    Chapter 1

Molly was an alligator who had been befriended and raised by a young boy named Tommy. Tommy and Molly became a pair after Tommy found Molly down by his favorite crawfish hole. But in order for him to feed her, he had to hold food very close to her mouth. It appeared she was having difficulty finding the food when he laid it even right in front of her. So Tommy would rub it softly against her little snout and she would open her little mouth and begin to eat. Tommy had to be careful not to feed her too fast because that could have proven
