasury is financed so that they entertain and please their messiah.

This is how the president of Mexico has survived, in a world of fantasy and outside of reality, in which the president lies to himself and pretends, as he has been doing for almost three decades, that he is the savior of the Nation, the tropical messiah, the mystical incarnation of the Little Ray of Hope[4] And as we will see later, considering himself as the only man capable of leading Mexico and its destiny. It has been three decades, in which López Obrador, has not tired of dispossessing and robbing those who, sadly, have only committed the only sin of believing in his lies and in the poison that he has launched to divide the country and break it into pieces. all possible ways, seizing power and gaining influence in the most vulnerable layers of Mexican society.

I believe that, by mere balance between the tensions of the forces inherent in the constitution of society, the punishment that López Obrador and his henchmen must receive, in addition to being exemplary and preventing them from continuing to be a burden for each and every one of the taxpayers; women and men who, responsibly, allow the development of this great country; it must include the complete and absolute reparation of the profound damage that they have caused in all the structures, both institutional and of society itself that make up the fabric of the Mexican Nation.

Those that the Law urges to select the severity of this punishment that I have been talking about, must be aware that they will have to design a penalty that, in principle, equates the incalculable value of human lives that have fallen at the hands of indolence of López Obrador and his close followers. It seems that the damage that lopezobradorism has inflicted as an ideological current within the false Mexican left, is clearly unquantifiable, because there is not enough pain that returns us to our beloved dead, there is no pain that rewards or that can even aspire to repair irreparable damage. However, in the understanding of civility, only Justice, delivered under the strictest observance of the Law, can safeguard the integrity of the citizenry and of us as a Nation.

Perhaps, in the not too distant future, there will be a dramatic debate, regarding the methodological sense that the institutionalized Justice must use to be able to procure a clear, prompt and expeditious delivery in this case that will become a historical and legal watershed for the Mexican Nation and that, being this, imparted objectively by judges who, at the same time, are the members of society with the broadest, most sensitive and competent criteria for this complex function; national dignity will be restored, underlining the high human sense that we could expect from those who administer justice and are aware of this historical responsibility that must be placed in their hands.

However, as I have expressed before, this is only a first approximation and we must focus our capacities on exercising, in its fullest form, freedom which, in its broadest sense, is the capacity to present in an orderly manner a series of ideas, facts that they have been documented and that they reflect, impartially, the daily, systematic and malicious abuses that López Obrador and those close to power have perpetrated. That is the initial idea of a controversial book and one that will surely be labeled biased and that has been prepared by an Enemy of the State, as the government of López Obrador likes to refer to me.

All those who feel unpunished for their closeness to López Obrador have names and surnames, some have tried to distance themselves from this dirty, ancient and abominable regime; their attempt to separate and deny the responsibilities that, factionally, they have provoked with their actions, trying to go to the extreme of naming themselves political enemies, adversaries in the contest for power of the attempted dictator that we have as an inhabitant of Palacio Nacional[5]. That is only falsehood in the most developed extreme, just like the rats that are the first to leave the ships when they begin to sink, AMLO's former allies have got off the boat, names like Germán Martínez, María Lilly del Carmen Téllez García, Julio Scherer Ibarra and a score of names that currently walk the corridors of the Senate of the Republic, saying that they are the only option to counteract the power of López Obrador, without admitting that they were vilely used because of their desire for power and because of AMLO's false promise that assured them that they would be parties essentials of your project regime.

The exercise of freedom is, in a strict sense, the element that structures our national feeling and at the same time it is the column that supports and shapes the unity of our communities, groups that suppose as a whole the existence of the Mexican Nation. Without wanting to be grotesque and make even more politically incorrect comments, it would be worthwhile for our political friends in Mexico to take into account that the formation of a Nation can go beyond the existence of the State/government and it is impossible not even imagine it to be a reversed phenomena. This means that the government of López Obrador can be extinguished by a civilized means or by a popular revolt, it can perish in the democratic polls and in one way or another it will find its end, on the other hand, the thousand-year-old Mexican Nation will not be extinguished in as many centuries as the sunlight bathes the valleys and mountains of the enormity of the Mexican land.

Today, our task is to reconstruct the course of development and progress that are the very call for self-determination of Mexican men and women who live peacefully, under the strictest observance of the law and to start with this work, it is urgent. Now is the turn to group together and once and for all clear up the doubts that, perversely, have been planted around the reconstruction of national unity, it is time to show ourselves that we are a single people proud of our deepest roots and of the diversity that we have acquired over the millennia, even though far from being a stereotype of inequality, it is the symbol of an amalgamation that has been built, based on the unconditional love that we feel as compatriots and for the greatness of our vast and rich country.

Let us use freedoms without fear and with courage to fulfill an obligation that we citizens of today have, we cannot fail our beloved country or the generations that come after ours, this is the historic call with a meeting with destiny, with the construction of an equitable, generous, orderly society, with inalienable ethical values and absolutely no one will come to build it for us, it is time to join efforts and act in unison. This capacity for organization and management of a national project that is born of generosity and that must be exploited to ensure the most legitimate, pristine and authentic interests of the Mexican Nation, will have to solve many tests in between, some of which will be so great a depth that we have to feel that we are close to fainting, but we must keep in mind that all the efforts that are made are for the well-being, safety and development of our loved ones.

We know, as citizens, that it is also necessary to take a certain path to achieve a firm footing and that, at a safe pace, allows us to reach a path that is collective, for the good of the Mexican Nation; however, this must have the certification of experience, capacity and cannot, nor should, skimp on the investment involved in achieving this objective. And with this I want to be very clear, on the lips of many people, especially journalists and opinion leaders, they have commented that the Mexican government does not invest in the advice of experts and people who really know the complexity of the big issues. This is simply unacceptable, as I will explain later. On the other hand, López Obrador prefers to entrust issues of national importance to his close friends, an army of bootlickers, even when they do not have the best idea of what they should do.

Building a course implies taking responsibility for this path that allows us to envision a solid, consistent political project tailored to the current needs that this great country calls out to us; while he bleeds to death because he finds wounded in the depths of his entrails by the crime that merges with the ignominy of those who hold power; Mexico urgently requires a clinical intervention that allows it to survive and heal its wounds, having its foundation in the collective sense of our national essence; that is to say, this clinical, legal and administrative intervention must achieve a transformation with direction, one that means that, with it, crimes of all kinds are punished and all members of the social group are forced to live within the Rule of Law.

And, sometimes, due to the simple fact of implying an activity that requires joint performance as a group, it seems at first glance that we Mexicans find it difficult and almost impossible, and it is inevitable to remember what Alan Riding said about distant neighbors: generally, the personality of the Mexican stands out in individual activities such as boxing or tennis and not in team sports such as soccer, this may also apply to some degree in the sense of community. I believe that in order to achieve community goals and consolidate our ability to decide as a group, it is necessary not to even think of underestimating the individual talent of each one of us who make up a society that should aim to become a decent one (following the ideas of Avishai Margalit), nor should we allow ourselves to think that because some members do not agree with the vision that we as individuals emit, we are being attacked. These characteristics at exacerbated levels are the main ones of the polarizing discourse of López Obrador who has taken to the extreme an agenda in which he has taken care of dividing a society that is fragile when we think of the groups within it.

In my personal opinion, individual improvement based on education, in the pursuit of a universal culture with which a degree of discipline can be appropriated, as well as one that allows a proclivity for an attitude with a vision of progress and in which let us admit that ethical values are the basis on which we can support a culture of national identity, on that there will be the possibility of globalization and integration of common economic areas such as North America, is a way to find a real and viable solution, without Mexican miracles that have historically led us more and more to The Mexican hell, without tequila, without sexy devil-girls and that they have left the doors open to the power and excess of the Rayitos de Esperanza.
