Joachim Sonntag

Dr. Joachim Sonntag, geboren am 11.8.1945, promovierter Physiker, studierte an der Technischen Universität Dresden. About the author (JS)

Dr. Joachim Sonntag studied physics at the Technical University of Dresden. From 1972 until 1989 he worked at the Central Institute for Solid State Physics and Materials Research, specializing in electron structure in metallic alloys. He then moved to Dortmund and worked for HL-Planartechnik GmbH as a developer for temperature and radiation sensors. He specializes in radiation physics, multi-phase alloys and nanomaterials, for which he has published a number of fundamental works in leading international journals. From him came the formulas / theory on thermoelectric force (2005; 2017), on the Hall effect and Giant Hall effect (2016) and on electron redistribution in composites (1989) (details: www.sonntag-physik.de). Prologue – The Road to

Tyranny

What is it all about? It’s about profit, power, and enslavement. It is

nothing less than the abolition of democracy and the establishment

of a new slave-owning society.

To achieve these long-term objectives the élite or Deep State have planned some intermediate steps: destroying the nation states, uprooting the people, dividing the population, destroying family cohesion and the family itself, lowering the level of education, creating fear (of terror, climatic disaster, corona etc), creating mass migration, racial mixing³,⁴,¹, land and property expropriation, total control of all people, introducing the abolition of cash, dissolving the differences between men and women², reducing world population to 500 million, and undermining the health of survivors. Such claims obviously need to be proven. For this trilogy with the overarching title Agenda 2025 the title of the first part, 2025 – The penultimate act, was already published in April 2019 (there is a short summary of it at the end of this book). The third part, now in preparation, has the working title 2025 – The final act. Who or what embodies the élite and the Deep State is discussed in the epilogue.

Central theme of this 2nd part of the trilogy are the Weapons Against Humanity and how they are used by the powerful of this earth with the aim to bring mankind into its total dependence. They make use of the latest developments in the fields of artificial intelligence, transhumanism, mind control, weather manipulation, chemtrails, HAARP, bioweapons, morgellons, 5G. With the help of these tools they are planning:

the genetic modification of the human being,

whose total control and

Reduction of the world population to 500 million.

Transhumanism and 5G play a key role in these weapons against humanity listed here, topic of chapter 5th Mind Control and Transhumanism.

For the sake of maintaining power, the world population will be reduced to a minimum. This will be achieved by means of artificially created illnesses, with bioweapons de-clarified as epidemics; but also by means of targeted famines and wars. The reason stems from the realization that once most people can no longer finance their own diet the rich will be forced to provide relief measures or risk a hugely dangerous potential for conflict.⁵,⁶

This is point 10 of Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker’s 12 prophecies⁷ about future trends in the world.³ As noted in a blog⁴ on May 1, 2018, this quote and the associated 12 prophecies came not from Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker directly but from an unknown author probably writing in the year 2007. However, I have become very careful in my research, especially with regard to fact-check portals like CORRECTIC or MIMIKAMA, but also Wikipedia,⁸ which in my experience are not independent, as well as the public media. For example, the peace researcher Daniele Ganser is called a conspiracy theorist⁹ by Wikipedia in order to make him appear implausible. Even the New World Order is still called a conspiracy theory on Wikipedia and its credibility is questioned.¹⁰ And Mimikama states in contradiction to a mass of available evidence: The chemtrail conspiracy theory has existed for more than 20 years. – And to this day there is not a single piece of credible evidence. (For details of the evidence see Chemtrails – The Chemical Soup in the Sky, chapter 4, 2). Sadly, most people presumably believe in these media.

My distrust of institutional politics, the media, and the websites that allegedly check facts arose in connection with the one-sided reporting of 9/11, which swept the obvious main contradiction under the carpet: How could three skyscrapers have been destroyed by two airplanes? Instead the media unswervingly adheres to the official version of 9/11 that a conspiratorial team of Islamic suicide bombers planned and carried out the attack. Contradictions between the official version and the accepted facts¹¹ are still not discussed openly.

Then there are the wars in the Near and Middle East and the slander campaigns and denunciations of the Alternative for Germany party (Alternative für Deutschland, or AfD) by politicians of the mainstream parties and the media, along with systematic brainwashing in TV news programmes, talk shows and analyses. To summarize my impressions in an exaggerated way: The lie becomes the truth and the truth becomes a lie.

Back to the quote. Even if this quotation does not come from Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker the question arises: to what extent do these 12 prophecies¹² describe the reality of life and future developments in the world? If we consider this point alone, we must realize that the quasi-Weizsäcker quote already rings some frightening bells. For decades, military and intelligence labs have been working to develop bioweapons, and it looks as if these weapons have already left the lab, leading to the death and misery of many people throughout the world. (More about that in Biological Warfare, chapter 6). Famines and wars appear to be an inextricable part of our reality today. If the politicians in the rich industrialized nations actually had an interest in preventing the world’s children from starving, these problems would have been solved (or seriously mitigated) already by meaningful economic aid (including clean-water programmes and food redistribution). And the problem of overpopulation could be solved in a humane way, through better education and a movement away from the practice of free trade agreements that make Third World countries even poorer than they already are. Instead, Third-World markets are flooded with the cheap products of rich industrialized countries and their resources are exploited.

In terms of foreshadowing or of contemporary description the other 11 quotes also have a frightening reality. Anyone who follows the social development of the West with critical alertness will recognize the harbingers that point precisely in the direction these forecasts address. This book is about these harbingers, which prophesy a bitter reality for us all.

As you read the following chapters, you should always remember the contents of this Prologue, especially if common sense suggests that something is simply not possible or is opposed to the humanistic ideal. Or that (surely) people could not and cannot be doing this to other people?! Note that are dealing here with psychopaths who are alien to empathy.

After completing the book and then checking a number of quotations, I found that some of them were no longer accessible, in short had been deleted. Some have fallen victim to censorship, which unfortunately seems to be becoming more and more intensive. Censorship of so-called unwanted content has been legitimized by new laws passed recently, for example the so-called Network Enforcement Act (NetzDG), which came into force on October 1, 2017. Attorney Steinhöfel calls it the ‘Freedom of Opinion Combating Act’.¹³ Indeed, we are faced with a drastic interference by the political and media élite in one of our most important fundamental rights, namely through a legislative proposal that is unconstitutional, unlawful under European law and simply unnecessary.⁵ Under this law, critics of the government parties are not only to be fought, defamed and ridiculed, they are supposed to be silenced.

There may be readers who will place the contents of this book in the conspiracy theory corner and judge, for example, the quoting of YouTube videos as unscientific. Though readers should remember I am a scientist by profession, this book is not a scientific treatise, but a warning about what the élite have been planning for us for a long time, and what they intend to do by 2025. My hope is that the majority of people will wake up, come out of their comfort zone and fight back. If you think that what is described here in this book is exaggerated and unimaginable, then mentally put yourself in the time before 9/11. Could you have imagined then that the government would send thousands of its own people into an inferno and all media would offer suspiciously similar and inaccurate versions of 9/11?¹⁴,¹⁵

The destruction was so great that this weapon was banned by the United Nations in 76–77. An agreement has been reached (ENMOD convention⁷) that air-conditioning weapons should not be used for armed conflicts. But in fact it (sic) is still used. What can you do and what can you not do with this weapon? With this weapon you can generate rain, storms, clouds, lightning, thunderstorms anywhere in the world or the opposite, you can dissolve rain fronts, stop the hail and snowfall and also create drought. What is happening? Whoever owns this climate control weapon⁸ has absolute control over the world’s treasured resources. Especially food. So in plain language: when a country has this technology it controls the world’s water tap. Do what you are told and you will get water, and if you resist your country will be under-supplied with water, the clouds will be destroyed, and an extended drought will be the consequence, leading to an inability to feed the people of that country. Result: famine. It [the technology] does exist. There are countries that have this technology, and in the United States it has become part of foreign policy. A report by the North American Air Force means – watch out for the title! - ‘Weather as force multiplier: Owning the weather in 2025’ (see Figure 1). This self-explanatory title leaves us speechless and breathless. The fact that one can be so presumptuous as to want to control the tap of the world, is hard to get one’s head round. This report also states that climate change is part of American foreign policy, whether the world wants it or not. And this policy is enforced, with bilateral agreements, by organizations such as NATO, which are responsible to us; or by the United Nations. In fact, in the last General Assembly of the United Nations, section D of the 5th Climate Change Report (IPCC) more or less legitimized what is called geoengineering.¹⁶

Just as people today are stigmatized as ‘conspiracy theorists’ when they say that geoengineering sprays thousands of tons of poisons from airplanes overhead, so are people who claim that the weather is manipulated by the military, intelligence agencies, or other forces, or that droughts, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis can be artificially disrupted or induced. Because this stigmatization is supported and fuelled by so-called experts via the media, these stigmatized ‘conspiracy theorists’ are not believed. But precisely because humanity was technically capable of triggering such natural disasters as early as the 1970s, the world community took this opportunity to create the ENMOD Convention. The interpretation agreement on the ENMOD Convention clearly states that the issue is the use of meteorological weapons, explicitly speaking of tsunamis, earthquakes and shifting the ecological balance. This means that the technique of weather manipulation was state of the art even before 1976 (details in HAARP – The Food Slicer in the Sky, chapter 4, 5).

The year 2025 in the title of this book is borrowed from the document mentioned in the above quote (Figure 1) whose title reads in the original text: Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025¹⁷,¹⁸, hereinafter referred to as the Weather War Document. Figure 1 shows the document’s cover page.

This Weather War document, prepared by the US Department of Defense, was submitted on June 17, 1996. It means:¹⁹ In 2025, U.S. aerospace forces can control the weather by benefiting from new technologies and by focusing on developing those technologies for warfare. Such a capability provides the armed forces with tools to design the combat area in a way never before possible. Current technologies that will mature in the next 30 years will offer anyone with the necessary resources the opportunity to change weather conditions and the associated effects, at least locally. The current demographic, economic and ecological trends will lead to global tensions that give many countries or groups the necessary impetus to convert this ability to change the weather into practical action. This proramme for developing meteorological weapons raises the following important questions:

1) Is there a connection to the document ‘Future Strategic Issues / Future Warfare [Circa 2025]’ (see Figure 2)? Is there a common agenda behind both documents? This question is obvious, since both documents give the identical date 2025 as their basis. What is the consequence?

2) To what extent have these developments, as described in the Weather War document, progressed to the present day? What weather-influencing capabilities does the military have today, and are they already being used? The first question implies another question:

3) Is the Weather War Document part of the élite project that characterizes the transition from the creeping process of globalization to global empowerment?²⁰

Question 3) is very likely to be answered in the affirmative. Because there is a third document with the corner point 2025. In this document, a dramatic population reduction in the western world is predicted for the year 2025. This document (Figure 5 shows an excerpt in which population figures for the year 2025 are predicted) comes from the company Deagel,²¹ which deals with information of a military nature obtained directly from the CIA, FBI, NSA, US Army, Mossad, NATO, EU (for details, see Reduction of the world Population, chapter 2, 2).

Therefore, obviously there is a plan, an agenda – let's call it Agenda 2025 – which aims at the collapse of the Western world, the great crisis on whose rubble it is intended to establish the New World Order (NWO), in the spirit of David Rockefeller’s statement: We are on the brink of global transformation, all we need is the right all-encompassing crisis and the nations will agree to the new world order.⁹

The NASA document, Figure 2, outlines the plan for transitioning from the creeping process of globalization (in which we are now) to the global empowerment of the élite. For this plan to work, and for the expected resistance from the populations not to threaten the plan, the élite need this ‘right all-encompassing crisis’. The number 2025 stands as a synonym for the day X, on which the power takeover is to take place. And this takeover will take place simultaneously in the USA, Germany and the other EU countries.²²

Already in 1961, former US President Eisenhower and US President Kennedy had warned of the dangers of an increasingly powerful shadow government, established by the military-industrial complex.²³ Kennedy said in his historic and programmatic speech on April 27, 1961: We are dealing with a monolithic and nefarious global conspiracy that spreads its influence by covert means: infiltration instead of invasion, overthrow instead of elections, intimidation rather than self-determination, with guerrilla fighters at night instead of armies by day. It is a system that has built with huge human and material resources a complex and efficient machinery that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Their plans are not published but hidden, their failures are buried, not published. Dissenters are not praised, but silenced ... ²⁴ Because Kennedy announced that he would disclose the machinations of the élite, he was murdered.²⁵

Some websites ‘sneer at and ridicule those who take the US Air Force programme Owning the Weather 2025 seriously. We are – as usually claimed – conspiracy theorists. Hence this statement by former US Secretary of State Cohen:’²⁷ Others (terrorists) are even engaging in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves … So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations … It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our efforts. And these efforts combine in a programme formulated in the Weather War document, Figure 1.

Just like the Weather War document, the NASA document²⁸ (Figure 2) – also information from the company Deagel (DEAGEL.com) – are doubted or ridiculed from different sides. However, taking into account the research done by the authors of the YouTube video²⁹, we would do well to pay close attention to Deagel.com information.

This Agenda 2025, a long-term project with the aim of a global takeover of power by the élite, has been adopted many decades earlier, visible for example in the document Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars³⁰, dating from 1986, whose genesis should go back to the year 1954, the year in which the Bilderberg Group was founded.³¹ So answering the third question with YES might mean that day X, when … the global takeover of power by the élite takes place³² will not only be confined to the western sphere of elitist influence, but also encompass the rest of the world. Because the weather-changing techniques described in the weather war document are already so matured that their effects can reach any point on earth with devastating consequences for the respective country (details in Destroying our living conditions, chapter 2), a global weather war suddenly seems more likely than a worldwide nuclear war. After all, a nuclear war would leave a planet contaminated for everyone (including the élites) for an unthinkably long time.

In parallel with
