Poetsy: Poetry Inspired by Cecilia
()
About this ebook
Everyone feels, but not everyone proves it the same way.
Some sing, others shout.
Some rhyme, others curse.
Some dance, others hit.
These are examples of how we try to get people to understand, “I’m feeling this way, and I want you to know about it!”
This book has some of my examples, and since I consider these healthy expressions, I hope they will help you find your own.
David Deutsch
David Deutsch did not know he would travel this far in writing but is anxious to see where it all goes from here. Apart from writing, he loves watching movies, telling jokes, and exercising. As far as a life philosophy, he believes we should listen first, think second, speak last and not worry so much about being right since ‘incorrect is not the same as ignorant.’

Poetsy - David Deutsch
About the Author
David Deutsch (he prefers just Dave
) has only been writing poetry for a short time, but has no intention of ever quitting. A Pennsylvania resident all his life, he has degrees from both, the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg, and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Dave says poetry has value, because it is a way to talk about those things that are most important yet hardest to explain, like love.
Dedication
For Cecilia, whose wonderful soul even the greatest poems could never fully describe.

Chapter 1
Because of her, not me, these sonnets are
The greatest poems one’s ever written.
The others, though wondrous, fall short by far
Due to the one with whom I was smitten.
The lines of classics may
