      I wrote this story in 2013/2014. In 2014, it was published in Writers’ Anarchy III: Heroes & Villains anthology by the Fiction Writers Group on Facebook. That group pushed me onward and gave me faith in myself and my writing that I was unable to build on my own.

      On the following pages, you will find the same story. I have made only a few minor edits, keeping it as close to the original as possible.
