About this ebook

The America we are living in today, is a far cry from the one established under the Declaration of Independence the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

America has become a Delaware corporation that assumes its Citizens must now live under corporate law and do what the local authority tells them to do.

Spending is way out of control, and all Congress can think of is to print more money. This is only digging deeper into debt.

The Truth is America, and its courts still operate under the Constitution, and Citizens have the power to cancel bad law, change the rules, and restore their lives to what it was before all this corruption took over.

This book will explain who the US Citizen is, and just how much power and influence we have, but we have to understand our position if we are ever going to change things.

Only in unity will be able to restore our Freedoms and stop being oppressed by an out-of-control government.

Government has become a very large and complicated institution over the years. This writing is not a novel, or a political opinion, but a reference for US Citizens to help understand our role and resources within the greatest country on earth.

I wrote this to give people a road map that will explain government policy that is already in place, and how we can use it to keep

government in check and stop it from burdening Citizens with oppressive laws and out of control spending. It is possible, but people in America need to step up and play their part in this great legacy.

My goal is to give people the knowledge and understanding of how to restore our freedoms legally, and without another Civil War.

    INTRODUCTION

The America we are living in today, is a far cry from the one established under the Declaration Independence the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

If this country continues unchecked, America with collapse from within under the weight of our current corrupt and abusive leadership.

This book was also meant to be a type of reference to help understand the structure of our leadership and what their limited roles and responsibilities are, as well as what roles and responsibilities US Citizens play among them.

By the time you finish reading this, my goal is that you should have a better understanding of just how limited our federal government really is and just how well equipped we are to stand up against.

The truth is, the United States government has become extremely corrupt since its inception 246 years ago, at the signing of the Declaration of Independence.[1] Our Founding Fathers came to America to escape the very same scenario that we are living in today. Oppressive taxes, foreign leaders influencing our Representatives and dictating our lives from overseas, rampant crime, and an absence of law and order. Our Founding Fathers established the Constitution[2] and Bill of Rights[3] for this very reason. To establish our own, self-governing rules that places the people in charge of their own States and communities, and not some nameless, faceless, central government that is not held accountable for the rules they impose on the rest of us.

Constitutional Law has established our government on checks and balances to protect the people from government abuse and neglect, however we need to know how, when, and where to exercise these privileges if they will ever be fulfilled in our daily lives.

I will also reference and show how there are actually two governments in place in this day and age. The first is of course the Constitutional government that started the United States in 1776 under the Declaration of Independence.  It contains very specific outlines of a limited government. It also defines what Citizens can do if the government becomes out of control.

The second government is a Delaware Corporation named the United States of America, Corp.,[4] that is a non-profit Delaware Corporation, file number 2193946.

Under this banner of government there are also several other corporate ‘government’ entities such as the IRS, Department of Health and Human Services, as well as several others, which operate in our lives that are no more ‘federal’ than Federal Express and yet they assume authority over us because nobody knows or fully understands how they exist.

This writing is not about the legality of the current state of affairs, I leave that to the lawyers. It is written to make people aware that the US Citizen is not a victim with no recourse.

This knowledge has been deprived of most people in the past few generations, and that is how we wound up in the political mess we are in today. Stolen elections, Socialism and Communism trying to replace our Republic, this is a complete 180-degree turn from what our Founding Fathers fought so hard to establish. Now, it is up to us to keep it.

There are some leaders in government today that believe and are actively working towards a government that comes first, and they believe that it is their job to keep the rest of us in a perpetual state of submission. They have no understanding of the fundamental laws that this country is built on, and they believe that Citizens are just here to serve the government, and they will decide our quality of life based on what is the greater good for all, including foreign nations and illegal immigrants.

The Truth is that Constitutional Law[5] established long ago that all subsequent laws must conform to it, and that God comes first, God Created Man with certain ‘unalienable rights’[6], Man then created the Constitution, the Constitution created the limited government held in check by the Bill of Rights[7].
