    Introduction

Today, you can buy any of the herbs used by Native American doctors in commercial stores all around the world. This book contains Guidelines for adopting the natural medicines used by Native Americans into your own life Many of the illnesses and diseases that plague us now could be treated if the secrets underlying these ancient nations' extraordinary health practices were revealed.

Native American healers encouraged the body and soul to respond on their own rather than deliver a quick treatment. Nature, like a good mother, provided mankind with all they needed to heal by blanketing the plains, meadows, and mountains with herbs and flowers that may hasten the healing process. Herbalism extends beyond the historical framework of the human race. The threads from the oldest starting point are used to connect what we know now, creating an embroidered piece of knowledge that we will typically undervalue. Animals, on the other hand, frequently seek medication from plants.

By putting all of this work into it, you are exhibiting a genuine passion and dedication to taking your health seriously. Several prescription drugs are available. This does not, however, imply that these are your only options. For small issues, you can always turn to herbal therapies such as those discussed in this book. There is no need to promote prescription drug addiction.

Learning herbal medicine and plant-based home remedies from scratch can be difficult, but I hope and am confident that this book has provided an excellent foundation for you to continue your journey, familiarize yourself with the plants, select the ones that are most effective for you, and empower healing at home.

    Herbs That Are Necessary

GERD is traditionally treated with a variety of extra drugs or botanicals. Even limited scientific proof is required to prove their efficacy. Here are a few examples:

    Angelica officinalis with German chamomile

    Liqueur made from caraway root

    Milk with turmeric thorns

    4.celandine superior

    Lemon balm

    Cattail

Although you might not think of cattail as a medicinal plant, Native Americans used the entire plant. It also improves the condition of your kidneys. This plant can be found in eleven different species in American wetlands. How to Apply: You can use every part of this plant to help your kidney health. The roots can be boiled and eaten. They can be cooked until soft by grilling, baking, or boiling. Pollen, which is the spike at the top of the plant, is an excellent source of protein. Boil them for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Goldenrod

Native Americans have used this herb, Solidago canadensis or Solidago virgaurea, for medical purposes for centuries. This plant contains a lot of vitamin C. To make a tea, use two tablespoons of fresh goldenrod flowers for each cup of water. Allow it to steep for about 15 minutes before serving. If you want to make it sweeter, add honey.

    1. Sinusitis and stuffy nose

Using a range of natural home treatments, such as inhaling steam, staying hydrated, and putting a soft, damp cloth to the face, can help one feel better.  The most common cause of sinus inflammation is a cold or virus, but bacterial infections can also play a role.

A person suffering from sinus congestion may have the following symptoms, according to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention): These symptoms include weariness, a sore throat, coughing, headaches, a runny or blocked nose, and others. Remedies Goldenseal, also known as Hydrastis canadensis, has been used to treat sinus infections in the United States since the 18th century.
