This book "Pandemic and Self-Protection" is written based on the three years of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic process, combined with other people's and their own experiences. It has been three years since COVID-19 swept the world. In the past three years, people in various countries around the world have not only suffered from the ravages of the epidemic, at the same time, the epidemic has also hindered economic development. Looking back at the three years of epidemic prevention and control we have gone through, there is a lot of confusion, a lot of grief, a lot of ignorance, and a lot of helplessness.

This book Pandemic and Self-Protection is based on the three-year global epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic Covid-19 process, as well as the latest developments in the epidemic, written based on the experience and analysis of others and my own. This is an unforgettable history. This is a biological warfare that endangers the lives and health of people around the world; it is a catastrophe that harms the global economy.

I have collected the information of each stage of the epidemic, the government’s response measures to each stage of the epidemic, reviewed the epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic process we have gone through together, summed up the experience and lessons, and better faced the future virus challenge. Secondly, if a period of history is obliterated or distorted, our descendants will face this period of history with untrue thinking. The souls of those infected with the new crown virus who died during this time will never live in peace.

I thought that Covid-19 could exit in 2023. However, since China’s full unblocking in early December 2022, the epidemic under the permafrost has come back like a tsunami. Three years ago, the deaths of people infected with the virus in Wuhan were unknown. Three years later, the death toll from the outbreak of the new crown infection in various parts of China is still unclear. Disasters have been repeating themselves, and tragedies have never stopped.

In the book, I cite two different cases of antibiotic use published online. The process of Wuhan’s use of antibiotics to treat Wuhan’s new coronary pneumonia (Covid-19) patient Hu Weifeng was the result of killing 10,000 enemies and self-destructing 8,000. The extensive use of antibiotics seriously damaged the immune system in the human body, killed the virus, and caused failure of human function. In other words, it can be said that the patient did not die from the virus infection, but from the antibiotics that killed the virus. Several elderly patients on a ventilator in the ICU in New York and their family members firmly opposed the continued use of antibiotics and asked to switch to ivermectin. Through legal procedures, the New York District Court declared that patients can choose to use Ivermectin on their own. It was this decision that saved several elderly people who were dying on the ventilator and escaped from the gate of death. Most of those who died from the infection in the Chinese outbreak were treated with antibiotics, especially the elderly.

China adopts a dynamic clearing policy and use nucleic acid pass certificate. Without the latest nucleic acid testing, residents cannot move a single step. On April 16, 2022, Li Jinming, deputy director of clinical testing of the National Health and Medical Commission, said to the outside world: "Since the outbreak of the new crown epidemic, China has completed about 11.5 billion nucleic acid tests.

Most of China’s nucleic acid testing stations have been hastily established, staff hastily started to work, sanitary facilities are not in place, testing personnel are unprofessional, testing equipment is not of good quality, testing cotton is mixed and many other problems have already laid a huge hidden danger of man-made disasters. Just a few months before Beijing announced a complete easing of lockdown in early December 2022, a nationwide coronavirus outbreak had already begun.

China has spent 3 trillion yuan in the fight against the new crown virus for 3 years. It has made every effort to build a shelter hospital, test all staff for nucleic acid, and raise Dabai, (A group of people wearing white medical uniforms, with the sign of strictly controlling the epidemic, scattered in various communities, implementing the lawless policy of arresting people at will) As a result, it did not play a role in controlling the epidemic, did not improve public health and public awareness of protection, and did not strengthen hospital resources to facilitate people’s medical treatment. Today, what we see is the scene where the Wuhan pneumonia virus ravaged Wuhan three years ago, and it is now being repeated in Beijing and staged across the country. The lessons of history have not aroused the vigilance of the government and the people.

Since China unblocked in December 2022, under the encouragement of China and local governments to implement general immunization as soon as possible, a tsunami-like epidemic has broken out in urban and rural areas across the country, with an infection rate of over 80%, and a sharp increase in the rate of severe illness and death , Major hospitals and community hospitals, as well as rural medical stations are crowded with infected people, and the funeral industry has become a new economic growth point. Those who died from the new crown were young, middle-aged, and mostly elderly. Many experts and scholars died, not to mention ordinary people. Funeral homes across the country are working overtime, hiring staff, booking cremation times, and building new crematoria.

In the book, I analyzed the internal causes of the outbreak in China, and analyzed the man-made disasters caused by inactivated vaccines and nucleic acid testing. In the face of huge benefits, greedy people lose their senses, have no morals, and innocent people continue to suffer.

Chapter One

Pandemic SARS-CoV

The full name of SARS is atypical pneumonia, which refers to severe acute respiratory syndrome. SARS is an epidemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus. The original source of the epidemic is Shunde City, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China.The outbreak spread rapidly in 291 countries and regions from November 2002 to September 2003. A total of 8,422 cases and 919 deaths have been reported worldwide, involving 32 countries and regions. Among them, more than 4,986 patients have been diagnosed in China, and the death toll has exceeded 694.

The first case of SARS was discovered on November 16, 2002 in Shunde, Guangdong, China. The person infected with SARS was Huang Xingchu who was diagnosed in Heyuan City. After more than 20 days of treatment, Huang Xingchu recovered and was discharged from the hospital on January 10, 2003. He was identified as the first reported case of SARS in China.

On February 10, the Chinese government notified the World Health Organization of the outbreak. In the initial data provided, only the incidence of the disease was in Guangdong Province. At this time, it was around the Spring Festival, and with the large number of people moving during the Spring Festival, the epidemic spread rapidly.

In the early stage of the SARS epidemic, relevant news was covered up by the local government. The relevant information could only be disseminated in Chinese society through the medical staff who participated in a large number of treatments, the Internet and SMS services, and was eventually known by the World Health Organization during observation, and then the World Health Organization and international pressure Forcing the People’s Republic of China to recognize the severity of the epidemic and promise to cooperate fully with the World Health Organization.

The following are the investigation results of SARS outbreaks in Beijing and Anhui announced by China’s National Health and Family Planning Commission and the Ministry of Health.

Summary

In order to find out the reasons for the outbreak of SARS in Beijing and Anhui in April 2004, the Ministry of Health established a team consisting of 7 experts from the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, the Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Institute of Infectious Disease Prevention and Control of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The investigation team conducted a special investigation on the source of the epidemic. WHO experts participated in part of the investigation. The findings are as follows:

1. The outbreak originated from laboratory infection: (1) The two primary cases, Song and Yang, occurred in the same laboratory. The laboratory has been carrying out scientific research on SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV). (2) After the virus institute was blocked, no SARS patients appeared again. (3) SARS-CoV was isolated from the pleural fluid of the second-generation case Wei (Mother of Song), whose whole genome sequence is highly homologous to the strain (HT-SCoV-2) used in the experiment in this laboratory. (4) No evidence of infection was found between Song and Yang through contact with wild animals. (5) Song and Yang had no other SARS case reports during the incubation period, and there was no possibility of being infected by contact with other SARS patients outside the laboratory. (6) The last contact between Yang and Song was 15 days away from the onset of Yang’s illness, and they only met in the corridor,Yang’s illness cannot be caused by Song’s infection.

2. The source of infection was limited to the diarrhea virus room: (1) The two primary cases, Song and Yang, both came from the diarrhea virus room. In addition, it was also found that two other people in the room (Ren and Cui) were positive for IgG and IgM antibodies against SARS-CoV, and the infection had obvious clustering. (2) The whole genome sequence of the virus isolated from Wei, a second-generation case, is highly homologous to the experimental strain (HT-SCoV-2) used in the diarrhea virus laboratory. (3) Conduct medical observation on all the staff of the Institute of Virology, and the seroepidemiological survey did not find any SARS-CoV infected patients in other departments.

3. There is no evidence that infection in a third-level biosafety protection laboratory caused the SARS outbreak: (1) Song and Yang have never worked in a third-level biosafety protection laboratory since 2004. (2) Although Ren, who worked in the third-level biosafety protection laboratory in the diarrhea virus room, was positive for serum antibodies, there is no evidence that he infected Song and Yang and caused the SARS epidemic. (3) The basic hardware equipment and overall structure of the third-level biosafety protection laboratory designated for use in the diarrhea virus room meet the requirements.

4. The link that causes laboratory infection: Incomplete virus inactivation: After the Spring Festival in 2004,Ren has repeatedly brought inactivated SARS virus from the third-level biosafety protection laboratory for experiments in ordinary laboratories, and the time coincides with the onset of Song and Yang. The inactivation method used (1%NP40+PBS+1%SDS ice bath for 60 minutes) has not been effectively evaluated, and the inactivation effect of each batch of viruses has not been tested and quality controlled as required.

The investigation determined that the SARS outbreak originated from an infection in the laboratory. It was caused by poor safety management in the laboratory, lax enforcement of rules and regulations, illegal operations by technical personnel, and ineffective safety precautions. After Li Wenliang was summoned and admonished by the Wuhan police, Dr. Li Wenliang bravely devoted himself to the frontline of the fight against the epidemic without fear of sacrifice. In the end, because of the infection of the new crown virus, his life was finally fixed at 2:58 am on February 7, 2020.
