He will be faithful to you, if you receive—not just open your heart and mind to his word, but also receive his Spirit into your life and ask him for help and healing through prayer. Finally, we can stop this cycle of brokenness. Every time we turn our kids over to the care of this broken world instead of giving them the love, nurture, discipline, protection, and guidance they need from the God who created them and loves them unconditionally, we break them (Psalm 24:6).
