HURRICANE CONQUERS THE
HEART OF DIXIE
Diane Carter thought she heard some popping sounds, coming from the office in Hurricanes house, and when she walked into his room, he was pecking away on his computer.
Did you get a call for help last night?
Diane asked.
No, I just decided to check our books, and I discovered that with all the new additions to our group and this complex, our funds have diminished, to almost half of what we had in the vault,
Hurricane said.
Sam. If you want, I can talk to the group, and since you pay for everything for us, maybe we can give back some of the money you gave us,
Diane said.
No I have another plan, I’m working on now, but I have to run it by Colonel Miller first, before I tell anybody what’s going to happen,
Hurricane said.
Alright Sam, then I’ll leave you alone to make your call, say Hello to the Colonel for me,
Diane said, as she walked away.
Hurricane picked up his special phone, and dialed the number, and within four rings it was answered.
Hello Sam, how’s it going on your end?
Colonel Miller asked.
Hello Colonel Miller, I wanted to run some thing by you, and get your opinion about it. Now, I haven’t received a call yet, but it looks like Alabama has a bad case, of human trafficking going through their state. I was wondering if Governor Kay Ivey could use a hand, in trying to slow down the process. It looks like Chief Patrick Smith, has his hands full, with trying to get this under control. Since we are in a holding pattern now, and the group is getting a little edgy, do you think they would welcome, some out side help for a week or two?
Hurricane asked.
That sounds like a good plan Sam, I’ll call her, and get back to you pronto, just sit tight until I call back,
Colonel Miller said, and then hung up.
Sam, not that I doubt, what you are trying to do, but what is your other reason to pick Kentucky to go through?
Diane asked.
Why, would you ask such a question Diane?
I’ve noticed your computer, is on the Jesse James bank robberies, isn’t that where Jesse and Frank first started robbing banks?
Diane asked.
Not only that, but it’s also where they had their last several bank, Train and Stage coach robberies, before they tried to go straight, and Jesse ended up getting shot in the back, by the Ford brothers,
Hurricane said.
"That’s very interesting
