The beautiful Sophie Silver was a happy woman. The 28 year old never lacked anything in life. Being the first daughter of Tony Silver and the favorite grandchild of grandpa Augustus has its perks.

She was the most beloved of the family. Her uncles, friends and even her parents fawned on her. But she got the greatest shocker when grandpa died.

Her uncles developed great hatred for her, her only sister too. Even the attitude of her parents changed but she still hoped against hope that things would return to normal. They were all affected by the death of grandpa, she'd thought. Little did she know it was only the beginning.

A near death experience showed her that she had been living a lie. Her entire life was one hell of a charade. She was just a pawn in the game. The love, the care, the friends, all a sham.

In a comatose state, she discovers that almost every one was after her life. Why? For the house. The only thing grandpa left to her.

Along the line, she finds out the house contained more than she knew about. And that everyone around her had a reason to want her dead. .

Her uncles; They hated the fact that grandpa loved her the most. They only showed her love because they saw her as the key to getting all their father owned. But they lacked business prowess and needed her around to help them so they wouldn't harm her. Unless they were into illegal things and she knew. They know, she knows.

Fred, her childhood friend. They were real close but suddenly began to drift apart. A rift was created and they became enemies. He too had a reason to want her dead. Anger! He had been by grandpa all his life yet he was given nothing after his death. He got angry and wanted her dead.

Taylor, her sister. They'd been close too but all of a sudden, Taylor started to grow envious and jealous of her. Jealousy is enough fuel to want to kill someone.

Then again, what if grandpa didn't die a natural death. What if like her, someone killed him. All these idealogies drove her to restlessness.

But what could she do? She needed to find out the truth but as a ghost with little or no memory of her life, she was helpless.

Light shone on her when she met Lily, a ghost who had been around longer and knew the powers that came with being a ghost. But it wasn't enough, they still needed to have physical contact with the world.

In the end, things worked out for her. One after the other, turths began unfolding but the truth left her devastated.
