Hello, my name is Paula. I actually wrote this book at the age of 45. I am writing this book, because young people and women and mothers have always come to me for advice. I want to show people that you don’t need a college degree; you don’t have to listen to the so called expert
; you do not need to join a gym; you do not need people to clog up you minds with nonsense about diets and vigorous exercise in order to live a thin and healthy life. The only thing you need to succeed in life is to love yourself truly and to have the simple common sense approach in your daily lifestyle. By following these simple steps in my book, you will say to yourself….This is so simple. Yes, it’s so simple, but people do not do it because it’s so simple. By following these steps, I assure you that you will be healthier following this routine. But you have to be one that has tremendous self control to start out with. Otherwise this is not for you. Once into this routine for about a month or more, your body will find it easy to do this and you get acclimated to the routine, hence a healthy way of life. So join me on a journey for you to pass down to your kids and friends on the lessons of life….The good old fashioned way.
