About this ebook

Before the Cock Crows is a prophetic look into the spiritual eyes of the bride of Christ in her slow decline into apostasy. In her naiveté, God’s beloved boldly boasts how she will never forsake the Lord. Yet her reflection in the mirror at this time bears a striking resemblance to the apostle Peter in the precise moments prior to his denying our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, not once, but on three separate occasions. This book is biblical in nature with a solid backbone of scriptures to back up and support the heavy weight of such critical subject matter as what will be the role of the Holy Spirit of God as compared to Christian believers during the time of the rule of the Antichrist; an explanation of what the mark on the forehead of God’s sheep is; God’s holy temples present, past, and future; how to spiritually eat the word of God; why a solo and intimate walk with God is so imperative in these latter days; spiritual transformation and renewal; and lastly, how all of these topics tie into the upcoming apostasy predicted by Jesus Christ so very long ago. Indeed, the cock will crow for the Christian Church, just as it crowed for Peter so very long ago. Although there have been many books published on the subject of apostasy throughout the years, Before the Cock Crows not only forewarns against and prepares its readers for the upcoming apostasy, but also teaches them how to develop a deep and intimate relationship with God along the way. This book is meant to reach a broad Christian audience, but more importantly this book was meant for such a time as this.

I am pleased to introduce my book, Before the Cock Crows.

This book is biblical in nature with a solid backbone of scriptures to back up and support the heavy weight of such critical subject matter, such as: what will be the role of the Holy Spirit of God as compared to Christian believers during the time of the rule of the Antichrist; an explanation of what the mark on the forehead of God’s sheep is; God’s holy temples present, past, and future; how to spiritually eat the word of God; why a solo, and intimate, walk with God is so imperative in these latter days; spiritual transformation and renewal; and lastly, how all of these topics tie into the upcoming apostasy predicted by Jesus Christ so very long ago.

As an ambassador for God, I have been called to prepare believers for the coming cyclone of apostasy, which is about to hit the Christian Church. In these last days, God has given me a mission to draw the world’s attention to the words of revelation in an effort to prevent confusion, and to remind the church that the false Messiah comes first before the second advent of the true Messiah: Jesus Christ.

    Chapter 1

Peter’s Rooster or Ours? Apostasy comes first

And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me. The day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first (Luke 22:34; 2 Thessalonians 2:2, 3).

There was a time when a weathervane above the apex of a farmer’s barn was the only source that could predict future weather. The force of the wind would spin the arrow on the weathervane, alerting the farmer by its point as to the direction which the wind was coming from. For the farmers of old, knowing what direction the wind was coming from at any given moment ensured his future. By observing the appearance of the earth and sky, along with his ability to accurately interpret the signs coming from his weathervane, a farmer could not only predict the future weather, but more importantly he could prepare himself in advance for what was to come. So it was the weather that was coming, but was not yet there, which determined the actions of the farmer. He simply let the signs of the times he was in determine what he should do next. Should he stay outside and continue farming his crops? Or should he batten down for a storm, lock up his livestock, and run for cover? In the end, the predictions from the farmer’s weathervane did not seal the fate of the farmer in disaster or death. That was the farmer’s choice. Observation and action were the keys to his survival.

In these modern times, the farmer’s weathervane is nothing more than an antiquated relic of the past, an antique reminder of a time period before the role of predicting future weather was assigned to human weather forecasters. But we as Christians would be remiss if we did not explore the depths of the symbolic meaning of the weathervane, its personification, its biblical connection, and the implication of apostasy it points to.

Peter, at the end of his walk with God, overcame his apostasy only to become one of Jesus’s most loving and loyal disciples. However, the beginning of his walk was quite different, as he was overcome by his apostasy, and it was that same apostasy that infamously associated him with the most famous rooster in history. This most famous rooster in the Bible is well known for the impeccable timing of his vocal crow during the exact moments of Peter’s denial of God. Pope Nicholas I of the ninth century was so profoundly touched by the symbolic meaning of this most famous rooster’s crow and so highly astute in his witness of the church’s susceptibility toward apostasy that he took preventative measures against apostasy on behalf of the church. In his attempt to sway the church from the coming apostasy well predicted by the Bible, he ordered a decree for every church to display the sign of a cock (rooster) on its dome or steeple in remembrance of Jesus Christ’s warning to Peter. I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me (Luke 22:34). Thus the weathervane in the shape of a cock (rooster), at the apex of every church became the symbolic reminder for all Christians of that generation not to turn their backs on God.

The weathervane, to the farmer of old, was like Jesus Christ to his beloved disciple Peter. The weathervane and Jesus Christ were both forecasters of things to come. When Jesus told Peter, Behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat, and This very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times (Luke 22:31; Matthew 26:34), he forewarned Peter about his coming apostasy in advance before it ever even happened. And just as Peter was forewarned about his coming apostasy, Christians of today have also been forewarned of their coming apostasy by the following scriptures: Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition. "Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them." "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils" (2 Thessalonians 2:3; Luke 21:8; 1 Timothy 4:1).

Indeed, there is a cyclone headed straight for the Christian Church that even the elect is not prepared for. For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders, insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect (Matthew 24:24). This cyclone’s wind, according to the Bible, is a wind that spins counterclockwise to the wind of the Holy Spirit of God. These are the winds that have already started their gentle swirl, and as they escalate to whirl wildly around the mind-set of the Christian collective mind, some of us, just like Peter, will depart as a result. Although the scripture states that not all of us will depart, it does not specifically address which of us will, nor does it precisely describe how some of us will. Suffice it to say, the roots of apostasy have held their grip since Satan’s rebellion in heaven. Therefore, no believer in Jesus Christ is exempt; each of us are subject, particularly at this late date, because we are getting closer to the revealing of the Antichrist as well as the return of Jesus Christ. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition. Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter (2 Thessalonians 2:3; Isaiah 5:20)!

But the Christian collective mind-set of today has no idea how some of its believers, including even some of its elect, could be tempted away from the church in this day and age, let alone how it would be possible for any of us to betray and hate one another in the process of this falling away. Yet betrayal will not only run rampant, repeatedly slapping God in the face, but betrayal will also be putting some of us to death. At that time many will fall away and will betray one another and hate one another. Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. "Ye shall
