    Preface

Your Journey to Basics of Quantum Realm is an small effort from our side to make the quantum world easy and understandable for the simple people. From this series, this is the Volume I which includes the essence of the ancient Vedas and Shastras in the Quantum World, their meaning and importance which I have tried to make it as concise as possible. This volume also deals with the Consciousness and the Mental System and their possible correlation with the quantum world.

This volume deals with these two topics in 16 different chapters with the proper explanation and hopes to provide the reader a subtle understanding about the concepts of dream and consciousness and the neuronal pathways with the incorporation of the quantum world. We, as a writing and publishing team, hope the reader to understand the gravity of the concepts and theories that were already been discussed in the ancient scriptures.

What is Quantum physics and what does it refer to? Where did the term Quantum evolve from? There are so many myths and ignorance about the Quantum theory. Let’s understand the very essence of Quantum theory in simple words.

In simple words, Quantum theory is the approach of modern physics that strive to study the nature and behaviour of matter and energy on the fundamental atomic and subatomic level. This approach at the fundamental level is referred to as Quantum Physics or Quantum Mechanics.

The core of the Quantum physics believe that the energy is indivisible, and it comes in the form of Quanta.

Max Planck considered as the father of the Quantum physics who proposed a hypothesis in 1900 which states that energy is radiated and absorbed in discrete Quanta (individual energy packets). Though the Quantum physics is a relatively newer branch of modern physics but it has Vedic influence of Santana science.

Erwin Schrödinger, one of the two creators of Quantum theory had acknowledged the Vedic influence in his autobiography.

He explains the Quantum theory is proposed to give form to Vedic theories.  He further writes:

This life of yours which you are living is not merely a piece of this entire existence, but in a certain sense the whole; only this whole is not so constituted that it can be surveyed in one single glance. This, as we know is what the Brahmins (Priests in the Santana culture) express in that sacred, mystic formula which is yet really so simple and so clear; tat tvam asi, this is you. Or, again, in such words as ~ I am in the east and the west, I am above and below, I am this entire world.

The above mantra is a reference from the Mundaka Upanishad which explains the Vedic Understanding of the connectivity of the living entities. It helps the Bhakta (yoga practitioner) to understand the difference or the connectivity between the body and the living entity. The real nature of the living entity can be realized only with the union to the eternal source.
