ABOUT THE AUTHOR
PROLOGUE
Bullets rang through the air, a woman in a black suit walking into the elevator, reloading her gun as she kept her gun to her side. As the elevator opened, she positioned her gun again, aiming at the female secretary and putting a bullet in her head. The man beside the woman widened his eyes but a bullet was already in his forehead immediately.
The woman walked into the room, looking at the people with bullet in their heads as a smile curved her lips. She walked into an unmarked door, putting a bullet to the forehead of the man in front of the computer before massaging her shooting hand.
She leaves the office, closing the door behind her. As she got into the staircase, the door opened, revealing Black who was already waiting for her.
Always check your targets and weapons twice. That way, you won’t miss anything okay?
She said as she patted Black shoulder.
The both of them walked into a door that was slightly ajar, and suddenly, the bullet rang in the ear, hitting Jennifer. Black stood there rooted to the floor as he stared at his mother. Jennifer clenched her jaw in pain, picking the gun from the table and shot at the man.
Pick the disk! Hurry up and pick the disk! We have to leave now!
Jennifer yelled at him.
Give it to me!
She managed to say as she tried to send up.
We still have three minutes. Everywhere is cleared, I shut the surveillance down for all floors.
That’s good. You’re a smart guy.
Jennifer lips curled into a painful smile before rubbing her hand on Black head.
Now get me to the drop now.
But you’re bleeding badly mummy. We have to get to the hospital first.
No. We have to get to the drop. Get me to the car and we can go to the hospital after.
Jennifer said.
She managed to stand up, Black putting one of his hand on her shoulder and helping her outside the building. He walked her to the passenger seat, as she winced out in pain.
Mum we have to go to the hospital.
Black said out again.
He slammed the door close before rushing towards the drivers seat, entering and starting the car as he drove towards the hospital.
Black.. go to the drop first. We need to drop the disk.
No mum, you’re dying already. Why should we go to the drop.
He said, sweat bedded on his forehead as he continued to drive towards the hospital.
You never listen. Go to the hospital first.
She managed to say,
Don’t worry mum. I’m going to deliver the disk to them, and then I’ll drop you off to the hospital. We’re almost there.
Black added, increasing his speed.
As he drove in to the hospital, several black SUV surrounded him immediately, making him widen his eyes in shock. Jennifer Daviels opened her eyes, clenching and widening both her jaws and eyes in shock and pain.
I told you to go to the drop. You never listen.
She said painfully.
Do you have the disk?
Agent Mike Harvey said.
Yes but my mum is in pain. We have to treat her first.
Pass the risk to me.
He said.
What!
Black yelled out.
Give him the disk Black.... we’re Al...always followed.. you should have gone to the drop.
Jennifer said.
Black took the disk and handed it to the man’s hand, who snatched it from his hand, turning it in his hands before smiling at him.
You should have listened to your mother.. not just be dumb and act and follow her skirt all around..
Agent Mike Harvey said as he walked back to his car.
Black packed the car, rushing to open the door for his mother when he heard the police sirens. With shock on his face, he turned to see them surrounded with all shades of police, carrying different guns.
The both of you better put your hand on your head before we shoot!
I said, put your hand on your head!
She’s bleeding. She’s going to die! She’s ducking bleeding!
Black yelled out.
A bullet rang in the air, the officer shooting at the floor to scare them.
"Now, put your hand on your head or else the bullet would be going to your head next and not
