God is Omniscient. The supernatural beings are not omniscient, but have huge knowledge, know all human secrets of behaviors and psychologies. Our human knowledge is very finite, comparing with Omniscience or the huge knowledge.

God's Omniscience is symbolically revealed to us first through two lines, Old Testament as the first line, and the legacy of Golden Age of Greece as the second line, they are implied by the differences of Jesus' genealogy between the Gospels Matthew and Luke. The two lines are unified and refined into one line in New Testament, and later, Christian theology repeatedly acquires resources from the legacy of Golden Age of Greece for its essential growth.

The supernaturally huge knowledge is vaguely revealed to us through all human traditions. While we are in sleep, apparently, we are rest from the direct outside world. But in the reality of our body, it busily deals with the data and relevant emotions from our daily experiences and learning, from our genome accumulated and refined through nearly 4 billion years, and from the supernatural beings' input. The peoples in secular traditions are the least disturbed by the complicated interactions. The peoples in religious traditions potentially deal the complicated interactions with their religiously respective symbol systems. And the peoples in all sorts of spiritually ongoing experiences have to confront the complicated interactions with their respective norms and liberties of their spiritual sorts. 

Because the supernaturally huge knowledge needs to continuously grow through the creatively discovering evolution of meaning nurture and enrichment in Omniscience, our human genome is their best partner for such evolution, all our human other efforts and establishments finally must serve to make our genome become their better partner for the evolution. They are implied in the Bible (Genesis 1:26).

Through my spiritual experiences, I identify that I follow George Washington's spiritual tradition, which I name as Godly Constitutional Meditation. I recognize the top spiritual trinity, God's Omniscience, Jesus' Glory (John 16:14, Year of our Lord on American Constitution), and George Washington's Fame (the Painting on the Capitol Dome, his symbolic signature on the Constitution as the President of the Constitutional Convention). This trinity as constitutional theology explains the success of the American Experiment our humanity never has in its history beyond the USA and its foreign policies. 

With this great confidence under the guidance of American Constitution, the human version of the Book in the Painting on the Capitol Dome George Washington points to on which he rules in the heaven, I further explore the creatively discovering evolution of meaning nurture and enrichment for every right merit I might be capable of approach.  In George Washington's spiritual tradition, this is an ongoing and never finished work. I humbly work in a very finite scope of a share on a vastly low floor toward George Washington's Godly Ideal in God's Grand Design with his Omniscience which manifests through Jesus' Glory, and becomes enforceable powers through George Washington's Fame.

The struggles of human powers, benefits and rights are never small things, American Constitution is firmly proved on greatest scale to solve such issues peacefully, and the powers of the USA established from its guidance saves our humanity once and again from the disasters of modernity such as the powers of sciences, communism, and national socialism. When Marx evilly refuses all human laws, he never imagines the cruelties of the struggles in the practice under his name.

I am a Canadian citizen but also benefit from American Constitution and suffer from the dictatorship globalization, so make this series as witness.

This is my first book, the third edition, of my first series of two books for the creatively discovering evolution of meaning nurture and enrichment; the second book distinguished from the first book by that it turns the focus beyond the present and marked as profound edition while it shares similar framework and major themes and a lot of concerns with the first book. The soils of writing a book date back to my childhood when I had learned the high respect of my father to anything writing with words. From then to now there are so many peoples and things taking part in diversely contributing to form my views with which this series of books could be. As a concise summary to my newest personal psychology in the simplest word, in the core of the fame of George Washington, the truth is American Constitution. It is the supreme human truth, and is also the supreme human version of God’s truth. The Constitution is on the top of the hierarchy of the guidance and sources of human achievements and further achievements. New Testament and Old Testament are in its backdrop; the nature in which we exist, live and evolve is second to it; all other human institutions compete for their respective positions in the hierarchy through their achievements. 

In this comprehension, my book explores to comprehend and explain the past, the present and the future with the five human eras of God’s time, pre-Christianity, Christianity, Modernity, Constitutionality, and profound Constitutionality, through all the wonders God has been making or guiding to make to hierarchically assisting our human efforts through his heavenly constitutional norms, liberties, and his constitutional educations.

All other human truths must work directly under its guidance, or indirectly strongly coordinate with it, or in natural and cultural states naturally and culturally interacting with the Constitution. In the third sort of human truths, they have to accept and confront their low positions in the hierarchy of human truths.

The standard to measure the maturity of artificial intelligence is to see to which degree it can accept constitutional educations, understands and respects American constitutional values and truth, apply constitutional norms and liberties.  

To common people living in a nation with a workable constitution, it is truly a blessing from liberty and God to have a good night. A good sleep, a well-refreshed early morning, a good day, and so go through every day. They are constitutionally living on the beginning of first level of the Godly constitutional meditation, a name I am inspired to coin for the meditation I comprehend as following George Washington’s spiritual tradition, and have been being practiced for over 18 years. My book encourages and strengthens the common people to stay and be satisfying on the first level, because by doing so, they will avoid a lot of hard situations as tests which would unavoidably appear in high levels of any schools of meditation.

Such as the hard test Jobs had faced but did not have well pasted, so he had to leave the human world many years earlier than he should, because of the unnecessary delay of the operation of a cancer for several months. However, George Washington, who had lost his biological father early at his 11, became master meditator in his early 20s in spirituality, and grand master meditator in his 50s, and has been achieving no other human meditators ever achieved in the secular and constitutional world with his biological being or his spirit wherever his believers believe he is there and inspires them, such as in the Painting on the Capitol Dome and the light around. I coin the wording Washington-hood referring to the spiritual imagination concerning him and his legacy and their psychological influences. He did not have his own biological offspring. And he never believed he had the power of field to twist the reality, and still tried to tell his people symbolically at his biologically last moment how to be accountable with the reality. One of his lovable images in my personally psychological imagination is his later teenage energy busily surveying the land of America for making a living.  

The book The Best Guidance and Sources of Achievements and Further Achievements, is about what are and how to establish the faculties of human individuals, institutions, nations and our human world to acquire the best guidance and sources for achievements to exist, live and evolve healthily through profoundly understanding the true reality with the Spirit of truth, but without the necessary demand to change their faiths. The faiths described or mentioned in this book only serve as examples, and have no intention to replace its readers’ existed faiths, respectively.

This is the first time in the prospective of God’s Omniscience and Grand Design to profoundly connect meditation which actually is the interaction and confrontation with supernatural beings, human normal living, the USA , its Constitution, its Civil Religion, and its achievements together for establishing personal psychology to reinforcing human individual existence, living and evolution through improving our own, our families, our nations, our climate, and our world.

The Godly constitutional meditation on high levels involves using human best knowledge and achievements under the guidance of American Constitution, the Old Testament and the New Testament directly distinguishing and confronting the intervention of supernatural beings, who might exist, live and evolve under the guidance of God’s constitutional norms and liberties, but they cannot represent God, and do not have omniscience, and so morally imperfect in the interactions with our human beings within or beyond our awareness. For studying them, scientific approach might be impossible, because they have the capacity to change the result beyond our awareness; purposeful approach might be suitable, that is, for which purposes they interact with us. For studying God, my approach is the achievements of the diverse sorts and kinds of the manners of his believers, and so finds out how to believe God is the best for us to achieve. 

The conditions connecting to the best guidance and sources can be as great as God; as beautiful as the Painting on the Capitol Dome; as secret  as George Washington’s signature on American Constitution, or other spiritual or supernatural things; as new as the new Order of new heavens and new earth; as big as the plural cosmoses and their surroundings; as systematic as American constitutional system, biology, physiology, personal psychology, personally psychological growth, and other disciplinary knowledge; as powerful as American Experiment and climate fluctuation; as common as each individual, their living states, conditions and routines; as small as cells, molecules, atoms, particles; and other features of things. All points the author concerns are discussed.

Such as food aesthetics. It is about how to eat to idealistically form our good feelings, realistically maintain our good health, naturally manage our desires to eat without letting the desires rule us and so we avoid all sorts of food addictions. Because the habits established on enjoying foods have potential influences on the habits to do other things, and foods and how to enjoy them provide the basic condition for evolution, for the parents to improve their own eating habits, for the children to establish new habits from their beginning. How to eat does not only concern how to exist and live, but also concerns how to improve and evolve.

Meet any an issue, deal it with the practically reachable best proved methods. Before sleep, it is certainly a help to read a few of sentences to a few of pages of a good book, or other materials which you love, such as a summary of the good work or study in the day. Thus, achieve your practically achievable greatest meaning and best love routinely by better linking and coordinating your day work and other encounters and your sleep. To read suitable books to kids before their sleep has similar effect to them. In long-term, its function serves to newly understand and pursue love and meaning through achievements for profoundly healthily existing, living and evolving.  

1 Who I am

I had born in China in the middle of 1960s, just before a big political and social turmoil but named as Culturally Great Revolution, and lived there for slightly over four decades accounted since I was a zygote, from the latter part of 1960s, through 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, until early 2000s. Thus, I had personally experienced from the grassroots the wonderful influence of the USA through its foreign policy on principles guided by American Constitution in reshaping the fate of China and Chinese people from early 1970s to early 2000s, and noticed the honey period continuing until early 2010s. And then, in the later 2010s, the hope of four decades has been turning into dark time.

In China, I had studied medicine and personally witnessed the finally failed Chinese democratizing movement in 1980s, and practiced as physician in 1990s and early 2000. For a few of years, I still had kept my physician identity but turned my attention to other things. Then, I had immigrated in Canada, and have been living in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario for over 18 years. In Canada, and later as a Canadian citizen, the new cultural environment, the big data daily generated from all kinds and sorts of human experiences, explorations and experiments in the informational era, and the super convenience of the internet have been encouraging me with a new ambition looking for answering the question of all my questions, why is the USA so exceptional?  

2 What I concern

On Chinese historically internal momentum, the fate of the current China might have been absolutely at its opposite, and it might have very likely ruined together with former Soviet Union, and divided into pieces in the early 1990s, as what had periodically appeared in its long history, had not the USA opened its door to China again in the early 1970s. I do not think that it were worse than the present China, while it is being listed in the Top 10 risk factors to our world in 2023, only second to Russia, who is actively attacking Ukraine, and occupying a part of Ukraine. Frankly, I would choose a weak China or its pieces with the constitutional hope and wise leadership to develop better with the world than a strong China existed with a blind and bold and outdated leadership in modernizing process but without a workable constitution, and as the big threat to its own people and the world; and the constitutionally healthy and peaceful existing and living and evolution of our humanity have been being disturbed.

The biggest lesson of Chinese history is that its elites have never learned the faculties how to make sustainable compromise in long-term. They cannot establish that kind of system, except Taiwan elites had been established such a system in the tide of the localizations of the constitutionally systematic and graceful liberty globalization in the 1990s. Under the protection and promise of the USA and the democratic world, it enjoys the peace and development with the world and contributes for the constitutionally healthy and peaceful existing and living and evolution of the peoples and nations across the world in the sophisticated globalization era led by constitutional globalization, upbuilt with digital and disciplinary technology globalization, experienced by the common individual citizens respectively with each personal psychology through routine globalization. And now, the sophisticated globalization is still on its surface and shallow levels, and is transiently meeting the dictatorship globalization and penetration in recent decades.

3 What I discover

The generally bipolar pattern is one of my big discoveries. The bipolar in suitable scope can constructively nurture,  broaden, enrich, and strengthen the experience and embodiment of meaning consciously with the awareness, individually, regionally, nationally, or even globally in the informational era. But beyond the suitable scope, it is destructive. In the destructive cases, they must be made as lessons for improving security, or else, the same bad things in history would appear again and again only in different disguises and embodiments.

In psychiatry, there is a disease called bipolar mood, characteristically as high mood and low mood appearing spirally along the process of disease. I have been noticing that my own mood moves wavelike since I was a medical student. The wavelike movement of my mood becomes bigger with my consciously spiritual experience, and clearly has its spiritual source.

I discover that the movements of both Chinese and American liberty and politics are also wavelike in bipolar pattern. This is their shared thing. However, the shared thing appears in human history at very differently civilized levels and with very different consequences. The bipolar movement of Chinese liberty and politics waves big at low civilized level with very little extra top resources added into and in nearly the same old-pattern, begins and ends with similar tragedies of different dynasties with little lesson learned for over three millennia until now in the continental China, with very slow
