Establishing the voluntarist social construction of Communitarian ideology of collective culture as the origin of individual sense of identity and innate ability to act as sovereign cultural manifestors follows as a logical result from the merchantilization of knowledge which yields the commodification of mind and matter. Scientism, through the aid of Transhumanist agenda, removes the subjective perception of liberty and natural rights from the individual perspective of humans being the sole originators of all societal structures. The algorithmic paradigm shifting mimicry of consciousness reproduces power structures through Artificial Intelligence and tries to deceive mankind that materialistic secular humanism is an objective view of reality which justifies a promise that we may live forever as Digital Twin copies of our old self in the Metaverse and as Gods over our own physical and digital creation. These atheistic metaphysical changes to truth values are now increasingly being manifested to colonize our perceptions and inner worlds as they become adopted as weaponized instruments of subjugation at the highest levels of society including in academia, Big Tech and thoroughly supported with Public-Private Partnerships in the drive for digitization with social and public governance reforms forcibly imposing a narrative which conditions humanity towards the acceptance a global Multipolar technocratic New World Order.

1.1  Introduction

The following study is an attempt to understand current world affairs and the changing World Order in view of new technological innovations, market and economic forces and political theory in public governance reforms in an interdisciplinary context. In light of the saying History repeats itself we will investigate why science has placed little or no focus on historical repetitions and trends in wealth inequality and diminished the idea that recurring ideas about power through knowledge affect the scientific progress as they contribute to social changes. Science, as it is well known, accepts the demand for reproducible discoveries through the scientific method and trust is nevertheless placed in social sciences which have no inherent laws by which to rule a post-truth society by.

This epistemic occurrence is crucial to our understanding of the relationship between natural and social sciences, between the history of Nation-states and World Order and between political theory and political science as public and private sector modes of governance are ever changing. The philosopher George Santayana (1863-1952) observed; Those who cannot remember the past are doomed to repeat it. Recurring mechanistic and vitalistic patterns have indeed been identified in many phenomena through the application of repeated methodology in scientific observations.

That history cannot tell us anything about how different cultural traditions and paradigm shifts converge and change the development of World Orders, is an untenable hypothesis. After two world wars, the concept of a New World Order describes the changing of one World Order to a new form of international governance. The concept was as such initially described by the US president Woodrow Wilson (1856-1924) regarding the changes seen after WW1 and later repeated by US president George H. W. Bush (1924-2018) to describe the state of world affairs after the Cold War and the geopolitical changes that occurred in the world after the 9/11 attacks in the US. The post-Cold War era was marked by historic conflicts between ideologies in the definition of the international system. By settling down of a New World Order after WW2, the establishment of the United Nations with its Liberal Democratic governing system prevailing as the American hegemony with its great military power, defined the global geopolitical landscape for the past 70 years. The Bretton Woods system and NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) were signs of these changes which occurred in the 20th century. The contemporary New World Order was recognized by Nation-State identity, liberal rights, polarity and collectivization of security, growing globalization of means of production and exchange and multilateral governance and management with features of strong geographic regionalism.

When a New World Order emerges the old order dies and is replaced by a new set of dominant political and international relations (Fukuyama 1989). As the world has modernized, a transformation has taken place wherein religion and culture has replaced the old conflicts and clash of ideologies and increasingly now become a clash of civilizations (Huntington 1993).

For generation X which I am one of (1979), it would be an understatement to say; that another change to the World Order may occur in our lifetime which is a remarkable and exciting historic moment. Notably, the changes seen in the few past decades alone have resulted in numerous social upheavals, not to mention failing states, UN´s political failure to reach emergency decisions, growing fight for resources, climate change crisis, emerging power of China, Russia fighting for its recognition and a reduced role for Europe and the United States on the world stage. Our generation was the last to experience the analog world before we collectively encountered digitization, internet, and mobile phones.

For all intent and purpose the New World Order has been slowly but surely progressing unto the current stage of world affairs for the past 40 years.

DESPITE OUR INVESTIGATION necessarily having to deal with economic, financial and monetary aspects of changing World Orders, it is unnecessary for our main research purpose to dwell in detail on why and how Modern Monetary Theory is a fundamental driver of private, commercial and public affairs. Our research question must be treated with due regard to recent research and analysis of data from more than 160 countries over 20 years which found that the dominance of Neoliberalism, across social and economic institutions, has led to widespread implicit acceptance of income inequality in democratic value systems.
