About this ebook

Harwich Police Detective Monica Carson has seen plenty in her career. But when she reports to the scene of what appears to be an unattended death of a wealthy matron, she finds more questions than answers.

Laura Daniels’ family believes her death to have been an accident. Monica isn’t quite so sure. The only things that she can trust are her instincts and the evidence.

Doing what she does best, tracking down the answers, causes political friction. The Daniels family just wants to mourn their loss. Monica needs to bring the responsible party to justice. Only one will prevail.
