What Others Are Saying
Barbara Galloway graciously shared her monetary wisdom with Mocha Moms, Inc., and our members were so blown away that they begged her to come back and share some more. As such, she has addressed the local chapter of this national support group program two years in a row, and we look forward to her returning next year! As mommies, worrying about money is a foregone conclusion, but Barbara gave us good information when it comes to paying for our children’s higher education in addition to teaching our children about money. We loved and appreciated how patiently she answered our endless questions and the confidence she instilled in us to make better decisions. She rocks! I am so glad to see that she has captured the timeless and proven money lessons based on biblical principles into a book. It will be a welcome addition to my resource library.

"In all of life…present, needed, and wanted in every social institution is the common denominator—money. ‘Working for your money’ is one thing, herein, Barbara so caringly and plainly presents the how to regarding the corollary, ‘have your money work for you.’ Merely reading this excellent work is one thing, studying it and applying it could lead you to financial peace of mind."

An amazing work, full of practical wisdom, and proven techniques by an author with deep spiritual insights who doesn’t just ‘talk the talk’ but ‘walks the walk.’ A person who applies these techniques will be better off financially as well as spiritually.
Joel Whitaker, Business Journalist
To my mother, my supporter: You were the first person who taught me how to spend a little, save a little, and to give God his portion. He only wants one dime from every dollar. You get to keep the other ninety cents!
To my father, my hero: You are the wisest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Though your mind has waned, your spirit waxes strong, and your lessons and love still guide and fuel me.
Foreword
Renewing Your Money Mind: How to Go from Common Cents to Kingdom Wealth by Barbara Galloway is the ultimate spiritual financial coaching written and inspired by a dynamic author and servant of God. In this, her first body of work, Minister Galloway imparts not only her formal training in money matters but most importantly, she does it on a biblical paradigm; eloquently capturing what God meant in his written Word about money. My wife, Felicia, and I have benefited personally and spiritually from Barbara’s teachings. She empathizes with all who are having financial challenges and offers her personal testimony and successful keys to overcome this major stronghold to all (Christian and non-Christian). Additionally, we benefited tangibly by applying Scriptures and the biblical principles, which changed our attitudes about what God expects from us as financial stewards. Renewing Your Money Mind is a kingdom wealth building tool that I recommend highly to all who are seeking a huge return on investment, spiritual and otherwise.

I began writing this book in December 2018 flying home from Chandler, Arizona, where I spoke at the Spiritual Women Anointed by God (SWAG) empowerment workshop, led by the visionary Dr. Sonnet Ford-Grant. After my session, several participants asked me if I had a book, a website, or how they could get more information. Their hunger for more, combined with Dr. Ford-Grant’s empowering messages at the SWAG workshops, awakened my dream to write a book that had been deferred for decades. Thank you, Dr. Sonnet, for stirring up my gifts and for encouraging and empowering so many people to tap into their full potential. You helped me birth this book in a way that only you could have done. It would never have become a reality if you hadn’t set the example.
I also want to thank Sebora Kargbo for selflessly taking time to edit my manuscript, despite your hectic schedule; Brooke Hawkeye
Hawkins, for your incredible ability to catch the most miniscule of errors and your invaluable creative suggestions; Marilyn Stewart, who not only reviewed the book, but consumed it. After only one read through, you were able to quote from the book liberally.
