About this ebook

Adherents of the Pre-trib claim that God will not allow the Church suffers in the period known as the Great Tribulation. But does God s Word really teaches that there will be a secret rapture seven years before the Great Tribulation? For Jesus clearly states in Matthew 24:31 and the apostle Paul in 1 Thessalonians 4.16-17 confirms that there is nothing secret and silent in his second coming. Another incongruity of this view is the idea of a rapture to take the Church and the Holy Spirit before the earth before the Antichrist manifestation. If this were the case, the Antichrist would be anti what? A reductionism of the mission of the Church and of the Holy Spirit, and to promote escapism and alienation hurts the good sense. Christians of the generation of Christ s return are better of the early Christians? No. Absolutely not! In this book, the author exposes the true teaching of Scripture on this subject. Starting with the teaching of Jesus and his apostles warned that the Church of all times that it would pass through many tribulations, including the so-called Great Tribulation. Therefore, you reader who sticks to the pre-trib position, or you reader who does not adhere to any eschatological position of Christ s return, I invite you to read this book, reflect and analyze for yourself, as the Bereans did at the time of apostle Paul and thus convince the dangerous path, wide and spacious pre-trib teaching, which is apostasy (deviation from sound apostolic doctrine) and walk according to the teaching of the Lord Jesus which was confirmed by his apostles and is defended by over 1800 years in the history of the Church and also for all those who are and who truly love the Tour of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

    INTRODUCTION

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear the second time without sin, to those waiting for salvation.

    (Hebrews 9.27-28)

The Church passes through the Great Tribulation? Pretribulationists claim that God will not allow the Church to suffer in the Great Tribulation period. But there is no Bible verse that teaches that the church will not go through the Great Tribulation and nothing there is also in the Bible on the Second Coming of Christ in two phases or stages, separated by seven years of the Great Tribulation, and there is nothing on a secret rapture, because there is nothing secret and silent on reports that describe the rapture of the church (1

    Thessalonians 4.16-17; Matthew 24:31).

Another incongruity of this view is the idea of a rapture to take the Church and the Holy Spirit of the Earth before the manifestation of the antichrist. If this were the case, the Antichrist would be anti what?

This to remove the Church and the Holy Spirit and then, yes, we have the conversion of Israel in a short period of 7 years, it is an offense to the ministry of the Church and of the Holy Spirit; A reductionism of

the Mission of the Church and the Spirit that promotes escapism and alienation, and hurt the common sense. In this book, I shall expound the teaching of Scripture on this subject. I'll start showing that both Jesus and his apostles warned that the Church will go through many hardships, including the so-called Great Tribulation and that this is not abandonment signal or defeat. Then we will study the signs that precede the Second Coming of Christ. Demonstrating that the biblical teaching is that the Rapture of the Church will take place after the Great Tribulation, being an integral part of the Second Coming of Christ is a unique and visible event for all the inhabitants of the land.

Jesus will destroy the Antichrist with the breath of his mouth at the time of his coming. Finally, after demonstrating the lack of biblical basis of the pretrib view, I will say something about the alarming rise of this doctrine, which does not have the Bible with their source of inspiration, but a prophetic vision of a person of the century XIX.

The Church, persecution and Christian martyrdom. Jesus made it clear that the first requirement to become a Christian is to take up the cross (Mark 8:34). Jesus also said that it is not the greatest servant of his Lord. If they persecuted me, they will persecute you (John 15:20), with the disciple always be aware that, following the Suffering Servant, who died on the cross, is to identify with him in every way,

not only in glory of his resurrection, but also the pain of his suffering on the cross. And Paul makes it clear that the Christian has a lot of suffering when he says:

It has been granted the grace to suffer for Christ, not only to believe in Him (Philippians 1:29).

Paul exhorted Christians to remain firm in the faith:

That we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God (Acts 14.22).

There are numerous texts that speak about the suffering of the Church and the Christian. The Church at all times experienced very strong persecution. How did the early Christians could understand that God would not allow the Church to pass through the Great Tribulation being themselves victims of all sorts of cruelties and suffering, when Christians were slain for Christ by the thousands? The first centuries of the Christian era are known as the Era of Martyrs. The Apostle Paul gives us no hope of escape suffering, on the contrary, he says to the Christians in Rome:

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

As it is written for your sake we are killed all day, we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. " (Romans 8.35-37).

    Paul also says:

... All that will live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted (2

    Timothy 2.12).

The book of Revelation aims to comfort and encourage Christians who are in great tribulation (Revelation 1.9). Martyrdom is not defeat.

Some pretribulationists even claim that the saints mentioned in Revelation 13 do not refer to the Church because, for them, these saints will be defeated by the Beast, which would not be possible because Jesus prophesied that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church. But it is wrong to conclude that the saints are being defeated by the Beast. For, it is not according to the spirit of the Gospel face martyrdom as defeat, and that was exactly through martyrdom that Jesus overcame Satan:

And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15)

The Apostle Paul says that not even death can separate us from the love of God and that even before her, we are more than conquerors.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword As it is written:. For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to the slaughter. But in all these things we are more than conquerors (Romans 8.31-37).

So death does not defeated Christ and not defeat the Church. We are more than conquerors! For Christians, like Paul, to suffer for Christ is a great privilege! What is a sign of destruction and loss to the heathen is a sign of victory and honor for Christians:

Without in any way be intimidated by those who oppose you For them it is a sign of destruction, but to you of salvation, and that from God. Because you were given the privilege of not only believe in Christ but also to suffer for him (Philippians 1.28-29).

That honor to follow in the footsteps of the Great Master and carry his own cross! Then Jesus said to his disciples:

If someone wants to attend you me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it (Matthew 16.24-25).

The Rapture will take place after the Great Tribulation. The apostle Paul teaches that the Second Coming of Christ and our being gathered to him, this meeting which will be through the Rapture (1

    Thessalonians 4.16,17) cf. 2 Thessalonians 2.1-3):

Will not happen without first come a falling away and be revealed the man of lawlessness, the son of perdition, who opposes and stands against everything that is called God, or object of worship, as to sit on the sanctuary God, if boasting as if he is God. (2 Thessalonians 2.3b, 4).

Even the dispensationalists agree that the Antichrist is revealed beginning the period of the Great Tribulation. Therefore, the apostle assures us that the Second Coming of Christ and our meeting with

him (the rapture) will only take place after the revelation of the man of lawlessness.

The context is clear: the Thessalonian Christians were being disturbed by those who taught that the Second Coming was imminent, meaning it could occur at any time without previous signs (2 Thessalonians 2.2). We know what the Thessalonians hoped was the Second Coming of Christ that would trigger the Rapture of the Church (2

Thessalonians 1:10). We also know that those Christians had the expectation of the Rapture as instructed by the Apostle in his first letter (1 Thessalonians
