Introduction

Although this is my final book and it's a book of my realisations (the quotes), I thought it fitting to write this introduction and this makes it consistent with my other books.

To only have beautiful experiences, you would have a beautiful reality and that is the product of your beautiful mind. Whether I say beautiful experiences or impeccable journey or pure mind; it all amounts to the same thing – a beautiful mind.

Attitude is everything and as I start this work, I will continue to work on my attitude towards all people. How I behave is my barometer to the state of my mind and I'm hoping that as you progress through these pages, you will come to the same conclusion - that attitude is everything.

I have come to realise that if I don't change myself I will die and that simple message applies to everyone.
