2. Prayer (Closing with the Lord’s Prayer)
3. Singing (Song To Be Selected)
4. Scripture Reading:
2 Timothy 4:1–8 (KJV)
Director: I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
School: Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
Director: For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
School: And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
Director: But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
School: For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
Director: I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
All: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
Recitation in Concert:
Psalm 1:1–3 (KJV)
1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
CLOSING WORK
1. Singing
2. Sentences:
Philippians 2:5–11 (KJV)
5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:.
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
3. Dismissal with Prayer

Intro
Have you ever encountered someone who left you speechless, astonished, or mesmerized? Many people lose their ability to formulate words when meeting their favorite celebrity. For example, there are many videos with former NBA players talking about their first time meeting Michael Jordan. Each one describes that he had an aura that left them speechless, wondering what to say to the person after which they modeled their game.
Our lesson topic is titled Amazing Encounters
for a good reason. The term amazing refers to something astounding or causes great surprise. An amazing encounter can take one’s breath away; it can leave one speechless. Indeed the discovery of our Lord’s empty tomb was amazing! It is still a feat that still astounds believers to this very day and has for over 2,000 years. However, we should note that discovering the empty tomb was not the only amazing encounter that day; there were several. The women experienced an amazing encounter with two men in gleaming bright clothing and another with their
