About this ebook

I was on the nightshift at work and listening to Christian radio. I heard some references to the Bible that I did not agree with. I decided that I needed to read and study the Bible.

This book is an interpretation of the Bible put in today's terms. It mainly references the Old Testament and the book of Mathew in the New Testament. This book is the culmination of fifty years of study.

The Bible 4 My Child - LeRoy E. Walters

    Genesis

    A Beginning

A beginning. This is a story going back in time to a point where there was no time. But we must first get our heads out of the box and clear our minds for those who hold onto the thinking that man has all the answers but will soon learn that, in fact, they are out on a limb with a saw, cutting off the limb that they’re on. So let us start with two points of views on the same subject: the first is religious, and the other is at the religion of the Big Bang Theory.

Let us start by looking first at Genesis.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (Genesis 1:1 KJV)

Do we read anything here about time? No, this is before time was. In the next verse we read on.

    Earth without Form

The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep waters. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. (Genesis 1:2 KJV)

Note at this point, there is no time, but the planet is covered with water, so we now have a ball of water. Now let’s go on to the next verse, and it reads:

God said, Let there be light, and there was light. (Genesis 1:3 KJV)

One can not say, where the light comes from other than from God as he is the light of the planet. Now let us go on to the next verse:

God saw the light; that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. (Genesis 1:4 KJV)

    The First Night and Day

God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. (Genesis 1:5 KJV)

Now we must ask ourselves, is this the beginning of the first day or is this the end? However, we now have the first time setting, and the first mention of time is a form of keeping track of days, months, and years; and that is the way we use it. Time has become the standard of measurement of today.

The Big Bang Theory: Discoveries in astronomy and physics have shown that our universe did have a beginning, and prior to that, there was nothing; and after that moment, there was something—our universe. Let us now look at the science of the universe that man thinks he has all answers to regarding the origin of universe.

According to the standard theory, our universe sprang into existence as a singularity about 13.7 billion years ago. A singularity is a word that was made up to say nothing.

Singularity refers to so-called zones that defy any understanding by physics. They think that it exists at the core of black holes. Physicists think that there are areas of gravitational pressure. The pressure is so intense that matter is squished into a very dense form of matter.

Note this: Out of nothing came a black hole. Out of nothing came gravity. Out of nothing came matter.

The science says prior to the singularity, nothing existed—not space, time, nor energy—nothing.

So where and in what form did the singularity appear if not in space? We don’t know and we don’t know where it came from, why it’s here, or whatever it is. All we really know is that we are inside of it, and at one time, it didn’t exist, and neither did we.

After its initial appearance, it apparently inflated the Big Bang, expanded and cooled, going from very small and very hot to the size of our current universe. And it continues to expand and cool to this day, and we are inside of it.

We are incredible creatures living on a unique planet circling our sun, and stars are clustered together with several billion other stars in a galaxy soaring through the cosmos.

This is what the experts are saying.

    The Firmament

Let us return to Genesis 1:2. We find that this planet we live on was a big ball of water, and in Genesis 1:6 KJV, we read that God put a firmament between the waters, and it read:

God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so. (Genesis 1:6–7 KJV)

So now there came to be a dividing of the waters, and open space was placed that is called a firmament; or we can call it the atmosphere. In this world of today, we live in what is called a one atmosphere. When the firmament was put in place, it formed a two atmosphere. The drawing shows the main parts as recorded in the Word:

    The Dry Land

God said, Let the waters under the heavens (firmament) be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear; and it was so. (Genesis 1:9 KJV)

This is the first time that dry land was on the planet. But read more of the land in Genesis.

God called the dry land Earth and the gathering together of the waters He called seas: God saw that it was good. (Genesis 1:10 KJV)

Now read on in Genesis, and see what will happen to this dry land.

God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, up on the earth: and it was so. The earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed, after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind; and God saw that it was good. The evening and the morning were the third day. (Genesis 1:11–13 KJV)

Let’s see what our planet looks like at this time by looking at the following drawing:

Let them be for light in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth; and it was so. God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day and lesser light to rule the night; He made the stars also. God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness; and God saw that it was good. The evening and the morning were the fourth day. (Genesis 1:15–19 KJV)

    Life on Earth

Here we have the placing of the sun and moon as well as the placing the stars.

God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. God created great whales, and every living creature that moved, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind; and God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. The evening and the morning were the fifth day. God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind;" and it was so. God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that crepe upon the earth after his kind; God saw that it was good. (Genesis 1:20–25 KJV)

Here we see the making of animals of the earth, the beasts of the fields, cattle, and creeping things. But we need to take a little side trip to the Book of Job and read of the Behemoth, an animal of monstrous size.

Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eats grass as an ox. Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly. He moves his tail like a cedar: The sinews of his stones are wrapped together. His bones are like strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron. He is the chief of the ways of God; He that made him can make His sword to approach unto him. Surely the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play. (Job 40:15–20 JPA 1917)

This drawing shows the main parts as recorded in the Word.

There are many colors in the light rays that come to our planet, but the waters of the canopy and the firmament filter out many of those colors. But the blue-green light rays are passed to the planet.

The blue-green light is the main light rays for the growth of plants and creatures of the sea. The planting of the seeds of life started a sea planet—fish, hard-shelled clams, and all the other creatures of the sea. For without those light rays, no plant or animal would live very long.

    Now returning to Genesis 1:8:

God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and morning were the second day. (Genesis 1:8 KJV)

From this, we now know that God called the firmament heaven.

But what of hell? The one that the religious say we are all going to if we don’t listen to them? And we all will burn forever. And is this a way for man to have life and to keep their life of sin.

    Now go on in Genesis:

God said, Let the waters under the heavens (firmament) be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry appear; and it was so. (Genesis 1:9 KJV)

This is the first time that dry land was on the planet. But we can read more of the land in Genesis.

God called the dry land Earth and the gathering together of the waters He called seas: God saw that it was good. (Genesis 1:10 KJV)

    Living Things on Earth

Now read on in Genesis, and see what will happen to this dry land.

God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, up on the earth: and it was so. The earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed, after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind; and God saw that it was good. The evening and the morning were the third day. (Genesis 1:11–13 KJV)

How far was the firmament out from the earth? For the light from God was in place, but the light was not in the firmament. Or was it? Now go back to the story in Genesis 1:14 KJV.

God said, "Let there be light in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years. (Genesis 1:14 KJV)

Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; He eats grass as an ox. Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the stays of his body. He strains his tail like a cedar; The sinews of his thighs are knit together. His bones are as pipes of braes; His gristles are like bars of iron. He is the beginning of the ways of God; He only that made him can make His sword to approach unto him. Surely the mountains bring him forth food. And all the beasts of the field play there. He lies under the lotus trees, In the covert of the reeds, and fens. The lotus trees cover him with their shadow; The willows of the brook compass him about Behold, if a river overflow, he trembles not. He is confident, though the Jordan rush forth to his mouth. Shall any take him by his eyes, Or pierce through his nose with a snare? (Job 40:15–20 KJV)

In this we find the Behemoth (or dinosaurs) eats grass like the ox. The scientists claim that the dinosaurs or Behemoth were meat eaters, but that is not what the Word said. In this time that we now live, the head of the cattail grows to about six inches long. But in the fossil record, the head to the cattail would grow to a length of six to eight feet tall. So by this, the grass would be plentiful for all the animals in our Word; that is to say, in the beginning.

    God Made Man

Now return to Genesis for the story of man. Now keep in mind that the earth is still a big island, the firmament is still in place, and the waters are still over the firmament.

God said, Let us make man In our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creep upon the earth. So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them. God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, And Subdue it; Have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, over every living thing that move upon the earth. God said, Behold, I have given every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of the tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. To every beast of earth, to every fowl of the air, to every thing that creep upon the earth, where in there is life. I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. God saw every thing that He had made, behold, it was very good. The evening and morning were the sixth day. (Genesis 1:26–31 KJV)

Think about this: God is not color-blind, so it is likely that He made men of different colors, like the black man, brow, tan, red, yellow, and white men. Look around us and see all of the colors, the trees, flowers, plants of all kind, and even the rocks. All these have color.

Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. On the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; He rested on the seventh day from All His work which He had made. God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it; because that in it He had rested Form all His work which God created and made. (Genesis 2:1–3 KJV)

God blessed the seventh day. The seventh day as we look at the calendar is Saturday, so why do we keep Sunday as the day worship?

These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth. When they were created. In the day that the Lord God made the earth and heavens, and every plant of the Field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: For the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man To till the ground. But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. The Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the Breath of life; and man became a living soil. (Genesis 2:4–7 KJV)

Here is the story: God made man on the sixth day, and on the seventh day, He rested from all His work. The first day of the next week (or the eight day), God began working on the garden and found that there was not a man to till the ground. So God formed a man out of the dust and placed him in the garden that he might till the land.

But all the people of earth that God made on the sixth day went on to be fruitful and to multiply. They subdued the earth and had dominion over all the land. So remember that the earth was still one big island. Did man live alongside of the dinosaur? In the following pages, there is some photography that I took at The Creation Evidence Museum of Texas located in Glen Rose, Texas.

In the first photograph, there is a hammer that is housed in a rock, and the next one is a footprint of a human overlaying the footprint of a dinosaur. Now according to earth sciences, the rock came into being when the Paleozoic was still in the water and did not have a backbone. Sometime after this, the Paleozoic (they say) got a backbone and left the water and went on land. Now think about this: the Paleozoic is still in the water and still as no backbone.

A Garden: Close your eyes and imagine your dream garden. Let your mind wander to a place that only you can go. Imagine a lush area spilling over with brightly colored flowers and trees of all types that have good fruit to eat, and imagine the sweet smell of fragrant herbs that fill the air. God made a place just like the dream garden that you have. So let us read of the Garden of Eden in Genesis 2:8–14:

The Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there He put the man whom He had formed. Out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the Sight, and good for food, the tree of life also in the midst of the garden and the tree of Knowledge of good and evil. A river went out of Eden to water the garden and from thence it was parted and Became into four heads. The name of the first is Psion; that is it which compass the whole land of Havildar, where there is gold; the gold of that land is good, there is bdellium and the onyx stone. The name of the second river is Gihon; the same is it that compass the whole land of Ethiopia. The name of the third river is Hidaka; that is it which go toward the east of Assyria. The fourth is Euphrates. The Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. The Lord God commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden thou may freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shall not eat of it; for in the day that thou eat thereof, thou shall surely die. (Genesis 2:8–14 KJV)

Let us now look at a tree as it compares to man, the tree as three main parts. The first is the trunk, the next is the limbs, and the last is the root of the tree. Now the man has the same tree parts. The body of man is called the trunk, the arms are called the limbs, and the feet are roots. So we have two main trees in the garden. The first is the tree of life, which is the Son of God. And the other is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and this tree depicts this world in all the things of it. And we have to check for ourselves what is good or evil. For this world is the kingdom of the serpent or Satan.

Now in Genesis 2:15–23 (KJV), I will sum up the text into one-liners of the main points of the text and the work that was given to Adam.

God put the man in the garden to dress it and to keep it. God said, of every tree in the garden man may freely eat. But the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you must not eat, if you eat of this tree you will die. God said, it is not good for man to be alone, and God said, I will make him a help meet. God, brought to Adam all of the beast of the field and the foul of the air, that he might name them. Adam gave name to cattle, all foul of the air, and every beast of the field. God, caused Adam to slept, and God took a rib form him. God, took the rib and made woman. Adam called her woman for out of man his was made. (Genesis 15–23 KJV)

Now read in Genesis 2:24 KJV, this is the first command that God gave to the man and the woman.

Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife. They shall be one flesh. They were both naked, the man and his wife, they were not ashamed. (Genesis 2:24–25 KJV)

By this, it might be said that man and woman had a close reunion with each other: But the union was not in the form of sex, and this is based on the fact that they are naked. And they were as children that play with each other on the lawn. But at this time in their lives, they are not of childbearing age.

Now starting in Genesis 3:1, the time as passed, and the man and the woman have come of age for childbearing.

Now the serpent was more wise then any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. He said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? (Genesis 3:1 KJV)

Now take some time and look at Genesis 2:17 KJV, and see what God said to Adam about the trees in the garden.

The woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden; But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. (Genesis 3:2–3)

From this, we see that the serpent is Satan, and this is Satan’s first try to alter the Word of God. But do not let the name mislead us, for Satan has many names in the Word. Some of these names are the old serpent, an angel of light, the devil, the great dragon, and there are more in the Word of God. Now read in Genesis 3:2–3 KJV:

The woman said that which God told them, but the woman did not know the evil that was before her. Read on in Genesis 3:4–5 KJV:

The serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die. For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. (Genesis 3:4–5 KJV)

Now Satan misleads the woman by altering the Word of God and the meaning of Word. Now read in Genesis 3:6 KJV:

When the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her, and he did eat. (Genesis 3:6 KJV)

The woman looked upon the tree and had lust of the flesh, for the tree was pleasant to the eyes, and therefore, she lusted after the tree. So she took of the tree and did eat. The word eat is a misconception on the part of eating like bread by mouth. A woman can only partake in taking into her body by mouth or by sex. In this case, Satan lay with the woman, and she became with child, and then she offered her body unto Adam, and also, she became with child by Adam. She now had twins growing in her body.

Some years back, there was a case in the state of Texas that made the national news of a woman having twins by two men. The story goes like this. The woman was living with her boyfriend. She went to see her ex, and he allegedly raped her. And she became with child. After this, she had sex with her boyfriend, and she once more was with child. Some think this happened to the woman, and the two men went to court to claim the child. The court ordered a DNA of the child to find out who the father of the twins was. The test showed that the two men both where the father, each the father of one of the children.

What happened after the eating of the fruit offered by the serpent? Read on in Genesis 3:7 KJV:

The eyes of them both were opened, and they know that they were naked. They sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. (Genesis 3:7 KJV)

Now this is the first sin that is recorded in the Word, but what was the sin? Was it the taking of the fruit? There are some who say that the man and woman did eat an apple as the fruit from the tree. So the fig leaves had become the symbol for the sin of the garden and the cover-up of sin. If this is so, then why did they not put the apron over their mouths? Read on in Genesis 3:8–14 KJV:

They heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God, amongst the trees of the Garden. The Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? Adam said, I heard Thy voice in the garden and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself. God said, Who told thee that thou was naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, Whereof I commanded thee that thou should not eat? The man said, The woman whom Thou gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, And I did eat. The Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? The woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. (Genesis 3:8–13 KJV)

    Judgment

Lord God said unto the serpent, "Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field, upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life (the words imply the utmost humiliation) and I will out enmity (condition of hostility or hatred) between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed. It shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel." (Genesis 3:14–15 KJV)

Adam was a man that walked with God and was a companion for God. Adam did not have freewill like we have today. Adam was not able or did not know what good and evil were. When God walked in the garden and called to them, they hid themselves from Him. When Adam was questioned about the taking of the tree, he said that the woman had eaten of the tree and gave to him to eat. He said to God that the woman whom you gave to me did eat first.

Today, we say that Adam blamed God and the woman for him eating of the tree. Now when God talked with the woman, God laid the evil upon the woman. The woman said to God, The serpent beguiled me (to lead astray or morally is to seduce her).

God said, unto the woman, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy Conception; In sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. God said, unto the Adam, because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy Wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee saying, Thou salt not eat of it; Cursed is the ground for thy sake; In sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life. Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee, and thou shall eat the herb of the field. In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, tell thou return unto the ground, for out of it was thou taken, for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return., Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living. Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them. The Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of Us, to know good and Evil; Now, lest he put forth his hand, and take of the tree of life, and eat and live for ever. Therefore, the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So He drove out the man; and placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubim’s, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the Tree of life. (Genesis 3:16–24 KJV)

    The Offspring

This is the story of the two boys that came to Adam and Eve, and it starts in Genesis 4:1 KJV:

Adam had known Eve his wife, she had conceived, and bare Cain, and Said, I have gotten a man from the Lord. She again bare his brother Abel. Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. In the process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an Offering unto the Lord. Abel also brought of the firstlings of his flock and the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering. But unto Cain and his offering, the Lord had not respect. Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell. The Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? And why is thy countenance fallen? If thou does well, shalt thou not be accepted? If thou does not well, sin Leith at the door, and unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. Cain talked with Abel his brother: it came to pass, when they were in the field, That Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him. (Genesis 4:1–9 KJV)

    Judgment

The Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? Cain said, I know not, Am I my brother’s keeper? The Lord said, What has thou done? The voice of thy brother’s blood cried unto Me from the ground. Now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy Brother’s blood from thy hand. When thou tallest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; A fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. Cain said, unto the Lord, My punishment is greater than I can bear. Behold, Thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and thy face shall I be hid, and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth. It shall come to pass, that every one that find me shall slay me. The Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slay Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him Sevenfold. The Lord set a mark upon Cain lest any finding him should kill him. Cain went out from the Lord, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. (Genesis 4:10–16 KJV)

At this point, questions often come up to who was the wife of Cain. The religious would have you believe that Adam and Eve were the only people that were created on the sixth day. But that is not so, for Adam and Eve were created on the eighth day or as we might say the first day of the next week, after the day of rest. So Cain took a wife of the people that was created on the sixth day. Now going on in Genesis 4:17 KJV:

Cain knew is wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch. Cain build a city and called the name of the city after the name of his son, Enoch. Unto Enoch was born Irad: and Irad begat Mehujael and Mehujael begat Methusael: and Methusael begat Lamech. Lamech took unto him two wives and the name of the one was Adah, and the name of the other Zillah. Adah bare Jabal: he was the father of such as dwell in tents and of the such as have cattle. His brother’s name was Jubal: he was the father of all such as handle the harp and organ. Zillah, she also bare Tubal-Cain, an instructor of every artificer in brass and iron: The sister of Tubal-Cain was Naamah. Lamech said unto his wives, Ye wives of Lamech, hearken unto my speech: For, I have slain a man to my wounding, And a young man to my hurt. If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, Truly Lamech seventy and sevenfold. (Genesis 4:17–24 KJV)

Here in Genesis 4:23 KJV, Lamech-Cain said that he had killed a young man to my hurt. Or it might be said: I cain kill a man for wounding me and a young man for hurting me. Why is this recorded here in the pages of the Word? The only young man to die or was killed was a man called Enoch. So did Lamech-Cain kill Enoch? Now in Genesis 4:25–26 KJV, it starts the generations of Adam and Eve.

Adam know his wife again, she bare a son, and called his name Seth, For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew. To Seth, to him also there was born a son; He called his name Enos, then began men to call Upon the name of the Lord. (Genesis 4:25–26 KJV)

Now in Genesis 5:1–32 KJV is the generations of Adam, starting at the creation of the man down to the time that Noah enters the ark and the flood. Now to list all of the generations here would not be of much help to reader as most Bibles have a chart in them that show the generations of Adam. But the religious have listed them in reverse so that the reader must look at them backwards, going from what is known as the brother of Jesus the Christ and backward.

Now on this page, there a photo of the layout that is often used by the religious to show the generations of Adam. But why look backward and not forward? I have also provided is a photo of a scroll that started with Adam and came forward unto the flood. By using the standard generation list as seen in the Bible, and we count the years from the flood back to the time of Adam, it comes to 1,657 years. But if you use the scroll and start from Adam going forward, we find the years are 1,677. It would seem that there are twenty years more in time then the religious Bible has recorded. Why?

Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah: Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and Begat sons and daughters: All the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years. Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him. (Genesis 5:21–24 KJV)

The question is, that there are no writing that have been found from the time before the flood. There has been much to say about the book of Enoch. So the question is, who is right? And when did he or she write the book? One more thing that might be of interest is the man named Methuselah lived the longest than other men as recorded in the Word. What year did Methuselah die? As we read the charts in the Word and the scroll, we find that Methuselah’s time came to an end within the first two months of the year of the flood.

    History Before the Flood

It came to pass, when man began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, That the sons of God (the ones that chose to served Satan) saw the daughters of man that they were fair; and they took them wives of all they chose. The Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for he also is flesh. Yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. There were giants in the earth in those days; Also after that, when the sons of God Came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty Men which were of old, men of renown. God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

It repented the Lord that He had made man on the earth. It grieved Him at His heart. The Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; Both man and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air for it repented Me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. (Genesis 6:1–8 KJV)

Keep in mind that man is flesh in these days, and even today, man is still flesh.

These are the generations of Noah; Noah was just and perfect in his generations, Noah walked with God. Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth. The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. God looked upon the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before Me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; Behold, I will destroy them with the earth. (Genesis 6:9–13 KJV)

God said to Noah, Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt Thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without, with pitch. This is the fashion which thou shalt make it; The length of the ark shall be three Hundred cubit, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits. A window shalt thou make to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; The door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; With lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it. God said, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth to destroy All flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die. But with thee will I establish My covenant; Thou shalt come into the ark, thou and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons wives with thee. of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee; they shall be male and female. of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their kind, of every creeping thing of Earth after his kind, two of every sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive. Take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten and thou shalt gather it to thee, it shall be for food for thee, and for them. Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he. (Genesis 6:14–22 KJV)

    Noah Enters the Ark

The Lord said unto Noah, come thou and all thy house into the ark: For thee have I seen righteous before Me in this generation. of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female; of beasts that are not clean by two the male and his female. of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the Face of all the earth. For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty Nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth. Noah did according unto all that the Lord commanded him. Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth. Noah went in, and his sons and his wife and his sons wives with him, into the ark Because of the waters of the flood. of clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean, and of fowls, and of every thing that creeps upon the earth. There went in two by two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, As God had commanded Noah. It came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth. In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, And the windows of heaven were opened. The rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights. In the selfsame day entered Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, And Noah’s wife, the three wives of his sons with them, into the AEK. Every beast after his kind, All the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creeped upon the earth After his kind, every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort. They went in unto Noah into the ark, two by two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life. They that went in, went in male and female, as God commanded him; And the Lord shut him in. They that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded And the Lord shut them in. The flood was forty days upon the earth; and waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth. The waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth, and the ark went Upon the face of the waters. The waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth, and all the high hills that Were under the whole heaven were covered. Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail and the mountains were covered. All flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, of cattie, and beast, and of every creeping thing that creeped upon the earth, and every man. All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died. Every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, cattle, the creeping thing, and the fowl of the heaven, and they were destroyed from the earth. Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark. The waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty days. (Genesis 7:1–24 KJV)

Now keep in mind that the earth is still one big island; the sixth day, man is on land, for there have been no chains.

    Noah’s Ark

Now in Genesis 5:28–32 KJV, this the begetting of the life of Noah and his three sons.

Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son. He called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the Lord hath cursed. Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and begat son and daughters; And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred Seventy and seven years; and he died. Noah was five hundred years old, and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth. (Genesis 5:28–32 KJV)

On the following, there are photos of a model that is twenty feet long of the Ark of Noah, and it is on display at Creation Evidence Museum in Glen Rose, Texas.

    The Voyage

It would seem that God had remorse for the loss of all that was on the earth, and He went and mourned the death of His creation. For Noah and every living thing that was on the ark had been on the ark for more than 190 days. So Genesis 8:1 KJV, God remembered Noah.

God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with Noah in the ark. God made a wind to pass over the earth, And the waters as swaged. The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven also were stopped, and the rain from heavens was restrained. The waters returned from off the earth continually, and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated. The ark rested in the seven mouth, on the seventeenth day of the mouth, Upon the mountains of Ararat. The waters decreased continually until the tenth Mouth, In the tenth mouth, on the first day of the mouth, were the tops of the mountains seen. It came to pass at the end of forty days, Noah opened the window of the ark Which he had made, Noah sent forth a raven, which went forth to and fro, Until the waters were dried up from off the earth. Also, Noah sent forth a dove from him, to see if the waters were abated from Off the face of the ground. But the
