Chapter 1: The Boy with No Face
The village of Greenleaf was a quiet, peaceful place. The people there were friendly and welcoming, and they looked out for one another. It was a tight-knit community where everyone knew each other's name, and everyone was willing to lend a hand when needed.
One day, a new family moved into town. They had a baby boy, and everyone was excited to welcome the new addition to the community. But when the baby was born, the villagers were shocked to see that he had no face. There were no eyes, no nose, no mouth – just smooth, blank skin where his features should have been.
The villagers were frightened and confused by the baby's appearance. They had never seen anything like it before, and they didn't know what to make of it. Some people whispered that the baby was a monster, while others speculated that it was a curse from the gods.
As the baby grew into a young boy, the villagers continued to treat him with suspicion and fear. They avoided him whenever possible, and when they couldn't avoid him, they would stare at him with
