    Chapter One

Hello, Fire! My name is Jeff. I hit my knees today. It was painful. Now I feel better but can’t stop looking at you, said the little blonde toddler with his ponytail and a goofy grin, while playing with his sister.

Then, he turned to his sister and saw that she was climbing the tree. Hassy, I want to climb as well!

But Hassy, a pale Amazon with curious blue eyes and long black hair, was moving quickly up the tree.

I will reach you, Anya, she shouted, chasing her sister.

Anya was so happy that day. It was such a lovely shining day.

Whoever climbs the tree and comes back will get a magic treasure, she exhaled.

The kids were so excited looking for treasures in the vast forest, where they had been camping. There was also a museum of old times where people were dressed in historical outfits and exhibiting to the audience the life of that time in the past. There were also activities they used to perform or games that the kids could play.

The Warrod family did not stay long out there. The kids were feeling rather adventurous and restless. Hassy, are you happy to go back to school tomorrow? Ms Warrod asked.

    A bit.

    Why?

I have kinda liked climbing the trees. Wish I could do it forever. I won’t be able to do it tomorrow.

You will be able to do it when the school ends, Anya said. Oh, I miss school so much, I miss my friends, even those that are naughty.

Come on, smellies, Ms Warrod said, grinning. The food is ready, said Ms Warrod. You too, little fellows, she said to Rico and Jeff. Jeff was unsuccessfully trying to climb the trees and, frustrated as he was, fell on a plate.

The sun was dripping radiation like orange juice through the forest. Rico was creeping like a little crocodile and eating any possible remaining food on the table.

    Chapter Two

There was something that changed in their school that day. Everything had started normally, though, from early morning in the life of Ms Warrod, who was a childminder. She got her kids and the child minding kids ready for school runs by quarter to nine and headed off to the school. It seemed a quiet day. No major issues with the kids apart from tummy ache that Rico had. Ms Warrod made sure Sonny, the boisterous Chinese sharpie is in the cage in case he escapes from the house as he would do once he could find a chance. She did not bother to check where the white cat, Feefe was. She was extremely adventurous and she was not coming back to the house for days but just to eat. She had a boyfriend on the opposite house down the road, Tom, a black cat that resembled to a panther leaping bounding stride in the jungle of the city. When the cat came back in the house there was a purple colour almost like a collar. Hassy had forgotten the nail polish in the sofa. Rico opened it and started painted Feefe, this was something that drove Ms Warrod absolutely nuts.

Wardis School was crowded with parents and kids in something that gave the resemblance of a festival, so congested. It usually was a busy place on
