The Garden Scene of Cypress & Ochre - Bryan Camillo
Chapter One - 'A Special Kiss'
~
Near the house of Cypress and Ochre, the early spring air was moist and smelt of thawing earth. And there was a sweetness.
The sweetness of a particular bloom.
'What's the name of these flowers Willow? The flowers with the white, sharp looking petals and red tips?'
Johnny knelt and brushed his thick fingers against the silky, spiky petals.
Willow, golden haired and supple strode effortlessly on the garden path ahead. When she turned and saw Johnny on his knees she grinned, but said nothing.
What are these flowers Willow?
She shook her head, I Dunno. If you hear anyone following us, tell me.
As if on cue, Johnny heard the laughter of their parents through the dense trees.
Apparently they were congregating on the back patio, despite having no interest in stepping outside the ruddy colored vacation house most of the day.
It was like they were being pulled in the direction of Johnny and Willow by some invisible force.
Parental cock block.
The sound of their knowing laughter gave Johnny a tremor of anxiety.
He and Willow were of college age, and had come to these joint holiday weekends forever. Family friends that were close enough to be family, but not quite.
And during these gatherings, they were often left to their own devices.
C'mon peanut.
Willow whispered to Johnny, I want to show you something.
The wooded trail they walked on narrowed. The flowers died away as the bushes and trees folded in around them. Nearby, the sound of a stream bubbled and the air had a different density to it.
Johnny gazed at Willow with hungry eyes as she marched ahead of him. The farther from the house they walked, the more relaxed her body seemed to become.
After a few minutes, they came to a small clearing with a soft looking reddish-orange blanket laid out. It was just big enough for two.
I think we're alone now.
Willow said in a singsong and laughed, Just you and me.
Johnny took that as his cue.
He walked behind her and brushed his lips against her neck. But she shooed him off like a fly.
Aren't you anxious?
Willow asked with a smirk as she backed away, You know the rules.
Yes, Johnny knew the rules.
The first one is that she made all the rules. The second, she made the first move, always.
That is how they played this game.
Will you kiss me this weekend Johnny?
John felt a knot in his chest tighten as he stared at her, I'll kiss you anywhere you want.
Willow's eyes were wide, mischievous and searching. Right now? Will you kiss me here Johnny?
Willow unraveled the delicate loop of her colorful skirt and lifted it up slowly.
She wore no panties underneath.
John took a step forward, his hand timidly reached out to touch the beauty he saw there. He said, Yes.
Willow took a step back, apparently pleased with his answer. "Can I kiss you
