About this ebook
Six tales of the macabre and supernatural.
DOLL: A mysterious doll haunts and amnesiac. A man tormented by half remembered nightmares and blood on his hands, who may or may not be a murderer.
THE CARRIAGE: A long-forgotten railway carriage is discovered by two children whilst on holiday. Where something that has festered for decades, lurks within the very wood and steel of the structure itself. And is desperate for release.
SURE, IT'S STATE OF THE ART, BUT IT'S STILL A TOMB: A hapless male model blunders his way into a state-of-the-art bunker, built by his miliary engineer girlfriend as Armageddon looms. He is the first, but fear and paranoia soon set in as he waits for his girlfriend to join him. Then he must seal himself in as others approach. He barely knows how anything works. Will this be his safe haven or his tomb?
DEEP BLUE: A surreal tale of magic and loss set on a small Caribbean Island, where a creature, that once dreamt it was a man, returns from the sea for revenge and a lost love.
SHOWDOWN AT LITTLE ROCK: Set in the old west. A man is forced from his town and into the merciless desert. Where, as he waits for death, he is set upon by a strange shadow infested storm. Fear gives way to kinship as he realizes he has more in common with these strange wonders than those made of flesh and blood back home.
THE MOREAU HORRORS: A riff on a small passage in H.G Wells' classic. The Island of Doctor Moreau. Rumors of horrific vivisected creations abound. A young reporter goes undercover at Moreau's mysterious laboratory. To discover what covert experiments the Doctor, dubbed both a genius and a madman, is carrying out under such secrecy. And most of all, what is that thing kept out of sight in the room behind the locked and re-enforced door he is forbidden to enter.
Just why did Doctor Moreau flee England and what twisted horrors did he leave behind?

Hopefully another volume of Bottled Nightmares to come. Also, a novel which is completed but needs to marinate for a while, whilst I figure out just what the hell it is.
