Beginning of the Journey
Working on oneself can be a challenging and rewarding process, and this is especially true for individuals with ADHD.
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. It can often lead to difficulties with time management, organization, and self-regulation, which can make it difficult to make progress in various areas of life.
However, with the right strategies and support, people with ADHD can work on themselves and make meaningful progress towards their goals.
On the next couple of pages we’ve written an overview of some steps that can help people with ADHD to begin working on themselves, or atleast have an idea of where to start.
Afterwards we’ll go a bit more in depth on each subject, so as to get a better feel for how to go about working with yourself
