Journaling for more than four decades, she combined her love of writing with her sense of humor and unique spin on life events. Who Am I, & What is my Purpose?

People have spent their entire lives searching for themselves.

Who am I?

What is my life’s purpose?

Identity formation can be impacted by so many things- family, ethnicity, race, culture, location, opportunities, media, interests, appearance, self-expression, and life experiences. Life is full of opportunities and choices, but if we don’t know our identity and purpose, we could end up on a life path that we aren’t built for. Your identity is found in knowing to whom you belong. Your sphere of kingdom influence begins by knowing who you are, and you are a child of the King.

God loves you just as you are, but He wants you to be free in your Kingdom Identity and live life to the fullest.

We are human, and as humans we will never get it right while on this Earth! Adam and Eve removed perfection from our human abilities in the garden.

We will mess up- it is our nature, but God will put us in a position to use our setbacks as a testimony to help someone else. God knows your heart and loves you even in your imperfection. Kingdom Identity is an ever-changing and transforming journey that glorifies God along the way. Since stepping into my Kingdom Identity as a daughter of the King, I do my best to make healthy choices that will please God.

Making healthy decisions begins with the renewal of our minds, in order to ensure our emotions don’t sway us. Included in this process, God transforms our character to be bold, yet kind. He wants to transform your character, renew your mind, and give you a different perspective on how you see others and yourself.

We all have our ups and downs in life. It’s what we do in those times that will make or break us. God has protected me through the hardest times of my life. I’ve made some foolish and dangerous decisions, throwing caution to the wind; I didn’t know who I was. My true identity had been lost.

And as I reflect on my past, it has become clear that the things of the world and the devil’s lies clouded my mind and stole my identity. I thought I had it together and believed I was in full control. That was the farthest thing from the
