Andrea Arredondo Zanetta
Born in Chile, currently living with family in the South of this beautiful country, surrounded by active volcanos, forests, lakes, rivers and waterfalls. Adventurer and world traveler since a young age, passionate about learning from different cultures, open to diversity and new experiences, enjoying every encounter with fun, interesting people from around the world. This aroused curiosity and interest to learn and participate in various therapies, ceremonies, workshops and activities for personal growth, expansion of consciousness and achieving a balanced healthy lifestyle.Yoga became present during my late teenage years. Having a very independent spirit at the age of 18 I was already living on my own far from family, in a very intense and stressful city, flying long hours around the world for work and full of adult responsibilities, yoga was very helpful to keep everything in balance. I later trained to become a vinyasa flow yoga teacher, a trance dance yoga teacher and children's yoga teacher for all stages of growth. Also fascinated with dance, all types of expression through movement and working with energies led me to study dance therapy, became a reiki master and learned rebalancing after I had a transforming experience with a session of this technique in India. To have a better understanding of our connection to the spiritual world I studied anthroposophy and learned multiple forms of meditation which now constantly practice specially when I am immersed in nature hiking. This path has been blessed with meaningful and transforming experiences of deep connection to the spirit of nature and visualizing and internalizing the energy that contains and connects everything thru its vibration and light, the Akasha and access to the Akashic Records. You can find me more information on Akashic Records Readings, personalized retreats and holistic therapy in www.akshasoul.comBeing outdoors in contact with nature deepens my connection to the spirit of life, to me the most sacred space beyond the body, a temple. Nature makes me feel at home, in peace, more aware, energized, happy, full of clarity, relaxed, part of everything.Believing in the magical power of words to touch the soul and lift the spirit is a motivation to share positive messages, seeds of hope and optimism for a beautiful present and a better future.
