Connor Whiteley

Hello, I'm Connor Whiteley, I am an 18-year-old who loves to write creatively, and I wrote my Brownsea trilogy when I was 14 years old after I went to Brownsea Island on a scout camp. At the camp, I started to think about how all the broken tiles and pottery got there and somehow a trilogy got created. Moreover, I love writing fantasy and sci-fi novels because you’re only limited by your imagination. In addition, I'm was an Explorer Scout and I love camping, sailing and other outdoor activities as well as cooking.Furthermore, I do quite a bit of charity work as well. For example: in early 2018 I was a part of a youth panel which was involved in creating a report with research to try and get government funding for organised youth groups and through this panel. I was invited to Prince Charles’ 70th birthday party and how some of us got in the royal photograph. Finally, I am going to university and I hope to get my doctorate in clinical psychology in a few years.

Love At The Winter Wedding - Connor Whiteley

    LOVE AT THE WINTER WEDDING

Sebastian always had the same problems with weddings regardless of whether he was invited, he was a plus-one or if the wedding people were great friends of him. Weddings were rather cruel for people who couldn’t find love in the slightest.

A lot of previous ex-boyfriends had called Sebastian a hopeless romantic, and to be honest, he was. Sebastian just loved the amazing power of romance and showing your boyfriend that you loved them.

But as Sebastian placed down the last fork in the massive reception area (fancy word for a very massive tent in the church grounds) with its white walls, rows upon rows of round white tables and head table at the very front. Sebastian just wasn’t impressed with them.

He had designed the perfect wedding for his best friend Harrold and his girlfriend Lilly (Sebastian would have loved Harrold to be gay) of five years with the perfect design, menu and music that the couple would love.

But when the happy couple had asked Sebastian who he was bringing to their wedding, he had quickly changed the subject.

That was definitely a serious problem with being an amateur(ish) wedding planner and then turning up to a wedding single. That was not a good look in the slightest and Sebastian hated to admit it but it had cost him a job or two.

It was completely ridiculous to Sebastian, he had trained for years as a wedding planner as an apprentice to one of the best in London. He knew his stuff
